Audi Finical services/CW Credit has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Absolutely zero regard for their customers. I had automatic payment set up on my account and was running on autopilot with no late or missed payments for several years and have leased several Audis in the past. A few months ago the autoptic payment was removed from my without my knowledge. I was never informed of this and had no idea that my payments were not being made. Audi did not attempt to contact me in any way shape or form to let me that my account is past due and that my automatic payments are no longer in affect. Instead I was informed by the credit bureaus that I have been reported for non-payment by Audi. I called Audi Financial Services and the customer service rep was not only rude and not understanding but was also mocking me because I did not make the payments. When I explained the situation and that I was never informed about being past due, he simply repeated the same phrase " unfortunately you have 30 days to make a payment and your payment was made on the 35th day". I tried to explain again why my payment was late and he proceeded to repeat the same phrase to me. When I asked why I was never informed that my account is past due and why I was never informed that the automatic payment was removed by Audi, he proceeded to repeat the same phrase again. I was trying to find out how to remove the negative report on my credit file since his was clearly a system error, but the representative refused to answer my question and refused to offer any solutions aside from repeating the same phrase. I tried to call back a few days later to maybe get a more understanding representative, I got the same cold responses. Once my lease is up in a few months, this will be the last Audi I will ever own.

Absolute garbage customer service! Hold to speak to someone on the phone is always 30 to 60 minutes. After someone does pick up they have a snarky attitude and are rushing to get you off the phone without answering your actual question. When you press the issue and ask the same questions 3 or 4 mote times they finally admit that they don't know the answer and then ask tp put you on hold to do some research. I'm not on hold 20 more minutes as a write this review while the rep is trying to figure out how to answer my simple question. Mind you this is the first time I actually got through to someone after several day of calling and waiting with no answer. I love Audi but never getting another one after this lease is up. Not worth the hassle dealing with their poor customer service.

The worst customer service ever!! Purchased an Audi A6 Avant from Exeter, fantastic service up until there is a problem with the car! The driver assist warning light appeared and the car cut out whilst I was driving at 30mph in the middle of the road! Audi Assist sent AA out who advise to get it fixed as soon as possible which is what we tried to do however Audi have responded by saying there is no current fix and we don’t know when one will be ready! They advised us to turn off all safety features each time we drive it! Audi customer service got involved which believe it or not, the whole thing went down hill even more. 2 or 3 months had passed following our proposals to them to which they have now emailed and confirm nothing can be done our case has been archived! This is by far the worst customer service I have ever witnessed and from a dealer who I am sure pride themselves on being the best! They have been nothing but awful!

I am writing this review to highlight the terrible experience we had with Slough Audi. We noticed the engine light was on and the car was misfiring, so we called our son who is a senior technician with 27 years’ experience, he did a diagnostic test on the vehicle which revealed that No.2 and No.3 cylinders were misfiring. As we wanted a Haldex service carried out by Audi for online service records we thought we would take it to Slough Audi and have both jobs done at the same time. We booked the car in and a whole day later Slough Audi sent us a quote advising that a repair was required, the ‘removal of spark plugs to check condition’ and then the removal of the injectors for inspection, possible cleaning and advice that the fuel tank should be drained, they said due to the possibility of low-quality fuel being used – we have receipts to prove that we always use Shell V-Power. Two days later my son contacted Slough Audi to discuss the report, and asked if they had checked the ignition coils, the next day they told him that one of the coils did need replacing and that they had been overlooked, in my son’s experience this is the first simple check that should have been done at the start. After 3 weeks and various telephone calls some with no response, they phoned to say it was ready for collection. When we collected it a service manager told us that there had been a smell of petrol, but the technician said it was down to residual fuel and the car was ready to take away. We paid the final bill of £2388.84. When we arrived home my son lifted the bonnet to the strong smell of petrol, on investigation he found petrol dripping from the high-pressure supply pipe to the fuel rail, he also found that the plug had been incorrectly routed and stretched over the low-pressure fuel rail and various cables were not secured. They sent a technician who tried to rectify the fault, this could not be done so the next day they had to send a recovery truck to take it back to the garage. My main concern is that if this had happened to someone without mechanical knowledge, they would have been driving it unaware of a serious fire hazard as we were while driving it home. I find it hard to believe how Audi can charge £185.00 an hour plus VAT for such bad workmanship. We contacted Audi UK, who in turn contacted Slough Audi as they are a franchise. A few days later the after-sales manager Michael phoned who made no apologies just saying that everyone makes mistakes and instead did not care in the least of the stress caused, in his words saying, ‘but is it fixed?’ - from my conversation with him I realised he had not even read our original email properly. After a lot of back and forth he offered us a free service which, in light of this experience, we obviously declined. We will never take our car there again.

