Awful company..... Pushy sales techniques....to the point of harassment. Still cold calling me now. Also tried ripping me off with inflated prices. Go local and feel better. Don't give these thieves your hard earned cash

Guarantee not worth the paper its written on! Bought a property which had windows patio doors and front composite door fitted all round with guarantees in place. However will not transfer warranty over as they said it was over the transfer period of 28 days in contract small print! I am sure no one would be aware just after moving house seems like they will try to wriggle out of ant guarantee by defaulting to small print. I was less than 2 weeks over their stated transfer period and in that time my father died in hospital of covid after contacting it post hip fracture, no goodwill given or flexibility. Dont Buy Anglian

absolute daylight robbery...they are fraudsters because they say they are a company that fits doors etc but couldn't fit a light bulb! They run away with your money and get away with it...some one somewhere needs to slap a court order on this company to stop them trading. Please dont even let them in your home. They pretended they would install a front door, took my money and left me with a useless, dropping to bits, leaky mess. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!

I won't go into full details as it will be too lengthy but I had a poorly installed composite front door. Damage also caused to property at additional cost to myself. Anglian ignored communication after communication. 9 months after installation matters have almost been sorted out. I was offered £75 compensation on the proviso that I don't leave negative reviews on Social Media etc. I'm not poor enough to accept! The worst company I have ever had the displeasure to deal with in my 57 years.

Please believe me when you read this. A dreadful inadequate and woeful company who's after sales service does not exist. I have been waiting since 04.02.2020 for them to come back out and rectify a problem with the patio doors that they poorly installed. I have just had my third appointment cancelled till 11.03.2021. That's over 13 months away from my first arranged appointment and whose to say they will even turn up for that. When I asked if they deal with there sales with the same lack of urgency I was told that they could not answer that. Do yourself a favour and believe me you will thank me for it. Do not deal with these cowboys.

Had windows ,french doors fitted in August 19. Ever since 3 windows and french doors have been difficult to close, we were told by fitters they would wear in. November 20 they still haven’t, culminating in the french doors not locking.Called on Saturday 7th November to report doors not locking,they only work Monday-Friday so had to call again Monday.Couldn’t book over phone only online. I told Megan Barraclough at Anglian that this was a serious situation as I couldn’t lock my property therefore my home insurance wouldn’t be valid should I need to make a claim. Also I provide 24hr care on a Saturday and Sunday, leaving on a Monday morning for a cancer patient and whilst I understand that I would have to cancel that care for that weekend as I couldn’t leave the property insecure I fully expected it to be done by the following weekend Sat14-Sun15th)so I could then return to my care duties. I was told under the circumstances she was sure I’d be a priority and that when I made the service request online I must mark it as urgent.Anyway I’d still not heard anything so I emailed to ask what was been done. Can’t do anything until it’s filtered down to us but I’m sure we’ll get a reply today, guess what no reply. I was also informed that they weren’t a emergency service!!I never thought they were but I just wanted to make sure my house was secure. But thanks for the sarcasm.I got a call on Wednesday to say engineer will be here on Monday 16th between 8am-5pm. A great timescale !!Once again meaning that I couldn’t provide the 24hr care. Over weekend 14th,15th. So I stayed home Monday 16th also,and waited and waited for the engineer.At 5 pm I called as no one has materialised!! Waited in queue( must be a lot of disgruntled customers calling!) only to be cut off at 5.29 offices now closed. You guessed it this morning I called to ask what had happened and to express my annoyance with the fact that I had lost another weekends work and now a Monday as well. I’d had no call on Monday to let me know that the engineer wasn’t coming. I spoke to Joanne Potts at Anglian and was told the engineers wife was poorly so he had gone home, GREAT. Joanne the told me an engineer will be with me Friday morning, however I’ve received email saying between 8am-5pm! I told Joanne I was dissatisfied with the service and thought I should be due some recompense . Well I just don’t understand why you need to take Friday off when you told me weekends was when you did your care and when the problem was.That was the nonchalant answer I got. Well guess what I told her as I’m self employed I actually work 7 days a week at the moment as I offer a cleaning/ caring service.and There’s a lot of people needing help at this difficult time. Having a faulty locking door has so far cost me £980 lost revenue, not to mention the stress.But they were not bothered about that at all. Customer service at Anglian is dire, you don’t get helpfulness straight away. However you do receive sarcasm.The quality of the workmanship is dubious, along with the actual product . Any problems that arise on a weekend can’t be dealt with until the following week. Online help only as well.Choose another company if your looking for windows etc. These are terrible.

