Still waiting on delivery - 3 weeks after it was marked delivered. Website not accessible. 6 emails sent requesting update. 1hour on phone to eventually speak to a young lad who could resolve nothing. Now simply want my money back but can’t find anyone to authorise this. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Showroom staff promise you the world but once they’ve got your cash they don’t give a monkeys!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Been waiting 4 months for it to get a delivery day today and it hasn’t showed. Absolute waste of effort. Cost us a 3 hour round trip to our other house, cost of van rental and cost us both a days work. You will wait 3 hours in a queue for any customer service which is also useless!!!

Paid for sofa in full. Paid to have the old sofa removed. Was given a date for both - with the old one removedday before delivery. Then waited in all the next day for sofa, which didn’t arrive. Two whole days off work and now sitting on a bean bag. The phone line takes 2 hours to get through. I’ve paid in full and have no sofa. No responses to any emails. I suspect this company is knowingly taking payment, with great show rooms, staff and on- line buying and then: Just not supplying the items bought. I phoned my friend from my bean bag (!) to say how upset I was and she said “ o yeah everyone knows how bad sofology is” I’ve never known anything like this in any industry. It’s bizarrely bad. I feel such an idiot on my bean bag with no sofa and £1400 down. I know this is going to be so difficult to resolve. I feel so so so upset. I generally only write good reviews but feel moved to warn people : This company have only contempt for customers If you value your home, money and sanity: DONT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THEM

We have ordered a sofa from their website last month. The sofa was supposed to be delivered in two weeks but then they called to change the date to 22nd of June to which we agreed. The guy calls on 21st and says we don’t have one seat of your sofa and asks me if they can just fix the three seats and install the fourth one later. I requested to get the entire sofa assembled on a single day and they said they will deliver on 25th. We have spent hours calling them.. 1 call: spent 30 minutes and guy (Kareem) says he will call back. No call! 2. Call: 30 mins and a lady picks up and says will call you back after speaking with Kareem . Obviously no call back 3. Call 3: 30 mins wait time and the person says we don’t deal with this 4. Call 4: 90 minutes wait. Yes you read it right!!!!!! 1 hour and 30 minutes of wait and the person says let me check and puts on hold and the call drops… absolutely ridiculous! I had also asked a simple question related to the sofa we ordered six times on emails and chats. Everytime you write on chat but no one available. You ask them a question and you receive a standard reply “bla bla bla” You then reply asking your question again to the email you have received. Again standard reply” bla bla bla bla” They don’t have people working there and my guess they just use bots or service agents who just have one repl” bla bla bla” How hard is it to read one line email ?? I guess they simply don’t care. I am thinking to cancel my order because this is pre sale and only god knows what will happen should something go wrong. I might be able to get a reply from the PM in this country but certainly not any staff at Sofology…. Mind you this is after we spend thousand of pounds on an overpriced sofa Update 1: We called them again on Saturday and after 4 hour and 30 minutes of wait we did get hold of someone who said will call back Monday, today. Waiting for that call....... 4 hour 30 minutes wait and you heave read that right!!!!!!!!!!!! …

Told it was leather only to find it is faux leather and that's why surface is coming off

First time last time Our purchase of a new sofa for our new build home. Let me start to say even if you opt in on insurance it does not cover the week and fragile quality of their products. The Sofa's main frame is just held up with teeth which is not secure or solid at all compared to my recent purchases from other suppliers. Even the cushions are made of cheap father and leaves the home in a right farm looking place. I'll stay away as believe they are the next company to go down like cheap Harvey's :)

This company's customer service is non existent. I have tried ringing, emails and live chat and had no response from anyone. I have completed a complaint through Resolver and will be looking for the furniture ombudsman, as now all I want is my deposit back!

Cushion collapsed after one weeks use. Apparently it's a design feature! Still waiting a year later for replacement. You can never contact them

Both sofas delivered with holes in as pointed out by Sofoflogy delivery team. Now waiting 5 months. Sofology do not answer calls or reply to emails or web chat.

Ordered in March on 12 weeks delivery, 13 weeks later and £6k paid up front no sofas. No contact. Can’t speak with anyone. Standard email replies. Estimated delivery now 21/08. Can’t believe the reviews now. Please can I speak to someone. So disappointed.

You delivered 2 different stitch (One dark grey stitching the other light Cream) Sofas and I am unable to to speak to some one about resolving their error. I have tried numerous phoncalls without success. I have sent pictures emails and tried the nonfunctional webchat. SOFOLOGY HAS IGNORED ME AT EVERY STAGE.

