I bought the new H24 Mens cologne and opened it and its wayyyyy to strong .I called to return for exchange of a new scent and they said they could not .So disappointed as i have always been happy with this co,Not anymore.....

Like others have said, these guys are the worst. Repeated "failed" deliveries reported as me not being home. It's the middle of the day during a pandemic. Where else am I going to be? I've received packages from other couriers without issue today, this is just Hermes being terrible as usual Impossible to contact support, companies seriously need to stop using them

Their service is terrible. I missed my parcel on Saturday, then I never have redelivery for 6 days. Even though Hermes said they will deliver next day. This is not the first time. They lost 5 parcels of mine last year. There is no one to talk either. Their website telling a lie that customers could speak to person.

On multiple occasions they have put failed delivery of items. Yet no one has knocked or put a card through the door. Still don't know why companies use this joke of a delivery service as their main delivery company.

Package already ripped open and item inside damaged when it was forced through the tear, then left on doorstep with damage hidden,absolute joke of a company.

Absolutely zero support when things go wrong! Had a delivery scheduled but didn’t arrive - message said driver had problem delivering to address?? Tried emailing just get standard response. No way of actually speaking to someone just referred to app if you call their number.

11 parcels didn’t arrive. Complained to Hermes, 4 weeks later they said ‘terribly sorry but our self employed driver refuses to drive down your road, so we’ve arranged for your parcels to be delivered by one of our vans within 48 hours’. 2 weeks later, still no parcels, response from Hermes ‘terribly sorry but we’ve lost all your parcels please go back to the retailers to claim a refund’ (all 11!!). And it now appears that any parcels shipped via Hermes will not get delivered and I’ll have to wait 3 weeks before I can get a refund. Shocking service and shocking customer service.

I used this company to return an item of clothing, purchased online. Parcel sent 22nd February, Hermes tracking then did not recognise the number on the Hermes receipt. The clothing item did not reach its destination until 3rd March and I found that it had arrived, finally, by ringing the recipient company. Absolutely dreadful service. No explanation, or apology from Hermes for all the time it seemed lost in transit. I will avoid Hermes and any company that uses them, in future and suggest you do, likewise.

I ordered a package of Amazon on the 28 February got next day free delivery for the 1st of march the package still hasn’t been delivered it’s still at the depot I read the tracking part and the delay is to do with external factors it would be nice if they can explain hopefully Amazon will refunded the £39.00 soon

Like everyone else on here I wanted to give them zero but its not n option. I Have now lost 7 parcels to this shower of xxxx over 3 years. There is a petition at change.org to have them investigated so PLEASE PLEASE go and sign it so we can eradicate them from our lives. "Left with neighbour" but guess what? I dont have any fxxxxxx neighbours!!! If I ever met the CEO or MD I would gladly go to jail for assault!!!!

WORST COMPANY!!! STOLE OR LOST MY PARCEL WORTH 200£! HERMES IS THE WORST COURIER COMPANY! Do not believe their fake good reviews, as they probably bought them. I have posted my parcel (200£ worth mobile phone I sold on ebay) with them 2 weeks ago and it still has not been delivered. After a painful process waiting in a queue and talking to their useless assistant Holly - I finally got connected to a real (although not helpful) customer support. My claim has been registered. 4 days after - when I called hermes (and yes, you have to chase for your lost or undelivered parcel yourself, as Hermes has no interest in informing you regarding your lost/stolen parcel). As I feared - Hermes has lost my parcel. My parcel has been collected from a Hermes drop-off point and reached their sorting depot. It has never moved from there - and has not been found since. Very unhelpful and unsympathetic customer support. The best I can hope now is 20£ refund. I am surprised how nobody sued this scam company for negligence. I will NEVER be using this company again and suggest you do the same (unless you want your parcels being lost/stolen by this company). I would give them 0 stars if I could. Disgusting company!!!

My parcel was delivered to a different address. The photo of delivery was sent to me of some stranger receiving the parcel at some other address. Still waiting for them to resolve it. No way of contacting this company as all the help is automated. Horrible experience.

