I had no other chance just to write a bad review. I am a Vodafone customer with 3 contracts and for 5 years already. This is not the first time that I try to change something (upgrades, change direct debit dates, etc) and they never ever could complete what they promised. I contact them every single month to change direct debit date, they say the have done it, i recieve the text message to confirm it and next month.... Everything stay the same... Also last year my contract ended and I contacted them to uprage to a sim contract only and for 3 more month they were not able to take the right amount!!! I had to compain each month and then for 3 more month I had to beg for a refund or overpayment. How could dare this such a big company, like Vodafone???? Horrrrrrible service!!!!

No customer care at all. Do not order online because they cancel the order without contacting you. When you call back customer service do not know anything about it. They have no power to deal with the complaint. If you want to waste your time and get stress go ahead with Vodafone even store staff lies to sell their products when you go back no one knows anything you end up with wasting money and time. Even if you want to take your complaint further you have to wait 8 weeks before they respond then you forget what was about.

The worst service ever. They say anything to get you off the phone and never do what they say. I so regret ever going with Vodaphone and still don’t have broadband after3 months. They are useless and obsessed with reviews. They text you and ask for a rating 0-10 but the reply will NEVER send. Now there is a surprise. OFCOM here I come!

VODAPHONE Barking Store! The assistant manager was verbally abuse to me just because I didn’t want to stand where he thought I should stand in line and refused to serve me😂🤷‍♂️ Just lost a customer for life! Please watch the aggressive behaviour as I was leaving the store and you decide?

Disgraceful,,not only was my contract mid sold. I went into your store in Plymouth. Your representative argued with me when I said Vodafone gave me wrong information, apparently it was an individual responsible and not Vodafone. Sorry Vodafone employees, but you are Vodafone. Not a good idea to argue with customers and treat them with contempt. I was way more controlled than your employee. Disgraceful. Shame on you Vodafone

If I could give you zero I would do so. The most disgusting service. Is it even possible to get any worse I wonder? I have been with you also for nearly 20 years! Yet you treat people like dirt. You have staff who repeat themselves, wind the customer up so much that each time I speak to a staff member. My head feels like it's about to explode. I have been waiting since March for you to deal with a complaint I made about not being able to send text messages. It is now May and yet you have not even called me? Even when you sent me a text saying you would be doing so, following a would I recommend you email. In which I did give you a ZERO. For NO I would NOT recommend you. You send inane texts about free coffee, cakes, chocolates, send letters about broadband and other such that I have NO interest in. What I had interest in, is receiving a service that helps me. As you see fit to put up your bill! But do not up your customer service or provide a service that is remotely appropriate! There are no words to describe how much I wish I had never ever signed up with Vodafone. There are no words strong enough to describe the horror that is your service. That I have had to spend over 2.5 hours, calling and talking to a total number of about 10 or more individuals, who have done nothing so far to help me.. That today after asking 3 pertinent questions to access the customers account. You still ask for more and claim you cannot access a customers account when you have been given ample information! 3 questions has always been fine. Yet today you want more personal details which you do not need, especially when you have called the customer. Wasting the customers time over and over again, when it is ludicrous and time wasting. I have yet to have my complaint addressed. Oh and I have just received again, stupid text messages which as you should be aware. I cannot text in response. But here is my response......NO NO NO NO NO I will never never ever recommend you to anyone! I do not recommend you. I recommend that people go as far far far away from Vodafone as they can get and never bring their service to you. WHICH were absolutely correct when they gave you the worst for service/provider. I am beyond horrified!

We have just received the most appalling service from Vodafone. We have been loyal customers for at least 10 years. They have just claimed that we have not paid a bill when we have the copy of the bank statement to prove it. They refuse to accept this by e mail or text and insist that my husband, who is not well, goes personally into a shop and waits in a queue to be served! Obviously we are going to move to another telecom company!

