Absolute nightmare, non-existent customer service and quality control. The ring we ordered not even matches their own scale, delivery takes forever and then delayed still. We sent back to resize it, which came back untouched and the ring is not suitable for use and they don’t want to resize anymore nor refund. Reclamations not accepted or honoured. Avoid at any cost as this is almost like a scam with full of incompetent people.

After being scammed by this broker , I found out about Sup*reme*asset*7**@**gm*ail.**com and they recovered my funds back.

Ordered a ring November 2024 . The ring arrived 04/12/24 . 24/01/25 one of the amethysts fell out of the ring and was lost. The company will not accept fault and will not refund my money or accept the ring back for repair as I do not know where the stone is . So I have a worthless ring !!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEIR SITE PROMISES A LOT BUT IS NOT WORTH THE PAPER IT IS WRITTEN ON

They send worn rings in terrible condition. I ordered a wedding ring for my husband. I got the size wrong. We used the free resizing. It would have been better if we hadn't done that. Because after the resizing, the ring arrived in terrible condition, as if it had already been worn. It was all scratched and not shiny. The customer service refused to look into my request, because a return after resizing is not possible. A very convenient system - after resizing, they send you a damaged product and you can't do anything about it. You won't get a quality ring, you won't get your money back. The worst service, I don't recommend these scammers to anyone.

Worst customer service ever. We sent the ring in to be resized, which took 30 business days. Fair enough, as they clearly state this on their website. However, when this repair failed, things got much worse. Suddenly, we were left with a ring that had split into two pieces. After over two months of struggle, we finally got it back and ended up 500 DKK poorer because their warranty doesn’t cover their own poor repairs. We had to pay for the fact that their repair failed. The customer service during these two months has been abysmal—Google Translate-level responses, and sometimes even answers in Hungarian??? I would NEVER recommend anyone to shop with Glamira. You’ll have a hard time finding service as bad as this. The ring is now back home, and if anything happens to it again, Glamira won’t be fixing it. The so-called “lifetime warranty” can disappear for all I care—I’d rather that than ever deal with them again. Horrible company.

Christmas is approaching, so please pay attention and avoid falling for misleading “invited” positive reviews. If you look online, you’ll find plenty of negative and genuine reviews about Glamira. Many people, including myself, have reported them to UK authorities. In my case, it’s been 8 months since I returned a ring, and I’m still waiting for my refund. They are nothing short of scammers. Here’s what they do: 1. They ask you to return the item. 2. Then, they refuse to refund you, shift the blame to your bank, and keep the ring. Your bank will likely advise you to take legal action, so don’t hesitate—start the process immediately. It might take time, but you can eventually recover your money. Please keep sharing your reviews and experiences to warn others. No one else should have to go through the nightmare that they’ve caused for me and countless others. Avoid Glamira at all costs.

It's been more than 38 days since Glamira.de has my rings to resize and the retour didn't change at all. Only it states delivered. Their customer service is useless at providing any kind of timeframe, I could be waiting here for month, for nothing! What a useless disgrace of service. They advertise you can easily resize the rings you PAID for, without telling you it will be a living hell.

A solid men's ring we purchased for our son split completely in the second year after purchase. The response from the company was that it was simply "wear and tear." No recourse. So, expect to have to replace your rings with this company between 1 - 3 years. I am now reading this company is a scam, horrendous quality etc which is clearly accurate. Horrible experience. Even worse than the poor quality, customer service is egregious.

The ring was nice but it had to be resizes and it’s taking forever. I sent it on 23rd of September and it’s 12th of November today and it’s not even ready yet. We’re getting married soon and my fiancee doesn’t have an engagement ring yet. They will answer, but it’s gonna be one of those AI generated sorries which I don’t need more of.

I bought an engagement ring from GLAMIRA, but it was held up in customs and the costs to clear the purchase exceeded that of the ring itself, which I was not willing to bear. GLAMIRA never refunded my money and the ring was held up in customs. It was a fraud.

I recently purchased an ear cuff from Glamira’s website for 1,100 lei. After wearing it for only two minutes, I realized it wasn’t right for me and decided to return it within the allowed return period. I returned the product in its original condition, but Glamira refused to issue a refund! I tried to contact Glamira’s customer support through their official site, but was only connected to an automated chatbot. I requested to speak with a real agent to clarify my case and asked about the specific criteria that made my return “ineligible.” The bot responded that it would “try” to connect me to an agent, but after waiting over an hour, I never received any real support. There seems to be no actual customer support, only bots that don’t provide real answers. This experience has been extremely frustrating – there is no real customer support, and the return policy is misleading. Glamira claims to uphold high standards, but my experience suggests otherwise. I am now forced to escalate this issue to consumer protection authorities. I advise caution for anyone considering purchasing from Glamira – their support is virtually nonexistent, and the return policy is misleading.

The "Mindy" ring I purchased is made of white gold and yellow gold, with two hearts meeting in the middle. I gave the ring to my sweetheart on Christmas. About six months after I gave it to her, it broke in two where the two dissimilar metals were joined. After three months of corresponding with their Customer Service bots, we still have a broken ring. The repair business they sent it to returned it to me—broken. Glamira refuses to honor their highly promoted Lifetime Warranty, which covers errors in the original product design, errors in the used materials (such as metal types or color), and functional defects arising from workmanship. That's exactly what is stated in their Lifetime Warranty. The Customer Service Department is rarely available by phone. And if the Customer Service bot you're dealing with stonewalls you, they won't refer you to a supervisor or manager. I couldn't find this information online, either. Think twice before you give in to their glitzy marketing and false promises.

