You put animals in dangerous! Hopeless service! You need 3 days to upload prescription! Instead 24 h. Your customer service team only talks but do nothing. You should to take responsibility! My dog has not got her citopoint injection on time become ill because You need ages to do your job properly. Interesting that take a payment is not a problem for You

the delivery time is absolutely disgusting. do not use this company, ever, go to the local store it is much quicker than their delivery time. dog biscuits have still not arrived. no customer service whatsoever

Disgusting service!! Viovet have charged my account (using PayPal) a random amount. I forwarded them the email and ask to advise what this charge is as I have not authorized it, neither have I purchased anything from them for that amount. My email was ignored. I emailed again after 4 days, they finally responded saying they don't have account associated with my email (despite having one and the Paypal transaction clearly showing that they charged my account with that email in the body!). I provided the requested detail for Viovet to ignore me for a week! Today I get any email saying, yes you guessed it, that I need to provide my detail again as they cant seem I find my email even tho it's all there with details provided and verified. I have added the screenshot where i provided them with all the detail they requested. Such incompetence is astounding. No 'sorry we charged you without authorization, let us deal with this as a priority'. DISGUSTING! Raised a fraud transition with my bank. Maybe this will teach them how not to run a business. Avoid, they will charge your card with random amount and you will be ignored. UPDATE: Took them an hour to respond to bad review here and try to lie about the situation. And no, they haven't emailed me at all. It's all for show only. I have worked out what they did - they realized one of the items in my order a couple of weeks back wasn't send to me, it was to follow (must have gone out of stock after I placed the order, read other reviews, seems to be happening a lot now). But instead of refunding me or sending it to me which makes them lose money, they mistakenly charged me for the items AGAIN. No I didn't add anything to that old order. And yes I provided you the requested info re email - stop lying Viovet, own up to your mistake, I send you the screenshot of the email with all that detail. And move some of you people from review reading to responding to actual emails. Don't bother replying, don't bother contacting me. My bank has reviewed the case and all my evidence and refunded me.

Whilst my order arrived in reasonable time given Christmas post and mail strikes, the packing was too small for the product which arrived damaged and open to the air. I have had to sellotape the container together in an effort to keep the contents airtight. This is not the first time this has happened and obviously nothing has been changed despite my written complaints. The product is not cheap - the least they can do is pack it properly.

Just had an email from DPD saying delivery delayed, no reason, when I phoned Viovet they said they are closed from Christmas!!!!! My previous order was delayed as well, due to DPD and Viovet needing a signature??? never happens with Royal Mail, when I questioned them they said it was a clerical error and won't happen again........well guess what, IT HAS........................

Terrible customer service by Viovet. After nearly a month since I ordered I am yet to receive my products. DPD didn’t even bother coming to my home address to deliver just took it directly to Morrisons. That’s no use to me as I needed it delivered to my home. Viovet have been very slow to get this sorted even though I’m a very loyal customer. Extremely disappointing. Get your act together please Viovet your customers deserve better treatment.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS? Violet promises delivery dates that it has way of meeting. As a result it makes the death of a pet more likely. Even when you all and ask why they estimated their delivery date when you purchased: (a) they will put you on hold for about 20 mins ( clearly many customers have the same issue) and (b) you only get to speak to a customer service call agent who has no knowledge of the whereabouts of your order and no ability to do anything to expedite it. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE AVOIDED THEY PUT PETS HEALTH IN DANGER

I had used this company for years, but suddenly they started to sell products " out of stock" without giving you a notification, delaying orders for weeks, keeping your money, and their customer service is inexistent. I tried to call and send them emails ( zero replies back ) for forty minutes I waited on the phone, and finally when someone picked up my call. I ended up in the same place an hour before my call - the lady was unapologetic, lied to me, telling me the order will be dispatched the next day. My dog has arthritis, and she is without her medication for five days now. This company happily will take your money and don't dispatch your order, the customer service is inexistent. I had to rush to my vet to see if they can give me another prescription, need pay for it, and place the same order with another company. So please be aware that this company doesn't care about your dogs or their clients. My dog had been in pain for five days because of this company, truly breaks my heart to see my dog suffering like this.

The item we ordered was as expected as it was a replacement. We wanted it in a hurry so paid for postage. Ordered Monday lunch time, dispatched Wednesday, arrived Saturday afternoon! So a waste of money.

Dog meal did not arrive but money paid by pay pal. Viovet would not answer phone calls or contact me . I had to set up a resolution via pay pal , who paid me money owed .

