I’ve ordered a sofa for £3500 in April & i paid it in full , it was supposed to get my order in 12 week but they still keep saying we waiting for your order ! They’ve made a phone call to book my delivery for 1 week a go but they lied . Whenever I contact them ( in Manchester show room) they saying we’ll contact the wear house & get back to you!! It’s been 8 month they’ve just saying this week or next week ! Very horrible servise if I knew the Sofalogy is like this I would never ever purchase anything from them.!

How I wish I had looked at the reviews before we ordered from sofology before we placed our order, as with everyone else we ordered our sofa back in June, was assured 18 weeks maximum wait, first date was October, second date November now had an email to say December. Cannot get through to anyone on the customer support number or email, think we may be making a journey to the store at the weekend which will probably be quicker than trying to ring!! Will not buy from here again. Absolutely awful customer service!!

I wish I have seen the reviews before! I had my delivery booked to arrive last weekend and nothing. No communication, no e-mail, and I cannot contact anyone from the company as the CS line has hours of waiting time and all the emails I tried or website messages had no reply. I really love the sofa I bought and was looking forward to receive it but I am now loosing hope! If nothing happens until this weekend I’ll be going there for a refund. This is a joke! We donated our old sofa and are now seating on the floor! I’m so disappointed!!!

This goes for sofology generally and not limited to any particular store. Customer service before you hand over your money - Adaquate. It's ok. No prizes for doing what you're supposed to do. Customer service after they have your money- Terrible. Seriously, the worst i have ever experienced with any company at any time.... ever. Absolutely awful. Communication with their customers -sofology : "whats communication"? Web chat service- Pointless, 2 days later and my question hasn't even been read. This is standard. Nothing immediate about it. mysofology - Almost no information. No confirmations. Nothing useful. Unless you want to pay them some money then its highly efficient. Answering phone calls - rare and be prepared to hold for at least 90 min...but they give you little choice but to call and hold...but dont expect a resolution at the end of it. Email responses- I've concluded that all their customer emails go straight into the recycle bin...or maybe just mine. Online support request - nothing fast or personal about it. Waste of time. Will you use sofology again or recommend- looooooool thats funny. NOOOO. Only God knows when my sofa will arrive....I'm trying to ask sofology for confirmation of a date after receiving a notification...but evidently they're not prepared for those sort of enquiries from customers. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!! AVOID!!

What went wrong? Nothing went right. Just taken the fourth day off work for delivery...guess what? Today's delivery was better than the previous three, a van did actually arrive...alas, no sofa onboard though. I have NEVER dealt with such a disorganised shambles of a company. Where is my sofa? who knows, certainly not sofology. Please do not hand your hard earned cash to these people.

Everything that could go wrong went wrong with this company! Avoid at all costs. After many delays finally the sofas were coming. They required space to put them together so of course the morning of delivery we got rid of our sofas only to have no delivery. A disabled mother with spinal issues has no where to sit. A second delivery was promised. Stayed in all day and we again received nothing and no contact!! Shocking beyond belief. I have now contacted my credit card company as well as ombudsman. Cancelling my order and going elsewhere! I have zero sofas and totally regret shopping here. The stress caused is just unbelievable and their customer care is minus zero... worst experience of my life!!

Do not believe what the store salesman tells you. We was reassured that once we place our order, which was bad in summer time 2021. That we could ring the customer service team and get the delivery date moved forward, once we got a move in date for our new home. When we finally got a date I rang the customer service team after waiting over 2hrs each time on hold, they was very rude and reassured me that I won’t be getting my delivery until December 2021. They tell you to use the online chat service which they provide as it’s meant to be “quicker” and that even took 3 working days for them to get back to me. I would never be using this company ever again!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Be warned! We stupidly purchased a sofa from sofology, without reading the reviews. Ordered in August with delivery expected in early November. Paid our deposit & walked out of the Cambridge store excited. Received a message at the end of October stating our sofa was ready to be delivered (great). We booked our delivery for Monday 1st November & paid the balance for our sofa as requested. Received a message on 31/10 saying the sofa would be with us between 10.45-2.45 (brilliant). Took the day off work, moved out the old furniture & waited……& waited……& waited! Got a phone call just after midday to say our sofa wasn’t coming!!! WHAT? Apparently it hadn’t arrived at the warehouse in Rugby yet (right, then why get us to book a delivery & pay in full)? No idea when it was coming but should be a few days at worst, but was promised a follow up phone call. It never came, we tried to call customer service (seriously don’t waste your time)! Waited on hold for 2 hours only to be cut off, twice. Gave up & took the 1 hour round trip into the Ipswich store (who were really helpful by the way). Insisted on a refund as all confidence was lost & had no trust that ‘Sodogily’ would ever deliver. The staff in store were great & organised a full refund within days. Now have no sofa in time for Christmas & have had to order another one from John Lewis, who we can trust. However we will have to wait until February now until we have a sofa, so disappointing but important lesson learnt. Do your research before you hand over your hard earned cash! Sofology should not be allowed to trade!

