“So just this past weekend (Oct 19) we were going to go to Miami vs Louisville at Louisville. So it’s the day of the game and I checked if I had my tix around 6:00 am and I didn’t have my tix yet. But it said I would get them so I bought a parking pass. Then fast forward to about 10:00 am and I still don’t have my tix. So I called them and they said that the seller didn’t give us our tix. (The seller decided this a long time ago and we didn’t get notified.) But they said that we had a guarantee to get tix in the next 30 mins. So we go to the game and 30 mins later we still don’t have our tix. So I call them again and they said that they were working on it. 15 mins go by no tix and there’s no guarantee after 45 mins so we have some words. Then at 11:00 am I ask for a refund and they said that they will refund the tix but not the parking pass. Then 2 hours go by and I still don’t have my refund so I called them and they finally refunded me. So moral of the story, dont use StubHub!!!!”
“We bought tickets to Sabrina Carpenter in July and the vendor had still not transferred the tickets with a proper link a month before the show in October. I called repeatedly and they assured me not to worry because they contacted the vendor and he has the tickets and will resend. They also assured me that is anything went wrong, they would get me other tickets to the show of equal or better value. This went on until the day of the show. I stood outside the United Center with my kids, waiting for StubHub to transfer me the promised tickets. Turns out the vendor was scamming me all along, sold them to someone else for more money and StubHub holds no accountability. They wouldn't give me any answers until the show had started and by then tickets skyrocketed to over $3000 a piece. At that point, I couldn't get any other tickets and my kids were crying and crushed to miss the show we had anticipated for months. On top of it, StubHub does not hold the vendor responsible in any way. I got a refund, but they will just keep letting these vendors disappoint and scam people on their website. It is disgraceful the way these companies work and power they hold to charge people exorbitant amounts of money and then screw them over if they can get more from someone else. Something has to be changed in the ticket buying world.”
“We purchased Taylor Swift concert tickets the day of the concert, they were supposed to be mobile transferred, waited 20 min, called customer service, they tried to tell us the tickets were not transferred because it was our device, tried different device, nothing. They end up sending a link to reselect tickets, non were available. We spent $4850 on 4 tickets , still waiting on a refund. Horrible experience, Do not recommend buying from Stubhub, they relist multiple times and whoever pays more get the tickets, meanwhile they still charge and no immediate refund. No experience, tears from out little girls and frustration. HORRIBLe”
“Had the worst experience with stubhub this past week for the when we were young festival in Las Vegas this past Saturday. I originally bought my ticket about 2 weeks prior to the event only for a few days later I receive an email explaining that they are having trouble fulfilling my Saturday ticket and are not offering me a Sunday ticket. Here’s the problem with that I live in Southern California while the festival is in Las Vegas, that being said I made all my arrangements and plans around this Saturday event. I was then on the phone with stubhub explaining that I didn’t want the Sunday tickets and needed the Saturday ones. They assured me that I will get replacement Saturday ticket's or a full refund. A few more days go by and I get an email saying that my ticket has been shipped and is expected to arrive on Wednesday which was perfect because I was leaving that Friday, Wednesday comes around and my shipment was delayed to the following day, so I thought alright that still gives it another day to arrive before I have to go on Friday morning. Thursday comes and my ticket claims to have been delivered, I run to my mail box only to find nothing, I then drive to my P.O. Box on to again find nothing. So by this time I’m frantically calling stubhub telling them that my ticket is not there at the address that it was supposed to be at and I was told since their end of the deal was fulfilled that I was now out of luck. They told me I will not be receiving a replacement ticket nor will I be getting a refund. Keep in mind I am supposed to go to Las Vegas with my friends the following day with hotels booked and cars already rented and payed for I was already so much money into this and to not be able to attend the music festival with my friends that Saturday was disheartening and I felt so tricked and played by these people who were making me empty promises. They’ve done nothing but made my week a living hell and on top of that never even got me my ticket… really embarrassing of them to literally do nothing to help me in any way.”
“We went to a Taylor swift concert. Admittedly we didn’t have tickets when we arrived at the stadium. Went on stubhub and purchased tickets while waiting outside which were mobile download. The tickets didn’t arrive so after 25 minutes called stubhub to find out why. They tried to contact the seller twice who did not respond to them. Admittedly stubhub says they will refund the money within 10 business days. However, they should not allow sellers to sell on multiple sites. Pretty sure the tickets we purchased, which were confirmed, were sold on another ticket reselling website. Stubhub should insist all their sellers do immediate download. We wasted precious time and lost the opportunity to see Taylor swift. There has to be a better way. The customer service responded straight away but their policies created the situation.”
“Such an awful experience with StubHub last night for the Morgan Wallen concert. The tickets were never “ready”, although we had paid over $250 a piece a month before. StubHub did not contact us, we had to contact them twice and although we were assured that the tickets would arrive, they did not. An hour before doors opened they said the seller did not send the tickets. StubHub offered us another group of tickets with limited and partially obstructed views. They would not offer us a discounted price even though the view was obstructed. It was awful experience. Never again will I use StubHub.”

“They told me my ticket was unavailable the same day as the concert. I was able to show my receipt which is how I got into the venue. When I got to my seat it was taken by someone else. If I was not calm I would have had to leave the concert. I spent over $100 for a ,$70 ticket. Luckily the event moved me to a floor seat because StubHub sells real buyers tickets to others and then the day of your event you mobile ticket is gone”

“Complete joke, got 4 tickets to Porter Robinson concert. Could not transfer tickets. Called they had 8 days to figure issue out. Called 8 separate times. Day of show still no tickets said they could do nothing untill 3 hours to show time. Tried to contact seller but phone number was no longer valid. Said they would replace tickets under their policy.
Got email to chose alternate tickets. Just get message no tickets are available. Customer service is inept completely useless. Had to get tickets through another vender. Avoid these guys. Their refund policy is a scam, guaranty is useless unless you want a 100% guaranty you'll get screwed.”

The afternoon of the concert they sent an email claiming problems with the seller providing me the tickets I paid for and said I could choose from other options from the seller. No section or seats were listed so I selected off of stubhub's other options. None were comparable to what I had originally purchased but I was on the way to the concert. I chose an option and 30 minutes later I got a call from stubhub that those tickets were no longer available. She offered alternative tickets 3 rows farther back. I will not use stubhub again. They also have hidden fees that are outrageous.”
“I wish there was a negative star option. Stub Hub is the absolute worse. Purchased VIP section tickets on pre sale. Spent about $500+ , they did not send me any tickets until i called them about an hour before concert time. They said “we don’t have your tickets”. Even after showing all confirmations and evidence of purchase they gave up upper deck spots that were worth probably 50 bucks a piece. No refund in money or anything.