This is a genuine review unlike trust pilot. I purchased £80 worth specific parrot food as my Amazon. Cockatoo and African grey won’t touch anything else. Bought off eBay as cheapest but should’ve gone somewhere else even if it was a little more expensive. Waited a week nothing came. Tracking stated there was a problem delivering to me. Violet said they need more info from me. I called dpd who said viovet put on wrong postcode and the people at the wrong address refused my package thank god. So my items are on their way back to them and there’s nothing I can do. After opening cases/claims on eBay they refunded one bag which is half of what I paid and making me chase for the other half back. Meanwhile I’m stuck my birds have no food and apparently I have to wait till the bags of food are back in their building. I went to another seller who have a package waiting to be sent out after it’s paid obviously but can’t pay for it as they are holding onto my refund. I have 3 screaming parrots just beware these people don’t give a dam about your pets welfare. They should be closed down. Especially on eBay I wish I’d read the hundreds of negatives/neutrals on their feedback. Lesson learnt.

Items sent are fraudulently marked for safe place delivery by VioVet with no details of where the safe place for couriers to leave items. My goods were stolen from outside my front door because Viovet selected safe place delivery and DPD left on front step in view of the road and passers by. When I have queried the safe place option with DPD they confirmed it was selected by the item sender. VioVet had not instruction from me as to where the item could be placed as I was unaware that the safe place option was even selected, this is not evident at purchasing, nor email once purchase complete. I have been back and forth with VioVet since 22/7/22, however my money was taken by the company on 18/7/22. VioVet refuse to refund my money, refuse to resend my order. As a result I have not only lost my money but also my order. It has taken VioVet over 1month to respond, even after calling customer service. Their service representatives are unhelpful, quite frankly rude and undertrained. As a first time customer, I can only warn others that they have no intention of creating a shopping experience that makes you want to purchase again. You pay for next day delivery and items aren’t dispatched until you chase the company. If you want hassle free purchasing, with good customer service and responsible delivery please use another company. One that does not rely on scamming and short changing the customer and the pets that we purchase for. WARNING again do not use this company, as you will not get value for money you will only lose your money and waste your time.

Ordered over £100 worth of items at the end of July. At the time of ordering all items were in stock. I has not received anything by the 2nd of August so sent an email. Response on the 8th apologising for their error, all items are now in stock have have been prioritised for urgent shipping. Currently 16th Aug and still nothing. Telephoned and they have no idea why nothing has been sent, no senior or manager to speak to, all they can say is it will be raised as a priority but no guarantee delivery date. Absolutely poor service. Quick enough to take money but not able to provide items!

Items received damaged and box damaged on all 4 corners phoned them they wanted pictures sent them still not refunded also warning as you put a review on that this company cherry pick to get better ratings so any complaints are not put on their reviews !

I ordered RestAural Ear Cleaner for Dogs and Cats. A bottle arrived without any label or distinguishing marks. I contacted VioVet who requested photos of the bottle. I advised that I do not have the capabilities to send photos. (Anyway, a photo would show a blank white plastic bottle). VioVet continue to insist in obtaining photos. Never again will I utilise VioVet for anything. AVOID.

Really frustrated at slow delivery and terrible customer service. I ordered some dog food on the 1st of July, on the checkout page it said delivery in 7 to 9 days. On the confirmation email it said delivery within 6 to 10 weeks!!!!! Weeks!! I emailed to check if this was right as the website was still saying delivery possible in 7 days and we will have run out of dog food if it's really not delivered within 6 weeks meaning we will have to shop elsewhere and making this order completely pointless. I had a reply that didn't answer my question or explain why there is such a big difference in the delivery time they're stating at checkout and at confirmation email. I emailed them back explaining they hadn't answered my question and have not received another reply. I'm off to order the food again at Pets@Home. Frankly I would cancel this order but I have no confidence I'd get my money back. Will not be ordering from again and cannot recommend to anyone else!

Have used Viovet several times now and they have never failed to deliver an excellent service, their prices are unbeatable, I always receive my order just a few days later and the quality of goods are excellent. Will continue to use this company. Thank you Viovet!

Worst customer service and delivery delays ever experienced. If I ever receive my order which includes puppy food I will never use this company again. They do not answer emails, however they continue to send emails with details of their products and offers. They are quick to take payment but 3 weeks later no products received and unable to confirm it would be dispatched today as requested considering the long delay already.