I have been on hold for over 36 minutes now. Got through to someone after 24 mins, when I pointed out I had been on hold for 24 minutes she apologised in the most "I don't care" manner and then proceed to transfer me to another "service" and now been on hold for 38 minutes and counting. "Vorsprung durch Technik" clearly hasn't filtered through to their customer services department. Shockingly incompetent. So don't get an Audi as when you do have an issue they couldn't care less

Spent 70k on a brand new Audi A6 Avant Vorsprung. Developed a dangerous fault after one week, contacted the dealer by phone however they never phoned me back. Took the car back 3 times and still they couldn’t fix the engine stalling, spoke to Audi Customer Services and they just said they only import the cars and my contract is with the dealer! Rejected the car under the Consumer rights Act and have gone back to BMW whom I should have never left in the first place. The Audi 50TDI I’ve subsequently found out has a well known and documented serious issue which Audi knows all about! This was my first and last Audi. Fantastic looking car and technology but once it goes wrong you’re on your own, too much new tech which is not proven before being released. Please learn from my mistake.

Q5 - most unreliable and problematic car I’ve ever bought. Every time it goes for service etc there’s a “campaign”. Whilst still in warranty it has had:- 1. Broken suspension spring. 2. Wheel arches needing replacement 3. Electric windows not working so couldn’t secure vehicle as they were open. 4. Struts corroding - still awaiting dealer to do remedial work. 5. Air Con broken - took in 3 times in Warranty only for it to fail again weeks after warranty expired. 6. Prob others but given up will to live with it. Will never buy another Audi.

Audi Financial Services do not know what good customer service is, they are a complete shambles. Having bought two new cars recently with great service from ben at Audi Warrington i tried to return my wife's A3, it took 8 weeks and they will not even respond to my request for half the storage charges. Depsite approx 30 e.mails, 4/5 letters 3/4 phone calls saying i want to pay NOW most of the charges as i dispute some. No Response just another demand letter for the original amount. I work in luxury customer service, these people are a disgrace to customer service and i am now having to pay to get my solicitor to issue a writ. A complete and utter shambles of a service and i will never buy another Audi Car for myself or any of my family and i have bought several over the years - A Good Customer or so i think!! Geoff Moss

Terrible experience! I called Audi Assist out as my car was shuddering, overheating and lost power. The mechanic informed me that it was an electronic thermostat and to book it in under warranty. I booked it in and informed the service centre what Audi Assist had told me. I had taken it to the nearest garage (not an Audi garage) and they had inadvertently reset the fault indicator, although the fault was still there. By the time it was looked at the fault was no longer showing, even though the car was still not running correctly. I asked them if it would be logged as a fault, which I was told it would be, as the warranty was about to run out. Surely enough four weeks later the same thing happened but I was told that because it was out of warranty it was not covered and I would be left with a £1600 bill. After contacting Audi UK (who were useless and informed me that it was nothing to do with them as Audi, Slough were a franchise and as such they had no power/authority over them) they offered me a 50% reduction which I was unhappy with but accepted as I needed my car back. The staff were deceitful (one actually was proven to have lied to me when I replayed the recording on the telephone conversation) and I always felt that there was little customer service apart from the Aftersales Manager, Michael, who is very good at his job even though I didn't get the answers I wanted. I have owned four Audis but will not be purchasing another one.

