Terrible experience. The customer support is ass. They don't even care to read the mails. I had submitted every document that was asked for and everything was shown to be approved on their dashboard and yet I was getting mails asking me to confirm the documents, they did not even care to read my replies and always called once at some unprofessional hour of the day even though I had I mentioned my availability window in the mail. Besides due to the delay they were asking me to pay extra charges on my package because of all the above mentioned the 'free period of the package stay in their warehouse' had ended. I ultimately had to lose my cool and had to rant to their customer support which did not yield anything either. Received my package at the end but the outer packaging, which was important infact as it was a collectible, was horribly torn. Overall had the worst shipping experience.

Performance Grade: F I order from Amazon Germany very frequently, and 7 out of 10 of my orders that DHL is responsible for delivering never arrive. I always get a message via Amazon that my order is “Running Late”, then one to two weeks after my original original delivery date, I get a message from Amazon that my delivery is “Lost by DHL”, so I have to request a refund. WHY is DHL so incredibly unreliable, and WHY is the management at DHL not paying attention to their extremely bad reviews by customers and companies using them for shipping NOT paying attention and working to fix the major problems they are having??? Just look at the THOUSANDS of complaints about DHL on EVERY WEBSITE containing reviews about their service. It’s absolutely ASTOUNDING how they are still in business! Perhaps the executives at DHL should be paid on performance of the company and customer satisfaction, rather than the salaries they are getting paid no matter how poorly the company is performing. That would get things in order, and fast!

My parcel was delivered to the wrong address. Customer service promised to sort and phone me back. They didn't. Very disappointed.

Absolutely the worst and least dependable international shipping. Their customer service has no idea what they are conveying. I called multiple times and got different answers every time. Shipment sent from Greece to US before June 1st is still nowhere to be found July 16. And now it is given to a “third party” without any information of who and no tracking. I will never use them or accept shipments from them for my business.

This is a 2nd rate company at best. They were totally convoluted, unclear, and lack thoroughness in their needs to ship my personal articles abroad to Spain. By the time they made their unique and additional requirements clear it was too late (an additional 3-4 days) to receive the articles. Total incompetance from an outfit that should have this problem solved and streamlined. Of course, they jammed me with this information after I already paid the excessive shipping charges. I will never use (and I hope I never need to use) DHL EVER again. I would encourage others to explore alternative carriers as well.

I would give a -1 star if I could. I live in Lubbock TX, they deliver in the morning at 8 am. I work nights or I go to work at that time. Always inconvenient. I requested a redelivery and the carrier did not receive the notification. I left a note on the door and they disregarded it. They requested signature. Also, unpredictable: they state a date for delivery and then delivery 2 days early or late, never as listed.

Worst experience ever, an international deliver that was supposed to take take 4 days, delayed 9 more days because the system coulnt handle the hours, signature release, drivers coordination, and overall lack of competent personel willing to take responsibility, good luck trying to get their robbots to keep you on the customer service chat line. I’m still waiting on my package. They keep just putting it on hold after saying they tried to deliver and no one was home. That’s a lie. Me and my husband were home all day and never got a phone call. I keep getting told it will deliver the next day, the next day comes and they push it off again. Worse delivery service.

Worst service going . Must have rang these 100 times requesting a delivery for when i took 3 days off work waiting for the requested delivery , never came . Avoid at all costs , all lies and no communication , worst ever . Stay well away

Customer Service would not change an address, all I needed was a suite change. and the rep refused, telling me I had to call USPS, I waited 30 minutes for a rep, they absolutely suck!!!! Plus he did not speak clear english.

They pushed back my date putting my package on hold, it was out for delivery today. Even got the it’s a few stops away text message and then said premises closed when there isn’t even any gates at my apartments ?

How does this place stay in business? Absolutely the worst company of its kind. The website never works. There is rarely anyone ever in customer service and if they are, they're not equipped to properly respond. For instance, how is it possible for my item to be "out for delivery" and "not yet loaded"?

I can not believe these guys are still in business. I have a package coming from the UK with a product that was manufactured in the US and is being returned for a repair. They are billing me $402.80 for taxes and duties. I have called their offices to get this resolved and get transferred from one person to the next being told that this will be fixed and that I will receive a call within the next 2 hours. Never get that call. The give me a number with an extension of the person handling the case but she never answers or returns any calls. After 3 weeks they now tell me that I must fill out this ridiculous form along with a number of documents that I would have to get from the IRS. Just open the package and look on the product and read MADE IN THE USA. When I call their customer service number (LOL) the automated voice says try the live chat and when I use the live chat it gives me the customer service number.