Shocking. Ordered lamp waited 3 weeks and wrong lamp delivered. Impossible to contact by phone - an hour wait time seems to be the standard voice message. Emailed them and complained through the website with no response. Eventually waited on hold for an hour and spoke to someone. Told the correct lamp was now on a 12 week wait and they would collect the incorrect item on delivery. After deciding I was not happy to wait 12 weeks I emailed them (as I was not prepared to spend another hour waiting to get through on the phone) cancelling the order. I asked them to acknowledge the email and let me know when they would collect the incorrect lamp. This was a week ago and I have still heard nothing. My online account is not showing any orders. I will never use Sofology again. The whole process has been frustrating and stressful. Not worth the hassle.

Delivery is non existent!! 3 dates given, 3 times tske. Off of work, 3 times waited all day only to receive nothing, can not get through on phones (on hold for 3 hours before being cut off every time!) and ignore all webchat messages however replied to a friend who enquired about buying something ..this company stole my money and left nothing to show for it …DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOTHING MORE YHAN THIEVES

Nearly 6 months without a sofa. AWFUL SERVICE. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. Long hold times, no reply to chat. Dates get pushed back. Employees lie about where it is.

7 months and still no sofa. Given a delivery date and nobody turned up. Sofology don't contact customers. Waiting time is 4 hours when telephoning them. Poor customer service. I have complained numerous times and been promised better customer service. Again this hasn't happened. I am happy to give my name and documentation to back up this bad review.

Order number 2999272/1 I have had an extremely unpleasant experience with Sofology and do not recommend anyone to purchase from them. A couple months ago the only reason i placed this order with Sofology and not someone else is because a member of the Sofology team guaranteed me that if i choose this specific sofa it would be delivered on the 04/10/2021. They stated that as it was on clearance and that they it in stock, therefore it would be delivered on time. A week after this date i have not received any updates regarding my order and find out that the earliest it can be delivered is start of November. Today it is the 8th and my sofa is still not delivered after booking delivery slots multiple times which are then cancelled automatically by them. Please check the screenshots of proof attached below. After trying to contact customer service a couple of times without success, a waiting time of more than 2 hours was given and an approximate number of 72 people infront of you every single time. Does this sound serious or even professional? This waiting time was given during any time of the day and the line was either cut out or the number on the waiting list kept on increasing while you have already waited for more than an hour. In addition, multiple emails were sent to every possible email available for this company and again there was no response to any of the emails. What is also strange is that the first time i called when placing an order i was connected to an agent straight away and when i tried to call regarding my order that was now placed, I can now no longer get in contact with the company. I now very much regret buying from this company as i cannot even get in contact to cancel my order and get my money back, and the time that was already wasted waiting for this sofa to arrive. I have now waited 2 months over the original delivery date that has already been paid for in full.

Absolutely useless. Firstly the shop assistant placed an incorrect order, which luckily I noticed. Then the "My Sofology" oder info site didn't work. No one replied to my "fast personal service" email and there is always over an hours wait when you ring. Beware of this company - they are useless.

If I could leave 0Stars I would. This is a first class misery company to deal with. The advisors are fine when you finally get to speak with them, it's not their fault the hierarchy has got it so wrong. These are very expensive sofas sold with so many promises that definitely not delivered, from order placing, delivery, fault issues, replacement; redelivery; communication, I am now waiting for someone to collect the order that only half arrived so i can received my full refund, they cant refund me until the full order in back (except they didnt deliver the full order in the first place) I ahve given them no end of chances to put this right but they really DO NOT CARE and have no idea where things are, what can the workers do but grin and bear it? They are an absolute failure. I will never recommend them and will never buy a sofa from them again no matter how good it looks.

Placed an order and trying to make an amendment and been waiting 40mins on the call and only 52 in the queue and trying to talk to someone on chat who’s status keeps going to away for about 15 mins and comes back for less than a minute. Sounds like it’s comprised of lazy part timers working from home rather than full time customer service professionals. Absolutely useless!!!!!

Sofology is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They take your order and your money then they don’t want to know. Their customer service is non existent! I have sent e mails haven’t even given me the courtesy of a reply! Every time I ring I’m caller 40 something and after waiting 45 minutes I was caller 30 something so not a quick fix! They really need to take a lead out of NEXTs customer service. You ring them and they give you an option for call back so your not hanging on. I wonder if Helena Bonham Carter would participate in Sofologys advertisement if she was aware of the disgusting customer service they provide to the general public! All I want is the legs changed on my sofa i ordered silver came with black!!!!!!!
