“Made sure I was home only to be told courier had no access to address ?!? Impossible. No update on when parcel will be delivered now. Another time parcel was just left in front of the door ( I didn’t give them permission to leave it in a “safe” space. I would never use Hermes to send and from now on will check which company the retailer I want to order from is using. If it’s Hermes I won’t order”

“Awful service. On three different occasions I have been given a delivery time. Each time the parcel has turned up considerably late. Waiting for a parcel today, was told delivery between 6-8. I’m still waiting.”

“Myhermes is the worst service - do NOT ever use! They steal your parcel and then claim its your fault. There’s no customer service, you’re not allowed to call anyone. Things arrive weeks late if they arrive at all. The last item I was sent was so called “delivered”, a picture was taken that looked like my house but wasn’t. Never to be found and now my own loss they claim. Ie they steal! They suck”

“I have never had a successful delivery from this poor excuse of a courier company. Their drivers lie and steal parcels and their “customer services team” defend the drivers and cover their lies!”

“Constant failure to deliver parcels on time.Regularly message saying courier has problems.This company is a problem.I will now check that it is not Hermes delivery before I order. Rubbish.”

“They lied that I requested my parcel to be sent back to the retailer AND they didn’t notify me at all (I saw it when I wanted to track my parcel). Second time the retailer sent the same parcel, they messed up the address. I swear Hermes will single-handedly destroy fast fashion.”

“This company is a joke. Terrible chat service and delivery service. The driver is a lier. On tracking number website shows correct details for successful delivery. My name and address are correct so what does the drive neet to deliver? I am getting parcels from ebay, amazon all the time with no problems. The driver put on tracking website info "your courier has had an issue with getting to the delivery address" TWICE!!! I was lucky to chat with real agent only once. I asked to change delivery time for afternoon. | provided my phone number so the courier could call me in case on any issues. The delivery time has been changed but the driver still couldn't bowered to find my address and put the same note what last time. He couldn't even bowered to call me. Next day was exact the same. I couldn't contact customer service , web chat only automatic with rubbish info. Phone line automatic with no real person. Customer service does not exists. The web chat terrible. Overall I can score this company as 1 for 10.”

“Awful company. I paid for my package to be collected and sent to my customer on a Wednesday, but 3 days later no one had came still. When I rang up I was told someone had came but no one answered the door...my cctv proves no one has came at all then Hermes admitted the driver was new and actually hasn't came at all. Very bad service if you want parcels delivered on time id go else where. Awful company.”

“Consistantly useless couriers, always a nightmare trying to track down parcels left with neighbors. Why are Hermes completely unable to deliver a parcel. Try knocking louder, more than once and door bells are there to be used so why not use them?”

“The courier for Glasgow east is without a doubt the laziest most irritable person I have never met. I hope you are reading this and know that you are appalling at your job. The company is a complete farce. I got through to a transport office on the telephone and they told me they had no customer service number to contact. The only reason companies use myhermes is because they are so cheap....cheap for a reason - they do not deliver parcels.”

“My parcel 2202585731852048 was supposedly delivered nine days late on 27th Feb according to an email I received from them. My wife and I were at home all day and never say Hermes. You cannot query this as it is impossible to speak to a human being, only automated devices and robot cat service that can only answer limited questions. Who do you think you delivered it to and how do I get to see the name and signature? Will be very wary of buying anything from companies that use Hermes for deliveries.”

“refuse to use them 1 package arrived ike it was used as a football and it was fragile , i got a refund 3 times as each time broken, the they delivered a parcel to my porch. I haven't got a F@@ing porch and i never got the parcel”

“I knew i had a package coming as my company said its on its way,i went on my app and sure enough a (friendly) driver had collected it from my office. I tracked it for two days and app stated it was now in my local depot! Good, next day tracked it again and app still said its in depot?? Today get message sayings its with courier and will be delivered today ..great. Waited in all day.. guess what get message on app sayong package has been delivered and signed for!!! You can imagine how angry i am , i checked our cctv and guess what ..nobody arrived at our house at the time the app stated..Do Not use this company they a a bunch of crooks, oh to top it all wait till you try and contact them... bloody joke. Not even one star for these muppets”

“Terrible company, the last 2 times they have delivered anything to me, they claim they try to deliver but no one was home when they didnt even bother to try delivery (got cctv so can check). They then say there was a problem and the parcels were only delivered once the companies I purchased from opened investigations on them. Both times the parcel which I paid for guaranteed 24hr delivery arrived one 2 weeks later and damaged. ( one water damage and other the parcel was completely ripped open) the drivers only had paper to record deliveries and not scanning devices like genuine companies. Terrible service and I will always ask companies not to use them for my deliveries from now on.”

“My house is admittedly a little difficult to find, set back 20 metres from there rest of the postcode, but it takes a little bit of looking. I was waiting in for the parcel as I had a message saying it was coming that day. I then got a message to say delivery had failed and they'd left a card; the hadn't, I was in all day they just didn't bother. I had to contact them through the seller and wait in the next day. This has happened before, everyone else can find my house, 1 star is too many, but unfortunately it's the least you can put and there's no "appalling service" button.”