Disgraceful customer service. A small parcel to return has been on my doorstep for a week waiting for Hermes to collect. The website states that a courier tried to collect it, but there was no reply. That is false. We are 'shielding' and do not leave the house. The parcel is also in clear view. It then states they will return the next working day. 4 working days later and the parcel is still on the doorstep. A phone call to Hermes resulted in a conversation with a 'robot' who told me, word for word, what was stated on the Hermes website. There is no possibility to speak with any person in order to resolve this problem. Absolutely disgraceful customer service, if you can call it a 'service' at all. It should be noted that MyHermes and Hermes are the same company.

Absolute zero rating. Lowest of the low. I ordered an item on Ebay via the Global Shipping Program, which appears to be a dubious process to begin with, but that is irrelevant and a different discussion altogether. The main glaring issue was with the final stage of the delivery, which was going to be handled by Hermes. Immediately, I had a gut feeling that this wasn't going to end well, and I was absolutely right to be concerned. Being a key worker, I have not been at home when when the courier has shown up. It seems that they attempt to deliver on 3 consecutive days and then simply "return" the parcel, with no method of retrieval. What is this nonsense all about? There are no options for a recipient to alter or specify a suitable delivery date or perhaps even a later delivery time. I was given no option to collect the package from a different location, in person, which I would have happily done. I have elderly neighbours, and what with the current times, I do not want to bother them with taking in deliveries, and I shouldn't have to do that in the first place, if I was given even the slightest of opportunities to be able to communicate with this farce of a company. So, with basically no alternatives, I selected the "safe place" option for the final attempt, which doesn't allow you to manually input any specific location information. There are limited given choices, some of which are guaranteed to make you roll your eyes upwards. Nevertheless, my request was clearly ignored, despite leaving an additional written instruction on my front door. I did, however, receive a BLANK "Sorry I missed you..." slip with absolutely NOTHING filled out on it! Clearly, this schmuck wasn't giving a damn. No initiative, no respect Now my package is being returned, allegedly. Returned to who knows where? I am absolutely seething. It is basically impossible to obtain direct communication, either online or over the phone, with a human being at Hermes. A simple enquiry... now a complaint.. seemingly cannot be made. Every avenue is nothing more than vague automated responses, talking in circles, all of which leads to no resolve. No accountability. Very clever. Of course, this is clearly all by design, as the volume of complaints aimed at this shower of incompetents must be well and truly off the scale. Hermes are nothing short of contemptible. I must stress to others, steer well clear of using them, because you are taking a gamble, and believe me, the odds will never be stacked in your favour. If you are considering a purchase from someone who is planning to use Hermes as the courier, advise them to use a different company, or no deal. Simple as that. This cowboy outfit must be boycotted, period. If anyone can provide a way of speaking to a real live human representative directly at Hermes, I would be very interested indeed. I'm sure others would be also.

This should be zero rating for consistently bad service - don't use them. They don't even knock when delivering, packages left on front door. Package delivered today was totally rain soaked, my window cleaner notified me of the package outside.

Terrible customer service Tried to order an international parcel. When it came to printing off the label it said there was an error and I needed to contact myhermes. Not great when you are in a hurry!! I waited an hour on their live chat. When someone finally spoke to me they ignored my messages for a long time before replying. Each message was asking for information I had already given! In the end I decided to cancel the order for a refund because the chat person was not replying to me and surprise surprise they replied a couple of seconds after I pressed the cancel button saying 'well I cant do anything to help you because youve cancelled it?' . INFURIATING ISN'T THE WORD. DISGUSTING SERVICE.

NEVER USE Awful and useless I used hermes to send a disabled scooter This parcel never arrived and i was told (after countless attempts to contact this company) that the item was damaged so hermes destroyed it, without speaking with me. How a metal scooter can be destroyed is beyond me, but to not contact me regarding this is absolutely appalling Will never use again

I requested parcel to be delivered to neighbour, was informed request would be forwarded to courier. Obviously not - parcel left outside front door where anyone passing could have taken it. This is the second time this has happened. Again I requested delivery to neighbour, parcel left at front door in pouring rain.
