Customer service staff are liars and unprofessional. Waoh!! UPS should not be engaged for any service. Rude and uncultured staff. Steph of UPS dartford needs to go back to school. Corporate organisation isn't meant for her. Well, UPS isn't anyway. Amazon needs to stop using UPS.

This is not a company that you do business with as they are thieves of such,they play with your heart and mind and if not strong.....well ...just wow.They over charge with their customs charge and use the brexit to hide behind.Why does the uk government even allow this to happen to its citizens.Yes I meant that as I’m sure they must check out these reviews.The website is trash as in real trash.They always changing their delivery dates .I’m too cheesed off to carry on....UK GOVERNMENT...HELP YOUR CITIZENS AND GET RID OF THESE RIP OFFS

- Do you want to pay exorbitant fees but get your parcel delivered with long delay? - Do you want to pay & request home delivery but not receive the service due to courier's incompetency, forcing effectively a sick person to go and retrieve the parcel from UPS? - Do you want to ask for a partial refund for all the above but have incompetent Customer Services delaying responding & eventually deflecting answering to the substance of the issue - Do you want Complaints Department to refuse your refund because since March they decided to stop giving refunds due to Covid , whilst at the same time they continue to charge you extra for quick delivery which they cannot provide due to Covid? Then choose UPS

What a farce, my parcel was stuck in the local distribution center for days as we hadn't stuck a export label on it, never having done this we didn't know how to do it eventually we called and asked for the parcel back but were told we couldn't pick it up direct when we asked as it would be on a container by now, as the distribution centre was only 3 miles down the road we took a chance and went in and asked, a very nice man went out the back and found it straight away we then went straight to royal mail which was cheaper and it arrived in the USA in 5 days, fantastic. The only problem is ups took our money and we have been unable to get a refund even though we have called numerous times I think we will have to write this one off, please do not use this company EVER!!!!

The worst service I have ever had in my life. The depot is about 10 miles from my flat, they wont let me pick it up direct. 12 days in a row it has been out for delivery and they cancel it due to adverse weather conditions (it has been sunny and 12 degrees for the last week and a half). I have called for redelivery and still nothing, I have asked them to leave it at my local depot and still nothing. I just called again on a Friday as they promised it would be with me today and they have said it might me Monday now (can't even guarantee it!) When I tracked my parcel it said 10 days cancelled due to weather and now when I track it, it says 3 delivery attempts - I actually laughed when I read that because they have changed history, I have been in lockdown with 4 people and have not missed a parcel in over a year. Now when I call they put the blame on me for missing it! The customer service is terrible, the local depot I spoke to are brain dead and the delivery drivers are liars. I will never shop online retail if they have any link what so ever to UPS - Abysmal service and incredibly unprofessional.

Absolutely disgraceful. If I had a option to leave 0 stars then that would be the case, your very lucky to be getting 1 star.... I posted a parcel with a good value to it. It was meant to have been delivered last week but the buyer has still not recieved it so I have had to now refund him his money back. I called UPS customer service yesterday, after being on the phone for 42 mins, all the lady could say was it is probably lost and I will need to make a claim. So she send me the link to make the claim. I go onto the link fill, in a couple of details for then to be told I can't make a claim, I need to call customer service. Its a bloody joke, I am going round in circles. All I want is my stock back or a refund to replace my stock. This is the last time I will be using UPS!! I will advise EVERYONE to avoid this company unless you would like to be disappointed.

Provides incorrect tracking information. Text sent from UPS 24 hours prior informing delivery next day between 8.30am and 12pm. Waited in all day for delivery then at 5.30pm updated as failed delivery when no attempt was ever made even checked cctv. UPS makes Hermes look good.

Imported a handbag from online store based in Spain. Two days later UPS tracking said it had arrived in the UK and would be delivered today 18.02.21 between 11.15 and 15.15. Booked day of work to stay home for it. On Monday all tracking disappeared from website and got a text saying I had to pay £52 in import duty which I immediately paid and then realised I shouldn’t have as the goods cost less than £135 so no duty was due. Rang UPS on Tuesday and spent SIX hours being bounced around with no one having a clue what they’re doing. Constantly transferred to another department and if no one picks up on that line within 30 minutes you’re cut off and have to start the whole thing again. Bad attic from everyone you speak to. They shout you down and talk over you and just don’t care. Today the tracking went live again to say my goods would be here today with a 4 hour delivery window which has come and gone but I expected them not to show up. I’ve now had to get in touch with the store to get them to get in touch with UPS about the order as I’m furious to have charged illegal fees by UPS and now they say it could be months before I get my order. I don’t think so. The store I purchased from will now have to deal with them and they can refund my order and my import duty costs. UPS send automated emails about complaints and do nothing to help. An absolute disgrace. Should be shut down!!! Everyone blaming Brexit and COVID-19 for poor service we’ve known Brexit was coming for 5 years and plenty of other couriers working efficiently during lockdown so rotten excuses. Would call them again but life is too short. Online store can bear the cost, not me. 😡😡😡

left reviews on Trustpilot ups had my parcel that I ordered from Germany ,it took 2 days to get to uk and its now 20 days stuck at Stanford le hope Brexit excuses ,I had to pay duties and tax £645 paid immediately only to find my parcel has not moved, 2 days now since I paid, they been given until 6 oc today to get the damm thing loaded and sent me or I cancel the whole order and contact my bank to get duties refunded