Moved from Kent Coast to Bexley. I now use Bexley Audi for servicing. The last couple of chaps I have dealt with were very rude. They do not want to assist extra information regarding warranty with Audi UK and said I will have to contact them myself.

Very Unhappy with Audi Very Unhappy with Audi, my A6 Avant ( 4 years old ) developed a fault on the centre console lid and the price for fixing it was over £700. I complained to dealer; Listers Stratford Upon Avon and they reduced price down to £552. Very bad design, the lid stuck in the open position and there was no way to release it. No more Audi's for me.

Unprofessional company, Avoid avoid avoid The most unprofessional company I have ever had the misfortune to do business with. Poor quality build car, constant problems spent more time in the garage, then out! finance company is an utter shamble. I have taken them to the obudman twice (who are currently overwhelmed due to company's like this) currently 14 weeks into another formal complaint, Finance company will not respond. Definitely a complacent company who is living off past reputation only. If your after nothing but constant battles. Even simple things like getting my completed service onto my service log took 9months of chasing even then It was done inaccurately. Avoid if you can!

Do Not Buy From Lincoln Audi After purchasing two new vehicles from Lincoln Audi. The first being returned on countless occasion with brakes issues and being in Lincoln Audi possession for over 4 weeks in total of a 14 month period of owner ship I received a second care as a “replacement” on a “deal” Recently it has come to light that this vehicle doesn’t match my factory order configuration. Something I questioned and was told I did not order which intact turns out Lincoln Audi will have had to complete a check list on the car and would have been aware the car did not match the order form. I have been fighting this case since April and I can not outline my disgusted at Audi Lincoln’s handling of this. I’d like to outline that after numerous other powering calls and emails claiming I was at fault and being refused evidence of this by dealer principle Darren Wheatley I refused to deal with him any longer. Also involving CEO of JCT600 John Tordoff who again refused to take my complaint serious and fobbed my off with the most minimal amount. After it being confirmed by newer more genuine and straight sales manger at Lincoln that my car is a mis build which was also confirmed by Audi UK, I went back with this and again was treated with no respect by CEO John Tordoff. He refused to even acknowledge clear information that my car was mis built and Audi Lincoln knowingly supplied me with a mis built car. I can not express my disgust with Lincoln out and how senior members of JCT600 have treated me with no respect, these people are inhuman and are only interested in money and not loyalty or respect to their customers. I’d also like to Audi that Audi finance have been an absolute joke and treated me just the same as Audi Lincoln. I will never enter Audi Lincoln again and I will certainly never be purchasing another Audi again!

Car been in and out of the dealership since August, dealer been absolutely brilliant and have kept us in a courtesy car all the way along and are becoming increasingly frustrated at Audi UK and both the technical team and customer relations who I have spoken with and a Sarah Lancelot who is customer relations manager who has been so unhelpful and rude the dealer (VINDIS Bedford)have an idea of what the car really needs but Audi refuses to agree with them just telling them to keep road testing the car in different situations,on this occasion the car car has been in the dealership about 10 day's and have now been told that it will now run into the new year as stated earlier dealer has been absolutely brilliant we have always been loyal customers of Vindis who have always been central to customer service I have told Audi that we refuse to change the car so will continue to fight Audi,we pay Paid £40,000 for the car NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE but obviously they have no customer care service, let's just sell cars and forget our loyal customers ANYWAY DON'T BUY AN AUDI UNLESS YOU EXPECT THEM TO BUY AN UNRELIABLE CAR please take note our car is an Audi S-line convertible registration number C6BTM but Audi only recognizes the car on the original plate LM19VHY as they won't recognize it with the Cherished Plate. If you require anymore information speak with Sarah Lancelot customer services or Andrew Dolan MD of Audi UK based at Milton Keynes press or anyone else can contact them for further information! ! !

I have been one of the most patient and understanding customers with Audi for what seems like a lifetime not well spent. Whenever I take my car to have something looked at/resolved I always seem to find that they (Audi technicians)“Find” new things wrong with it despite the car being a 2018 Q5 Sport which I took initially brand new. And, even whilst they doing “work” on “assessing” that issue, it usually carries on for an amount of days during which I am given either no interim replacement vehicle or a very poor one in comparison to mine. I have had enough of these constant inconveniences and am very unlikely to continue as an Audi customer in future.