Absolutely impossible to get hold of anyone to amend a delivery date. Phone calls are always over an hour on hold Webchat tried twice and no response in over an hour both times Tried raising ticketed request twice - no response on either (one has been open now for 2 weeks Website is rubbish and online servicing is worse - a lesson in how not to do e-commerce Wont be using again and would not recommend to anyone

Firstly, let me start by saying the terrible user journey Sofology has laid out is not at fault of the pandemic, or stock issues due to the pandemic. My first order with this company was in 2018 for a 3 seater recliner which was faulty within a month, it was a paint to contact them and getting any clear sight of communication. Sofology sent an engineer out who said there was a bent bar underneath and he hammered into place... not offering a replacement of the part even though I asked. I let this slide, but have had the same fault but now it over the guarantee period. I then had a burn on the fabric which I bought extra cover insurance from Sofology. Again, a pain to get in touch with them, but worse, they fob you off telling you its a third party company that deals with repairs...and when in store they sell you this like its the best service ever. Fast Forward to the upholsterer that came... wait for it... he replaced the fabric and put back the recline buttons backward! so the front button retracted and the back button open the recliner... I checked whilst he was there, he said, "that's how they make it" I was laughing, I told him it wasn't that way before, and the other side is fine, you've put it on backward. I was told to contact Sofology for any problems and he left. As you can imaging this was a pain to contact Sofology, again they fobbed me of saying it a third party issue, after numerous calls, eventually an engineer came out, he told me it was just two wires that needing swapping and the previous engineer should've known. Absolute STRESS. I have reluctantly ordered a matching recliner in Feb with 4 months waiting for deliver and delays, and they turned up without the feet of the recliner and told me they had to take the sofa back. now its a waiting game again. Absolutely terrible company. The rebrand is going to be an absolute wast of money if they don't get their customer retention rate right!

Don’t put yourself through the stress. You won’t get your sofa. They claims it’s been misplaced. Very hard to get your money back actually impossible to get your money back. Just lucky I paid a big deposit on my credit card so I could get a lot of the money back that way. Still trying to contact the finance company to stop the payments. Awful company.

We ordered our sofa in December 2020 with prepayment of nearly 1000 GBP, the delivery time was estimated 20 weeks. The first delivery team came beginning of May and punched a big hole in my ceiling. They were just unprofessional beginners, not like stated on the homepage a professional team. It took over 3 weeks to even hear from them. Since then I have tried to get in contact with them several times but without success. That leaves me with no sofa, a lot of money already payed, a big hole in my ceiling and a none existing customer service. I am beyond angry and frustrated with Sofology and can only recommend to not buy anything from them. I can very well understand the bad score given here and all the frustration caused by the unprofessional behaviour of Sofology. Don't trust Trustpilot on this one, somehow the managed to get a good review, but this is mostly customers going into the shop. Once you have bought something the customer service is beyond bad.

More than anything else I am really sad for my two disabled parents. It was arranged that their old sofas be taken away as the new ones would be delivered the next day... no delivery, no phone call. As a busy teacher I'm on the phone for hours waiting... emails and messages answered mostly by bots. A loan sofa was agreed yesterday... simply did not turn up. I ordered a sofa from them that took 8 months to arrive and I had a loan sofa but put it down to supply chain and lockdown so wanted parents' sofas sooner so ordered from clearance. I spoke to two helpful people - one who was retiring in the day, who said there was a part missing and that's why there was no delivery and another who is about to go on oartenity leave. I'm saddened, angry and disappointed.

We shopped around quite a few couch companies but none compared to the quality of Sofology. We weren't jumped on the minute we walked on but there was always some available if needed. We took a long time asking questions and prices and left the shop to think about it without any fuss from staff. Obviously we went ahead with the purchase and we couldn't be any happier. The communication was spot on and the delivery faultless. From start to finish a great experience. We bought three couches (Majestic in steel). Perfect.

Fantastic service from Warrington store, Ordering was effortless once we had made our choice from the Galleria range. We were given a time scale of approx. 8 weeks and delivery was a couple of weeks after this which wasn’t a problem. Delivery was as promised and within the 4 hour time slot given. The guys were fantastic and did a great job getting the suite into our living room. The suite looks fabulous and now hoping that it will continue to look as good with daily use. Thank you sofology.
