“46% bad tells you everything you need to know. The team seemed to rectify an issue while my complaint was ongoing and dismissed the fact that I’d already provided screen evidence of the issue. No option but to file for a charge back now. They allowed me to pay £46 for an item to be shipped only for it to be returned as DPD don't ship to Spain. They said it was my fault even after sent evidence that their system let me book the service and pay for it again. Unhelpful contact team… I wish I’d looked at the reviews here before booking.”

After refusing to pay this money they agreed to start the return process for free.
However, we are in October, and they are still no managed to return the package back to UK.

“Lost my parcel sent to the USA, I now have been jumping though hoops back and forth with emails, each time they reply with different questions, the last emails are an absolute joke, they want the non recipient to fill in a claim form, I paid for the consignment via Paypal, and send email proof by sending my Paypal statement showing that, I will never use Parcelcompare again. Can't see what the problem is, they have admitted to losing the consignment, and they won't honour my claim.”

“If I could give zero stars I would. Arranged and paid for a parcel to be delivered. It was not delivered but was returned to me. When asked why and request a refund they said the parcel was wet inside and was undeliverable. Strange that the said parcel was delivered by a different company in the exact same condition with absolutely no issues and again absolutely no issues from the recipient of the parcel. No only are they refusing to give a refund for not delivering the parcel but have also taken money from my account to pay for returning the parcel to me. “I booked a return for 3 rolls of insulation, when booking i gave accurate measurements and dimensions and as the price was reasonable arranged the delivery.
Several weeks after the return was collected I received an email saying that the package had been audited and the dimensions I used were wrong therefore they wanted and additional £117 from me.
The only way to appeal this was to provide photographic evidence which obviously I didn’t have, I contacted the supplier who offered to provide the dimensions but parcelcompare did not accept this..
They have been unreasonable and put up barriers throughout the whole process, my solicitor has recommended that I ask for photographic evidence from them that they can’t provide, all I have been given is a blanked out invoice. Do not use”
“They are scammers. They tell you that parcel was a different size to what you advised. They charge you £56 extra for an alleged 3cm, offer no proof it was incorrect. They ask customers for evidence it was correct but will not produce any evidence to prove their case. They ignore what you do provide.

“I honestly wish that read more about the company prior to making a booking. I worked with so many logistics companies and third parties in the past, but this is by far the most hardest/complicated experience I have ever had. I booked the collection on Monday (which was supposedly URGENT collection/delivery) -- I was getting no updates, parcelcompare website was telling me that collection was the same day yet no one was coming to collect the parcel. When I contacted the logistic company directly, I was asked for so many irrelevant details about the parcel whatsoever and there is no easy way to contact parcelcompare (whom I initially paid the service to). The only way to contact them seems to be by post!
I feel completely neglected as a customer and I will not ever use their services. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES TO ANYONE.”
“Absolutely Dreadful Service - Ridiculous reasoning to cover their incompetence DO NOT!
This is surprisingly a scam company that operates at a large scale. I filled my form where certain lines are mandatory, you just cannot skip them. One of them is EORI number which is needed for customs clearance. I put that number as all the rest printed labels and sent the parcel. It did stuck somewhere in France and after 2 weeks went back to me. When I called DPD they said that the third-party provider did not provide the EORI number, that's why it is back. I contacted PC and what nonsense they accused me in not providing an EORI number. But their booking system does not allow processing without that number. Their reply: "You should have contacted us if this was the issue, as we shared the set of documents before collection. You should have observed this been missing".
So in their words, I had to check if they were doing their job properly!!! I pay money and I have to check if the shipment and custom paperwork are compiled correctly by their software. They refused to give a refund or send it again properly. SCAM company, AVOID!”
