My parcel was delivered to my my safe place. Photo showed an open wrought iron gate on a main road, in the pouring rain . I was at home waiting for said parcel . EXCEPT !! The Photo was Not at my house , Not my at my gate, and Not my safe place . Probably not even my road ! You can’t even complain to them, no telephone number! They sent a survey about my so called delivery. This was impossible to fill in because there was Not an option dealing with non delivery! Absolute rubbish.

The worst ever website update, Designed by, I guess, some overpaid youngster. One has to input personal deatils, on almost every page DESPITE having logged into a long established account. No phone number, no further forward now. AWFUL. time to ditch the muppets

Parcel picked up for delivery on 2nd August now the 13th still has not been received can't get to speak to anyone it's causing me much distress I am a elderly pensioner I have now got to try and get money refunded and my item returned which was sold through ebay I am not familiar with this sort of thing it is worrying Hermes have my money they can still take that ok.

Had their van stolen along with my parcel, then went through a lengthy process to prove my case, even though they had a crime number on the case notes. Claimed to send me an email that I never received, which is strange as I got other emails from them! Closed the case on their end because they said they wanted more information that had been requested by email (also never received) Phoning them takes about 15 minutes on average wait time. Awful customer service. Cheap prices result in a terrible product. I'll never use them again.

Appalling company! they say they will update you and don't, apart from some automated brush off. I will never, ever buy anything again if I know they are the delivery company. I've got one parcel now 10 days late. and Another three days late. One from Amazon Prime and one from Sports Direct. I'm also now going to complain to both of them. This happens every single time it's Hermes. Dreadful. They ask below, was the parcel on time - I don't have either of them yet! No option for failed to deliver. Failed to say when it would be delivered.

Said couldn’t deliver item to address but have a ring door bell and it showed no movement at door. Then said would deliver it the next day didn’t again. Now trying to actually call them and the automated service is awful and they don’t understand anything I am saying and I can’t speak to an actual human to get this sorted. If I could give 0 stars I would !!!

I received notification via Hermes app to say my parcel had just been delivered which was puzzling because I was in and no sign of delivery. After raising a complaint with Hermes they informed me that the parcel had been left at a neighbouring address (no card left). Enquiries there were negative as the neighbour denied all knowledge of the parcel. Hermes responded to this by advising I contact my supplier! Some days later a neighbour several doors down appeared with the parcel as I had failed to collect it? Appalling service is an understatement

An awful company! Had so many issues with them. Tracker useless, as is chat helpline and customer services phone line! From now on if ordering anything online I will check first if Hermes are the couriers and if so will not buy items from anyone who uses Hermes. Worst courier company ever!!!

Absolutely useless. They received the parcel on Saturday, tracking has not been updated since 7:04 on Sunday morning (its Wednesday afternoon now) and over a week after placing my order there is still no sign of the parcel. Tried the chat facility but just go round and round in circles with a chatbot (no option chat with a human), which just keeps displaying the information that I will notified of a delivery slot when it is out for delivery! Tried ringing the number, but another automated system just keeps telling me to track my parcel via the website. Hermes are obviously so habitually rubbish that they don't want people actually speaking to a human being. Contacted the company I bought from and was told they will contact Hermes and have to wait 48 hours for a reply, despite the fact that they are the sender not the receiver! When this parcel doesn't arrive (let's face it Hermes has either trashed it or lost it), then I will get a refund from the Holland and Barret and never order from it again or any other company that uses Hermes instead of a reliable courier!

Ordered some clothes from Oasis due to arrive at my local co-op the next day. Tracking stated there was a delay (1040 Thursday) but the parcel will be on its way in the next 24 hours. Tried the unhelpful Holly on the Friday who stated that there was a slight delay (over 24 hours is not a slight delay). It is now a week later and unhelpful Holly has said that they will get the parcel to me as soon as they can. Tried ringing the customer service number but they just send you back to the website, So I am left in limbo, no idea for the reason for the delay, there is no customer service.

My parcel was delivered on someone elses door, the photograph taken was not even an immediate neighbors door meaning to say it is made up that the parcel was delivered since none of the doors in my neighborhood looks the same with the picture that they provided as proof of delivery. I shouldnt be rating them 1 star it should be no stars at all.

I received an email stating that my parcel had been left in the porch. What that actually meant was that it had been thrown over a gate that we rarely use. This is the second case this month and I have emailed the retailer that until they ditch Hermes I won’t be purchasing from them again.

Always very late, if it arrives at all. They log faked attempted deliveries as a way to justify how slow they are and how late after contracted delivery timing they are. If your package arrives at all it may have been opened and items removed in transit as happened with one of mine. I have added standard delivery instructions to my Amazon account to say “Please use anyone except Hermes”

They do not even warrant one star. They failed to turn up to collect my returns parcel for the first day citing delays, fair enough. The second day slot again they were late. They provided another slot the same day which they failed to turn up. They had the nerve to state I was not in! The third day again the same, they failed to turn up in both allotted slots. This time I actually saw the same van which delivered the item previously. He parked near my house, got out and rearranged parcels in the back of the van, putting some on the pavement. He actually saw me as I opened the door expecting him to come down the path to collect. Instead they drove off. I wish i had taken a photo of the van as proof. I then get an email rearranging the appointment and later one saying they couldn't deliver as I was out. Outright liars. So angry with them. All they want is to force me to drop off the parcel myself. The customer service is abysmal, with no person to talk to and a hopeless robot chat which just loops the same message and does not answer any questions. Try to avoid using them if you can.

Your company is on another planet, no humans to talk to. I’m 72 years old and dealt with hundreds of different companies in my life, but I must say Hermes is the worst ever.

Today i received a message from Hermes to say, they had my parcel and will be delivering it between 1300 and 1500, I took the day off to ensure I was in, 1500 arrived, no parcel, then I received a message to say they will now not be delivering my parcel, no message to say when they would just not today. This is the second time this company has let me down in the last three weeks, the last time my parcel never ever arrived, i had to claim a refund from the company concered. I will have to check next time I order something to ensure their delivery service is not with Hermes, Hermes is a disaster of a company

I only gave one star as it wasn't possible to give Hermes a minus 8 thousand stars. What an absolute waste of space they are. Terrible customer service, you can barely get through to anyone if there's a problem, which there always is.. the local delivery driver for our street has an amazing talent of "not actually knocking on your door".. then ditching your parcel either in a dirty bin with no notification card or they just leave it in plain site for all the local chavs to steal. How Hermes still receive business from online companies is a mystery up there with how we built the pyramids of does Bigfoot really exist. If this was a competition of the thickest, there are not enough stars in the sky to give them a top class rating. #Tools #WorstCompanyEVER

unfortunately cant give zero stars. once again my order was not delivered the reason hermes gave was poor access which is false all other delivery drivers deliver with no problem but hermes driver in the Eyemouth area should be disbanded as the driver is no good as a delivery driver as they cant do there job properly i am at my caravan site with plenty off access but they put as a reason for not delivering is poor access people use the roads around the site with no problem so i take it as hermes driver cant do there job (i would call them delivery driver but they cant deliver) i wonder if they are a driver