Worst delivery company ever. Can speak to anyone. I have tried phone (keep getting hung up on) email, Facebook, Facebook messenger. All no help or reply. 2 parcels stuck in the black hole of Stanford le hope or abandon all hope as I think of it. I will never ever use them again. I just want my parcels and it would be nice for someone to tell me when I will receive them

Avoid UPS and go to a courier company that can keep a promise, I booked a collection (paid for labels) on 16th Feb 2021, driver turned up without labels and wasnt able to take the parcel with him, he mentioned that he would come later but never did, collection was rearranged for 17th Feb 2021, no one turned up, i have been on call/hold with UPS for almost 3 hours being passed from one agent to another without any apologies or even a rep trying to resolve a collection. Stay away from UPS as i have paid almost £70 for a service that hasnt been provided and not even a single person has called to apologise!!!!!!

After 2 weeks and numerous delivery dates which failed to materialise I am still waiting for my parcel. I have sent dozens of emails to UPS all of which remain unanswered, every time I ring Customer services I am told it will be delivered on the same day. The worst customer service I have ever encountered, constantly lied to or ignored, a disgraceful way to treat paying customers- avoid at all costs.

AVOID at all costs!! I have never felt the urge to leave a bad review until now. Usually I am quite patient as I know that these are challenging times for both businesses and individuals. After 7 weeks, my "express" shipping parcel, which cost me 150£ for shipping, is still stuck in customs. I have been ignored by both UPS customer service as well as UPS Customs. They either ignore my calls or just hang up as soon as they pick up. SO unprofessional. And the best thing is, that I am being charged a fee of 1.50£ pounds a day, for my parcel being stored at their premises, while they experience delays with Clearing parcel through customs. So far I am charged an additional 70£ for a parcel that should have been delivered to me 6 weeks ago. I honestly don't know what to say anymore.

What an absolute shambles of a company. A wrist watch I have owned for 2 years was sent to the German manufacturer in Germany last November as it needed a repair under the warranty. The repaired watch was despatched by UPS from Frankfurt on 27/1. On 29/1 it arrived at Castle Donnington in the UK and was marked as out for delivery between 08:00 and 12:45. Then . . . . Nothing. Until 11/2 when the status was updated as 'clearing customs'. I have today (15/2) received an email asking me for various technical details of my 'import' and for every day they hold my watch, they will charge me £13. Nobody answers the phone - in fact the last time I tried I was on hold for nearly 90 minutes before being cut off. My watch . . .MY WATCH, is valued at £1200 and they are not only refusing to deliver it back to me - they are actually demanding I pay THEM for keeping it. I cannot even begin to describe how angry I am. I am (yet again) on hold and have wasted half a day of work in trying to get them to send me my OWN watch back to me.

When I was checking out, I typed my PayPal in but it then took me back as I hadn't filled a slot in. I typed my PayPal again and it still didn't work. Guess what? It charged me TWICE for something I wasn't getting! I've called their "customer service" 3 TIMES and they always use this same excuse, "Your money will be automatically refunded in 10 days". Mate I've been waiting about a month for the refund of £122 which we NEED during this crisis. Absolutely Garbage.

UPS are the worst delivery service ever, and using Brexit as an excuse to not being able to clear back log of orders. They keep taking orders without fulfilling current delivery backlog. I ordered 2 parcels from Italy both shipped UPS Express - 1 shipped on the 4.2.21 arrived 5.2.21 at Stansted cleared customs agency - 2nd shipped on the 9.2.21 arrived 10.02.21 at Stansted - both cleared customs. Have I received any of them yet NO!! rang waited in a queue for 20 mins and then was hung up on. Very frustrating and will be contacting the Company who shipped these - to ask to use another courier service. Not sure how many clearing agencies it takes to release a parcel/s from UPS. UPS you deserve the worst badge for failure of delivery on time and custom service care follow through.

I wish there was a zero star rating ,excuse after excuse using Brexit as there scapegoat ,my parcel come from Germany and was in uk within 2 days .they had a short delay there but was only 50 mins ,so its been sitting in Stanford le hope now since 29/01/21 and here we are again today still waiting todays date 15/02/21,never get reply from them complaint after complaint they say we get back to you within 24hrs got ref number so 6 days later still waiting .I think they have stolen my parcel worth 3k im now going down root to get refund from my sender .

I would like to share a terrible experience that I am having with the customer service and tracking updates with @UPS_UK to deliver my parcel to Italy. The customer service is terrible and they do not reply to my emails. I am so frustrated as a customer. They’re tracking updates is almost untrustworthy as they do not provide accurate information or what is the actual issue, due to brexit disruptions there’s an on going delay. However, my parcel has been sent since the 22nd of January and they still haven’t delivered to Italy. They claim it to be due to no invoice or customs charge service wouldn’t send my parcel. But I have evidence and photos of invoice provided to the courier and attached to the package. The worse part is the way they treat the customers, I have cried over the phone to them and created this account just to share my immense frustration. I will be taking legal action and reporting them to the FOS as this has caused me financial loss and stress. I am also pregnant and there was no empathy or customer service provided from ups to me.