£7000 engine repair after 63,000 miles 2.0L TFSI This is a review of Audi UK (not a specific dealership). In a nutshell I have just been quoted £6976.21 to repair the engine of my Audi TT 2.0L TFSI despite Audi acknowledging via BBC Watchdog back in 2015 they have an 'issue' with the design of the piston rings in this particular engine. I have written to Audi (politely) several times and they have now chosen to ignore my emails. Email copied below: I don't appear to have had any form of response or acknowledgement in respect of my email to you of 2nd September 2020. It has become abundantly clear based upon the evidence accrued that Audi have a significant 'issue' with the 2.0L TFSI engine. So much so that BBC Watchdog and BBC Radio 4 reported on the problem in 2015. At this time Audi UK acknowledged there was an 'issue' and agreed to review each complaint on a case by case basis. I would like to know why, in my case, my complaint has been dismissed by Audi UK. Audi UK also acknowledged a significant problem with oil consumption in relation to the 2.0L TFSI engine inclusive of TT models through years 2011-2013. My vehicle has now been assessed at Audi Cheshire Oaks in the presence of a DEKRA inspector. Both have determined the piston rings are at fault and DEKRA have reported that "In this particular case it is known that the manufacturers have experienced issues of excessive oil usage with similar engines. Therefore, it is reasonable to suggest that this engine may have suffered similar oil burning (usage) for a considerable time and mileage to date". As a result of the catastrophic failure of the engine, Audi Cheshire Oaks have provided an estimated repair cost of £6976.61. This estimate does not factor in any additional works or parts which may be required. This cannot be fully explored until the repair works begin. Both the DEKRA report and Audi Cheshire Oaks repair estimate are attached. I would be most grateful if you, as a representative of Audi UK, would care to advise how long a well-maintained Audi engine is expected to last. I suspect there is no answer to justify catastrophic engine failure at 63,000 miles of a vehicle which has been well maintained throughout its short life. My family have purchased new and used Audi's throughout the last two decades and I am utterly shocked that loyal customers can be treated so appallingly. My family's costs in relation to this event are spiralling. Not only do we have an estimate of almost £7000.00 for repairs but we have the cost of the independent inspection and now my family are having to bear the cost of a hire vehicle whilst we attempt to appeal to the better nature of a company which claims "Audi is an internationally renowned manufacturer of high-quality cars. Our success has been achieved through creativity, commitment, and the ability to generate enthusiasm. The wishes and emotions of our customers are the guiding principles behind our every action". During the current global pandemic, I need my vehicle more than ever, I am an NHS worker who relies on the ability to travel safely to and from work and support those who's needs are greater than my own. You have an opportunity to provide me with the high-quality car which I falsely believed was purchased, you can demonstrate some commitment to resolving this issue and show me how my wishes and emotions are being considered.

Trying to get a straight answer about a repair that our cosmetic repair insurance clearly covered is seemingly impossible. We have been told that we would get a call back, but are still waiting. For a "premium product" the service is shocking. I am also aware that opening and closing times may have varied in the current corona crisis, but not having anyone answer the reception phone from 6pm onwards is a real problem when you work yourself each day.

OH Dear these guys have the worst reviews and they are about to get another. BUT they won't care what we all think because when you walk into an Audi showroom and buy a car its almost a 100% signed deal trade with this rubbish finance company. i missed one payment and they have texted me to contact them, its been 4 days of trying and still no joy getting through. But the most important thing is that i also lost my job during lockdown and i called and requested a 3-month holiday gap and they simply refused and said i would get a bad credit scoring if i did this . i have had enough i so i have recently discovered i can return both my New Audi's and close contract, this will not go down with them and teach them a lesson . If everyone handed their cars back these guys would shae in their boots , but they deserve to be taught a lesson . BEOFRE YOU BUY YOUR NEW AUDI try other finance companies , they are some good deals out there, STAY AWAY FROM THESE CLOWNS,
