“I had received a txt message that my item would be delivered between the following times 17.51-18.51 yesterday this did not occur.
I only discovered that the item had been placed on my Electric gates this morning when my Husband was leaving for work, according to my Next App it was delivered at 20.56, this is totally unacceptable, further more the item was hanging on the gate all night and could easily have been stolen .
This of course was not Joe our regular driver who is a very prompt in his arrival time .
I am not at all happy with Arthur performance as a courier”

Broken boxes which when we discovered them disintegrated from being wet through & in a place where we could not open the electric gates inwards from the road. “Parcel was to be delivered between 11.42 and 12.40. Driver arrived an hour before designated time at approx 10.30 so now I've missed the delivery simply because I got home at 11am supposedly before the driver was meant to call at my address.”

My parcel was marked as delivered and signed, but I didn't receive my parcel and of course I didn't sign anything. After writing to operator, I was advised that my parcel was left somewhere I have no access to, I repeated it I think 10 times to different operators, but they kept saying - it's delivered and you should have access to this area, but I don't in fact, the place is protected by code for tenants, my apartment is outside, I have no opportunity to get inside.
Additionally, when I tried to call to driver on the number provided by operator, the driver shouted out at my and hang up. It seems that it's ok for the company not to hear clients, not to solve their problem and let their employees shout out at clients and so on.”
“Dreadfully unreliable company. Not fit for purpose. One makes an online purchase, pays for home delivery but ends up having to deal with an incompetent and unprofessional delivery company that doesn’t deliver, loses your package, finds it again and one ends up having to travelling to their depo to collect the package themselves. What a waste of time and money.”

“Was due on Friday, said package didn't arrive until Tuesday. No reason given on Friday as to why package was late & left on doorstep.
Covid regulations or not, that is not a way to conduct a parcel delivery service.
It could have damaged or stolen.
I didn't choose thos company, but I certainly wouldn't recommend them.”
“Claim they delivered the package to my house almost 2 weeks, when I contacted them they told me it was delivered to the neighbour 2 doors down, then I was told it was delivered to the correct house and then a 3rd time told it was delivered 1 door down, then they told me that they left a note in the letterbox and left the parcel beside a bin with another parcel, 1. I don’t have a letterbox in my door and 2. I never ordered anything else off anyone so I don’t know what other “package” was there.. I then had to contact the seller and finally got refunded but only refunded me for the items not for the delivery, what a joke of a place and the package is still nowhere to be found”
“Terrible service, never call or text me. My item is about €110 and left outside several hours!
They even sent me an confirmation received email, this is absolutely not right. First I m not preset and secondly I didn’t even sign paper or speak to any delivery man, they have no right to send me an confirmation email!
The website is poorly designed, they send you an email to ask for the delivery date, after they send you a received confirmation!! What a joke. But not surprise the link actually doesn’t work, and the so call Barry chat box only asking your tracking number but unable to provide other information. Whatever you type in and it just keep asking you the tracking number.

“What kind of courier service leaves package at my front door .Never informs me it's there .Never rang me or knocked at my door .Irresponsible disgraceful service .This package had €90 worth of items .To think the courier just left it there and got in his van and thought nothing of it .It just beggars belief!!!Why do companies use this service ?”
“Dreadful company to deal with. Ordered a product from Currys over a month ago. DPD claim to have delivered it, no sign of it anywhere. Refusing to take any responsibility for this missing package. Cannot get a refund. Absolutely furious, will never order online again because of them”
“This is now the fifth day I have waited in for an item to be collected and DPD Cork have not shown up. On each occasion I have received formal notification that pickup was to occur but not only has it not happened but no-one has contacted me to say it needs to be re-arranged. On this occasion I rang the depot twice during the day and on each occasion was assured that the driver was definitely coming but clearly this was not a correct statement. To say that this an appalling service is an understatement - it is no service at all.”
“In have been told that DPD will collect a parcel on four occasions and have had to stay in all day waiting. On each occasion I was home all day and no-one arrived, nor did anyone from the company have the courtesy to inform me that they would not be coming.”
“On 25/4 /22 DPD picked up a large 4ft x 4ft Box - labeled for delivery within Ireland- tracking confirms- left local depot to distribution centre at Athlone and I now know that it was to be delivered by a third party Parcel2go - they lost the consignment and it's nowhere to be found - meanwhile I am at the loss of the value of the goods and no one on DPD/ Parcel2go wants to know. they said they would refund me me the carriage cost €17 as a gesture of goodwill !! Laughable as this was their fee and they failed to deliver - 8th June told me that they had made refund and to date nothing received - first and last time to use them - worst customer experience(apart from loss of goods) ever”