Bogus company. They don’t even have a real customer service team- the responses to the majority of my queries were automated or sent by bots.. They use very convincing spiel to sell their products saying that they have free returns and that they will arrange pick up from your residence if need be but these are not fake promises. I wasted more than 4-6 weeks sending them screenshots of their promises related to returns but each time they would come back to you with the copy+ paste of their reply I wouldn’t recommend anyone to trust them. They have an UAE website and selling products worth over $300 yet do not have a phone based customer service or telephone support. It’s the first time I’ve been duped.. Not to forget that the order arrived more than 21 days late and these items were ordered for someone who had already left.. but Glamira did not heed or bother considering any of my feedback. Going by my experience, they are extremely rigid and unprofessional and unreliable in my opinion.

Incredibly incompetent company. They will offer no support with shipping concerns. UPS has tried to reach them for package clearance issues with no response from the company. Going on 4 weeks without my order. Buyers beware.

I am writing this review not only out of immense frustration but also because this entire ordeal has left me feeling deeply depressed and mentally exhausted. I want to warn everyone – DO NOT buy from Glamira unless you're prepared to go through a nightmare. I purchased a ring from them in December, only to discover it was defective. While their customer service initially agreed to a return and refund, they changed their stance after several weeks, leaving me in limbo. Despite Glamira’s promises, they refused to take the faulty ring back and completely stopped responding to my messages. This ongoing battle has affected my mental health, leaving me stressed and utterly hopeless. I even lost a dispute with my bank, HSBC, because Glamira refused to accept the return, leaving me stuck with a defective product. After months of back-and-forth, they finally agreed to accept the return in July – but even after receiving the ring, they still have not issued my refund! Now they're falsely claiming that it's up to HSBC (my bank) to handle the refund, but HSBC has made it clear it’s Glamira's responsibility. I’m stuck in a loop of excuses with no resolution in sight. The only outcome left for me was to seek legal advice. It’s incredibly frustrating that it had to come to this, but I was left with no other option because Glamira simply refuses to fulfill their obligations. It's been emotionally draining to deal with their unprofessionalism and lack of accountability. I have tried everything to get my money back, and it feels like they simply don’t care about their customers once they have your payment. Please be aware that many of their good reviews come from invitations they send out, but the reality is far from those glowing 5 stars. My experience has been devastating, and I would hate for anyone else to go through what I have. Don't make the same mistake I did. Save yourself the heartache and avoid Glamira at all costs.

I bought a single men’s Jewish star earring in 18k gold with an amethyst stone in the center. I have invested a lot money over the past years in 24 k gold ( Chain $10,000, ring $2300 and a bracelet $4,000 ) all of my jewelry is 24k solid gold (Also a good investment) . I saw the Jewish star earring on GLAMIRA, it looked great and I really wanted it , so I purchased for $345.00. WHAT A JOKE. Even 18k gold a Triple AAA Amethyst stone it so tiny , NO WAY THAT IS WORTH ANYWHERE NEAR $345.00. Complete ripoff. It’s a beautiful tiny earring. If someone sees it in person, you’d think it’s $150 earring from one of those kiosks in your local shopping mall. GLAMIRA has some beautiful jewelry on their website that I was gonna purchase ( An Amethyst ring) but after this earring, I personally wouldn’t buy anything from them. Is it possible I had a bad experience or maybe I expected to much, for almost $350, you expect more than what I received. Plus, no matter how I did it (Tried 4 times) I couldn’t upload a photo so you could see.

Be careful when buying from this company. The jewellery itself looks lovely but having spent nearly £1k on a additional ring for my wedding stack and I hadnt quite understood that by not purchasing their much more expensive extended warranty policy they wouldn't help or care at all when my ring lost a stone within 8 months of me having it. They have just washed their hands of me and taken my money left me with a broken ring. I take care of my jewellery and this isn't a case or misuse or accidental damage. The clasps on a stone simply didn't hold the stone and the response from GLAMIRA is simply 'you don't have the extended warranty so there is nothing we can do'. They don't even offer a paid for repair service so literally don't care if something goes wrong. I honestly think it's absolutely atrocious that this is how they treat people who have spent this kind of money. My engagement ring has been with me for 20 years and never lost a stone. 8 months with a ring from GLAMIRA and a stone lost and no hope of them helping to replace or repair even if I pay. It's disgusting.

I have ordered and payed wedding rings on July, the 24th and they announced me that they will be ready and send to me on August, the 7th. Nothing special, no inscription In the mean time my wedding was canceled, so, on August, the 4th I announced them about cancelation and asked them to stop producing and return me my money. And now it starts…They told me that I have to receive the order even my wedding is canceled. I told them that I will refuse the courier and they continue telling me that this is not possible, because this is their policy(?!) When I announced them that I have opened a conflict and asked my bank to recover my money they continue telling me that I have to receive the rings. On August the 9th they announced me that the process of producing will last more so probably on August the 20th they will announce me what the new status of producing will be(?!) so even my order is not produced many days after the first communicated term they continue to refuse the refund of my money. This moment I don’t know if I will recover my money from them, so avoid this company!!!
