They break the content of my parcel. Since I did not pay for the insurance, I got only £20 back. I have lost 110£ because they handled very badly the parcel,even though it was packed accurately. I will never ever use this service. Sometimes is better paying more but being sure to deal with professionals.

within 1 month They lost 6 parcels(stolen parcels). there are no progress in tracking numbers . nearly 1 months. no customers services. never give any parcel not received claims. reject all claims give false reason prohibited items . they are thieve named as parcel2go compagny

It is possible to lost one parcel 15 kilos? I really big parcel (bicycle). 2 months now from uk to Greece. With p2go everything it's possible. Don't used this company to save your money and your time. I lost 2000£ with this company...what can I say!!!

Absolutely disgusting company. They lost my sons scooter which I was returning to the retailer. They gave me the runaround for 3 months in relation to a claim, asking for the same info. over and over. It appears that they don't even bother to read customer communications. Eventually I became fed up with repeating myself and going around in circles and gave up on it. I had even paid additional costs for insurance. This was my second time using them and all is fine until they lose something, then an absolute nightmare!!!

Parcel sent on Dec 10th on '3-5 days service' finally delivered on Jan 27th, by which time I had already started a loss claim with them, and wasted genuine hours on their website on "live chat", always with long delays. The loss claim procedure is useless: they refused to accept a loss claim in late January even though their own parcel tracking said their depot had had it since 12th December. As it happened the parcel did finally arrive at the destination about 7 weeks after despatch. Would be zero stars if there was that option.

DO NOT USE Parcel2Go. They lost my parcel and i opened a claim then.It is now 2 months later and still have no answer or compensation. I am waiting 2 months and they did not contact me at all to update me and they did nothing to try and find my parcel. I tried to contact them but their is no email or phone number only chat which is hidden in their website.I was passed to 5 different people and started the process again with each person. I was on chat for 2 hours and achieved nothing not even a refund of the postage cost..they finally closed the conversation on me. I have not only lost my parcel my business has lost custom and it has cost me hours of my time and a great deal of stress. Choose another courier, Parcel2Go are crooks!

There's vey little to add to the terrible reviews this company receives, but boy do I wish I had read them before dealing with P2G. Quite simply the most dishonest company I have ever come across and the worst customer service you could ever imagine. My experience with sending a small parcel to Germany using P2G and DPD is far to long and convoluted to document, but just to say my parcel was never delivered, supposedly returned to me ( still waiting) Lie after Lie from P2G, zero help from DPD!! and now applying to small claims court. Please! Please!! don't waste your time and money with P2G, spend a bit extra with a reputable courier company and don't use a third party broker like P2G Should have listened to my dear old Gran when she told me "Cheap costs dear"

I arranged a collection on January 1. The delivery company decided (after collecting the parcel and retaining it for 3 weeks so I couldn't even re-send with another company) to suspend all services and cancelled my delivery. When I contacted Parcel2go (several times - not once did they get in touch with me) to try to sort it out, they told me it could be re-sent when returned. After waiting weeks I decided to use another company kand will never use this one again) so I asked for a refund. Initially they delayed as much as possible, then they tried to tell me the parcel was still in transit (not true as I had it), then they changed their minds and said I couldn't have a refund due to the contents in the box - despite the fact that the delivery company was happy to take them. They simply refused a refund for a service I paid for but didn't receive.

The worst company on the planet, they take your money and when there is a problem all you get is ignorance they shocking, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH P2GO.

Had to book it twice to get it collected, and it never was. I have now had an email saying they had tried 3 times. It’s lock down I am here 24/7. But had left it outside the door anyway. They have never been near my house. No one to telephone, no one to e mail, and now the cheek of it suggest I take it to the collection shop myself. Never had this trouble with any other parcel I have had collected from my premises. Beware do not use Parcel 2 Go to save £2.

I wish there was a 0 Star. This company has the worst customer service in the world. They lost my parcel months ago and when I tried to communicate with there was no one to help. they don't have a telephone number, they do not respond to e-mails and their insurance is a complete fraud, they never pay out even though they lose parcels constantly.” I lost £100 with this company. PLEASE DO NOT BECOME ANOTHER victim.

Wish there was a 0 start button. I've been awaiting my parcel since late December, and I'm being given 0 information as to where it is. The only way to contact them is through an online chat, and all the times that I've tried, I'm met with the same lousy response. Avoid at all costs, you will 100% lose your money.

Avoid! Robbery! Hidden costs! I sent a parcel to Italy, I paid for it and upon delivery, the recipient was asked to pay twice as much. Apparently, the new customs duties after Brexit. P2G doesn't let you know that there are extra costs. On the last, the recipient is informed that he must pay a very large amount otherwise the package will be destroyed. They seem to have the lowest prices, but in the end you end up paying three times more. It's a trap, be aware!!!

Terrible ! I have send a parcel to France with insurance to make sure that it will arrive or will get compensation. Well they lost my parcel and don’t want to compensate ! Beware don’t Deal with this company they argued that Porridge powder it’s food that mean it’s prohibited items well I had clothes inside they make me feel up forms to refund but at the end they make me waste my time ! I will not send anything else with them anymore !

Lots of parcels lost regularly. Customer service is nightmare. Even if you claim lost parcel you can't be sure that you will get compensation. Avoid if u can.

My parcel did not arrive. The tracker showed two alleged unsuccessful delivery attempts by Hermes. These never took place. It then showed 'delayed', no explanation and 6 days later there has been no update. All efforts to contact them have met with no response.

Ordered next day delivery. Followed up after 2 days as parcel still in transit. Told that it "Will be delivered today". Still not delivered. Followed up again, told that parcel not even at the depot. I asked about the promise it was on the way to be delivered. Was told "Will be delivered today" was meant to be "we'll do our best but can't guarantee". Refuse to understand that the promise to deliver today can be taken as reassurance (guarantee).