Anglian are a company to be avoided. The installers that we were allocated were just awful . They had no pride in their workmanship. Anglian themselves were rude and uncommunicative. The installers went awol for 10 days on a 5 day installation. When they finally showed up again and we asked where they had been they said they had been sent on a different job. No-one bothered to tell the customer. They have no customer services . We have emailed several of the directors over our problems but did not get a single response. Who is running this company so badly ? During installation our drive was left badly stained. When we pointed this out to a supervisor we were told we take no responsibility, it is your word against ours ? Unbelievable. Avoid like the plague .

Had a large conservatory installed in 2017 which came with a 10 year guarantee. 3 years in and our roof is leaking substantially. I requested a repair under our guarantee but Anglian are claiming it is not valid based on a term that isn't even included in any of the Ts & Cs or small print!! Defaulting on a 10 year guarantee, just 3 years in, absolutely appalled! Now they want to charge us for an engineer to come out and inspect, plus the repair. I raised this as a complaint and didn't even receive an acknowledgement. I had to chase for a reply and then received a rude response stating it's company policy, but with no other explanation or justification. Zero customer service and zero aftercare!! Disgusted! I would not recommend Anglian to anyone.

We had a visit from a rather arrogant rep who pressurised us into putting down a large deposit for a future job. We soon realised that this was a mistake so cancelled the work before even seeing their surveyor and having measurements taken. However getting our deposit back is a total nightmare. We've had no replies to our emails, and no phone calls after leaving messages with customer care staff. This company is a total disgrace and should not be allowed to keep hold of our deposit when they won't be doing any work.

This company are a total disgrace and should not be allowed to treat us like this and sit on our deposit which should be paid straight back.

This Company have tried to avoid refunding the cost of a defective door, so I have now gone down the MCOL (money claim online) route, quite happy for the court to hear just how bad they treat their customers. Avoid at all costs, they are simply rubbish.

Bunch of liars , avoid at all costs. Quick to sale and get your deposit and after that they basically disappear. If you try to get your money back you can't unless they take 25% of YOUR MONEY WHEN THEY ARE THE ONES NOT HONOURING WHAT YOU BOUGHT AND LIE TO YOUR FACE ABOUT TIME SCALES ALL THE TIME. RUBBISH

ABSOLUTELY SHAMEFUL CUSTOMER CARE!!!!!!!! Anglian had been very courteous and charming when they wanted our business (reminds me now of a snake oil salesman). However, once they have installed the doors and had our money, they have changed their tone. During the lockdown, our door has come off its hinges because it was NOT INSTALLED PROPERLY in the first instance -not my words, but Anglian’s own repairman who came to inspect the door after a very long wait from our part (who funnily enough came with no tools to repair the door and so now we are again in the ever waiting list!!) Now whenever we call them to ask about the progress of the query, they keep changing the tone to either condescending or rude!! We can’t get a straight answer from them which is so frustrating. I will surely be reporting them to the trading standards. After spending so much money on these blasting doors, is it wrong for me to expect good customer care? Or am I asking too much? If anyone is thinking of using Anglian- I would seriously ask them to think twice before giving them your hard-earned money!!

AWFUL - They should have come round on a horse as they are total cowboys. No customer service, dont follow their own policies.. lie to you and then keep your money even though it is a breach of my statutory rights and the Customer Rights Act 2015.

If ever there was a place to get bull**** for your roses, then Anglian Home Improvements is the place to go! Only interested in taking your money, with a great "Customer I don't care" service. The famous quote used is, "All our products are made at our factory in Norwich and custom made to fit your property, supported by a 10 year full guarantee". Explain to me like I am a 6 year old, why the second unit Anglian fitted, is as defective as the 1st? The staff are trained to protect their defective workmanship with the biggest load of codswallop you've ever heard! Think twice before buying from Anglian ... unless you want years of grief and stress.

Explained that didn't have a long time due to family situation. In discussion, merely asked for starting price for aluminium door to be able to then compare prices with composite door and was told had to sit through sales presentation first and asked what our budget was. No interest in customer care, all about sales pitch. We shouldn't have to disclose our budget. They salesman wouldn't let me finish talking and hung up on us. Very rude. Was also going to ask about garage door too but they were more concerned about their own agenda.

Sales rep was only concerned with making the sale and little interest in explaining the product. Price was substantially higher than other quotes from trusted companies. On follow up call I advised we would not be making a purchase with them and rep rudely hung up. Confirmation of zero interest in customer satisfaction.

Everything went wrong from the moment the sales rep knocked on my door. Lying, deceitful company. Wish I had checked out the reviews before using this company. If you are thinking of using this company look at Anglian Home Improvements dissatisfied customers Facebook page.