Hello Vodafone, THANKS FOR YOUR BEST SERVICE. I have been with Vodafone for more than 9yrs. Now VODAFONE want me to leave their network. Problems I faced so far. 1. I got TWO SIM only contracts. One number my wife will use and she'll e at home all the time and use wifi only. So we're receiving in coming missed call from India some unknown number for us and same time out going call to same number and end of the I need to pay the bill for out going call. I complained couple of time but NO ONE cares about it and NO action has taken so far. 2. Last week added one more SIM only contract to my account and didn't even received the SIM card (forgot about activation) then called the brilliant VODAFONE customer care to cancel that SIM only contract and want to upgrade. Here I'm on the call literally 2hrs 30min but NO one attended the call to serve. WOW VODAFONE. 3. For the same SIM only contract, VODAFONE want to charge for 5 or 6 days (I believe I took the connection on 23rd or 24th Apr ) without activating the SIM , ohh I didn't even received the SIM card. 4. Very RUDE Customer service, one STAR rating too high for them. But I want to give a rating of NEGATIVE 1000000000000000. 5. So wasted my precious 2hrs 30min on call with Customer care (WOW) still NO response from them.

Bad Luck for anyone living in the DT2 area of Dorset. Our mobiles have to be exactly that as you now have to drive to another area or wander around with your phone waving in the air to get a signal which cuts out just as you connect to your call. The Vodafone mast has been off now for almost 3 weeks - no attempt being made to fix this despite loads of calls and complaints ; they will discuss the problem while you're on the line but the service team just read off their screen and say 'we are sorry for the inconvenience and their network team are working on it, and give you another date in a week's time when it will be fixed. If anyone phones in a complaint - and please do - ask for compensation - they will agree to refund you for loss of service, even if it's not much if lots of people do it, it will cost them in the end. And we might even get a phone service back before our contracts expire.........

I have been a customer for 15 years. A few months back a customer service representative called me to say both myself and my son were using more data than our plans and she was changing our tariff to one with 16gb for the price of £75 a month. When I investigated this I was not using more than 2 and nor was my son. Absolutely disguted with the service and gave since gone to EE

Left Vodafone recently due to change of phone, and wanting to take up another offer. Phoned up and respectfully, patiently and repeatedly asked for my PAC code. The Vodafone rep ( An 'Osama') tried his best to keep me with Vodafone, which is fair enough, that's his job. The problem was I repeatedly refused to provide him with information on my new deal. The deal was not appropriate for a Vodafone set-up. That and I have no requirement to tell anyone about it. I respectfully refused to answer, simply saying that I merely wanted the PAC code. I don't know how many times he refused to comply with my request, he became progressively more rude and aggressive despite my maintaining composure and politeness. Eventually he put me on hold for 15 minutes saying that it would take a while to generate the code. (It doesn't...but okay whatever). I hung up. The called back 3 times pestering me to continue with Vodafone while refusing to give me my PAC code. I have never complained about customer service before, but Osama's behaviour was disgraceful. I own a small business of just over 20 people, all were on Vodafone. WE are all with another provider now, as a direct result of this.

Beyond bad Vodafone customer service is non existent. Overcharged me by £1,272-00 had to use the ombudsman to get it back. Moved to EE Vodafone gave me the wrong PAC numbers. Just kept saying they were correct. Eventually got the correct ones. Filled out the online form for the unlock code. Quoted 2 to 10 days. Vodafone then said they had no record of my mobile phone. Asked me to prove I owned the phone. I had to get Onecom, (their agent) to send original invoice to them. Dalia would ring me as soon as they received it. NO CALL BACK. Another 50 mins on the phone to get confirmation they had received it. Robert would ring me back. ( NO CALL BACK.) Another 45 mins on the phone young lady could not call unlock team only email them they would then take 2 to 10 days.I explained I had already been waiting 15 days. She would ring me as soon as she heard back from them. ( NO CALL BACK. END OF LINE. Took my phone to a smal local phone shop £45-00 2 days unlocked all fine. By the way 19 days still no contact phone call Vodafone, no email, no unlock code. Give this company a very wide berth, total waste of time and space