Horrible horrible horrible package was supposed to be delivered last Friday it's been sitting in their avenel New Jersey warehouse since last Tuesday and all they keep telling me they cannot handle the bulk sometimes that comes into their warehouse and I just have to be patient for them to give them two or three more days to hand the package over to the postal service none of the customer service people I spoke to spoke English it was very difficult to understand them It also took 57 minutes on the phone with them to try and get a correct answer terrible company I will not even use the vendor anymore because they only use DHL e-commerce I will not buy from them anymore because of DHL. They advised that they are switching delivery services because they get to many complaints about DHL.

Worst delivery experience ever. I have been waiting for a letter that got to them since June 27th, a letter I paid over 100€ for from Nigeria to Germany. Today is July 9th and this letter is nowhere close to home. A regular letter would have arrived, with far less cost. One DHL customer service provider was bold enough to tell me they have done everything on their part to deliver m letter and I didn't do my own job. I never received an email, no call, I had to search for them to understand why my letter is not being delivered. Although she admitted that they tried to send me an email but had internal issues, it now became my fault because I didn't do my job by reaching out to them. I asked her why they didn't call me but she had no response. And even after talking to them and providing all what they needed, now since the 6th, the letter is still in their keeping. It is so frustrating. The cost I will incur with that letter not getting to me in time will be enormous. Will DHL pay that for me? I hope they will because that will be the beginning of a huge scandal for them.

DHL DELIVERED MY PACKAGE TO THE WRONG ADDRESS & WRONG CITY, THEY EVEN SEND ME A PICTURE OF THE “HOUSE” THAT IT WAS DELIVERED WHICH IT’S NOT MY HOUSE. AFTER I CALLED THEM, AFTER ONE DAY THEY CLOSED MY CASE. THEY WANT TO CALL THE COMPANY OF WHERE I ORDER MY ITEMS, WHICH THEY GOT NOTHING TO DO WITH IT, BUT DHL ARE THE ONES THAT ARE INCOMPETENT. IF I CAN GIVE 0 stars I WOULD. I DON’T KNOW WHY THEY ARE EVEN STILL IN BUSINESS. NOW I JUST LOST MONEY FOR A PACKAGE THAT I NEVER RECEIVED.

DHL is horrible. They stated that my address did not exist. I assure you that the post office can find it, UPS can find it, and FedEx can find it, and even Santa Claus can find it. Just not DHL. And when I finally got through to customer service I said why didn't the driver call. I was given a run around about how the driver's cell phone is personal. Then why didn't he call his office and have them call me. Or Google the address and look for a picture. There has got to be a better way to shop with UK merchants and have my purchases sent to the US. It is 2024 for goodness sakes.

I have three packages due to be delivered by DHL - I’m getting so annoyed and frustrated - one has been delayed twice, they delivered one to the wrong address, and the other they’ve not received a “consignment from the sender” of whatever the hell that means! Can companies like Wayfair please stop using this company!! Or else I won’t buy from them

Horrible customer service. Horrible company. Delivery to wrong door and I don't now even where. Clearly you can see in picture is not my door. I asking for delivery location but dhl don't have. And I lost big amount off money and my item. And DHL don't even accept they was delivered wrong. They said will send driver to my place but driver never come. Always laying. I never think DHL company so bad

1339453835, me ha dado mucho pesar ver como desligan totalmente de mi caso. Dejándome totalmente sola en un proceso desconocido y que ustedes debieron de dar un seguimiento acorde. Primero, me envían un correo de notificacion de pago de impuesto a un correo que no estaba usando. Entendiendo que ustedes no tienen la culpa de eso Pero si tienen la culpa de no llamarme y dar un seguimiento apropiado. Cuando veo el correo en Spam un mes después, me pongo en contacto con ustedes y pago el impuesto hasta ese momento todo ok Dos semanas después o tres no recuerdo bien, me pongo yo en contacto con ustedes porque de nuevo no hay noticias del paquete y ahí me informa que está en subasta me dicen que yo debo de entrar en contacto con aduanas lo cual hago Y lo más sorprende de todos, que las llamadas que recibí en varias ocasiones diciendo que deben de cerrar mi caso porque no pueden esperar. Que aduanas termine el proceso yo dije que no y la chica insistió bueno pues termine cediendo. Me sorprende mucho que cuando se quieren desligar dejándome en el proceso sola si encuentran mi número y me llaman 3 y 4 veces diciendo que no pueden seguir. Pero cuando vieron que yo no di respuesta al correo o luego de yo pagar el impuesto ahí si nadie entra en contacto con migo Y lo más sorprende es que se inventaron que SHEIN fue quien dijo que no se me entregue el paquete y cuando mandé las pruebas de que no fue así entonces me llaman y me explican que es porque no pueden esperar a los resultados de aduana?