The only reasonably good thing with Vodafone is their mobile network coverage. Attempted to leave them a couple of years ago and was offered additional data which I was led to believe was until I decided to change providers, actually it wasn't - the deal lasted three months. Have just decided to leave them again and spent the best part of 15 minutes on live chat, talking to a very persistent retentions advisor. Now I know that their function is to deter customers from leaving, but this particular woman overstepped the mark and did everything she could to avoid giving me a PAC code. She offered me a deal which fell far short of what my broadband and TV provider was offering and when I told her that her response was "well you haven't told me what that deal is" Yeh - like I would! Roll on July when one can text to request a PAC code, then these parasites will be out of a job.

Vodafone - dreadful company with questionable motives. Whenever I ring up with a problem on my account all they seem to want to do is offer me additional products and services that are "supposedly their to help me" but in reality they are trying to get more money out of me. Agents also give different stories if you have to ring back more than once regarding the same issue.

Opted for Vodafone over Eir becasue Eir are terrible. I have had nothing but issues with Vodafone too. It took 6 weeks to get broadband. Then they added a landline against my wishes doubling my bill. To remove the landline I was charged 25 euro, for something that was their fault. My original deal was a year contract at 25 euro for first six months. They "fixed" my problem by giving me a 45 euro 18 month contract. To cancel the contract they want 609 euro. Do no do any business with Vodafone, they try to sneak money out of you.

Apologies in advance, however you appear to be my last hope of moving forward. I have now spent 4 hours and 48 minutes on the phone to various departments, customer services, customer complaints, saves to name just a few. I have spoken to people close by in Liverpool and far away in India. Always, always when ordering a new phone or changing a plan there are problems, not just with me, but every person in my office that uses Vodafone, all have experienced shocking customer service, I understand your company is the most complained about mobile phone supplier, so appreciate this is no surprise. So, to explain, on the 17th April 2019 I ordered a new phone and plan by logging onto my account from my desk top PC, I received an email confirming the order, I paid the premium price to have the phone delivered the following morning. It didn’t arrive… On the 18th April 2019 I spent 2 hours, starting with customer complaints, customer services, saves back to complaints back to saves. Although the upfront cost had been taken from my account, “the system” unfortunately had no record of the transaction. I offered to send the emails I have received from Vodaphone, unfortunately as I’m sure your aware you can’t receive emails. I was asked instead to visit one of your stores with the emails and a bank statement…. I’m sure you have lovely stores, I however have never visited one, being a customer of yours since 2013 and spending around £1200 per year I was somewhat surprised that I now needed to visit one to, I assume, show your company the emails you had sent me, slightly confused, you want me to show you your own emails I asked. Like you I am a busy man, running my own company, I had no intention of ‘popping’ down the high street with your emails, to present them to a confused member of staff. I asked to speak with a supervisor, after asking 16 times, I was connected with a supervisor, I asked to start the process again and have a phone delivered, they offered next day delivery, however I was spending the back holiday with family so asked for the phone to be sent to my work address the following Tuesday 23rd April, I received a tex message from ‘Peter’ detailing my new plan and phone. Tuesday 23rd April, you guessed it, no phone, no message from DPD, I went on live chat, ‘no problem sir the phone is on its way’, still no messages from DPD, called your complaints department, no record of the conversation from last week, one hour later, the order is found, unfortunately it wasn’t signed off by the manager last week, but no problem, all I had to do was call back later and it would be sorted. I then spoke to a very nice man in India, “have you taken the email we sent you into a shop yet”? At this stage, I’m not proud of it, but I may have used a swear word. Back to James in customer complaints, he can’t talk to me now says ‘Tom’, explain everything again to ‘Tom’ no problem will put you through to saves. Can you guess where this is going? I can re-order that for you no problem, here we go again…… I explained that I was waiting for a manager somewhere in Vodaphone to sign something off so I can get my new phone and plan, Tom explains that they have changed the plans and I can save £3 a month by going on this new supper plan, phone will be here tomorrow… No emails no tex messages with regards to new super plan or phone…. Should I give in now?
