Worse than absolutely terrible as usual. This company should really be shut down. No card left this time, didn't drop parcel at local post office so I'm completely in the dark as to where the parcel is. The last parcel before this one was lost completely. They only have one job, deliver the parcel & for me, they never do. Awful, shameful, useless, expensive & consistently bad. I do not have one good thing to say about them.

Unless you can get to your front door at the speed of an Olympic athlete they will be off and you are left with one of their useless cards . I spoke to the company I ordered from as I would be at work the next day and they arranged for delivery to my neighbour which they ignored and tried again to deliver to me. This service is an embarrassment

Slow service, delayed at depots and now using extortion tactics regarding "customs fees" for their shareholders and the government. No way should a piece of metal and a helmet be cleared at customs yet be held to ransom for "Value" added tax and other fees, how is anyone adding value to something they haven't touched or worked on. People need to stop letting this BS continue.

I sent a parcel to Australia on 8th March and paid extra for priority delivery, its now 27th March and the parcel is still "being prepared for export". This is the LAST time I use parcel force

Waiting for an eBay purchase. It was collected in Leeds and is still in Leeds 5 days later, no delivery date showing. Called customer service who know nothing. Asked to register a complaint and was given a complaint number but told there would be no follow up. Demanded a call back but the man who called me knew nothing and could do nothing. Parcelforce don’t work weekends, are clearly incompetent and demonstrably don’t care about customer satisfaction. One more part of our once good Royal Mail gone to the dogs and which won’t exist in a few year’s time. Could it be that these ex-monopolies just can’t handle the world of competition? Best avoided - use any of the others. They’re all poor but Parcelforce the worst by a big margin.

If I could give a zero rating I would. It appears Parcelforce are not able to follow simple instructions, when I opted to have my parcel delivered to a local post office, this was ignored. So they still attempted delivery to home address and posted a card through the door to state they will attempt re delivery the next day! That too will be no good as I’ll be at work!

The worst. Have still not received a package from Belfast to Galway after 2 weeks. Will not repsond on mail or twitter. Shocking service.

Just waffle, they tried to deliver a parcel twice, but they never even left a calling card, so I don’t know where my parcel is!!!

poor excuse for a parcel delivery company ,i cant believe this is what our royal mail post office offers.sold a mobility scooter on ebay and it turned up at the adress with bits smashed all over it,funny enough the part that was worst affected was not shown on the delivery photos ,the carry handle on the back was so bent the scooter would not unfold ,looked like it was crushed by a forklift .parcelforce offer a customer service number but there is no option to speak to an advisor ,its ridicolous and very frustrating.terrible ,terrible service total stress and frustration.oh and it was a day late !!

Bloody useless tried to deliver to the wrong address then expect you to pay for redelivery when they messed up leaving me without the part's I needed to finish a job worst delivery service available 😤😤!!

I mailed an international item through my local Post Office who assured me it would be undertaken by parcel force, I was charged £85 for priority delivery which should take no longer than 3 working days However on tracking the item I noticed that it was “held” incomplete documents I went into the PO but was told it was not their responsibility to find out the issue it was between myself and parcel force, I was so distressed I was issued with a phone number for parcel force which the PM had to fish from google I called the number and was pleasantly surprised to be smoothly guided to customer service the young lady was so understand helpful by the end of the conversation I felt relaxed She promised someone would return my call and I was like mmm right, I was not expecting this to happen, but how wrong I was when I received a call from JAIME at parcel force who informed me my telephone number was not included by the PO and that was the problem he assured me he would get my parcel out as quickly as possible, and there and then the tracking status was updated.., thank you Jaime ppl like you give faith in humanity Then today Wednesday March 20 Ireceived a call from LEE at parcel forced who informed me JAIME had ask him to call with information regarding my package and fedex tracking number. To say I was surprised is an understatement, not in a million years did believe such service was still available with such caring ppl Parcel force should commend and value staff like JAIME and LEE who gives the public faith in their service Thank you JAIME and LEE continue to go the extra mile, the joy you brought to my heart will be returned to you both a thousand times xx

Parcelforce lied about an attempted delivery. Disappointing to see a company resorting to tactics like this. I was gardening within 6 feet of my front door all day today. My security cameras show me working. No Parcelforce van came down the drive today. No calling card was left as nobody actually attempted to deliver anything. Quote "We attempted to deliver your parcel ZR1183336 on Wednesday 20th March at 16:53 but no one was available. Your parcel will wither have been taken to a local Post Office for the addressee to collect or returned to our depot. Your parcel stats will be updated here and our driver will have left a card explaining what to do next" I called Parcelforce but their automated system doesn't have an option to complain or speak to anyone. So what next, maybe another day off work to wait in ?

tracking said parcel would be delivered between 11 & 12. was in all morning. ring doorbell let's me know if anyone gets near the door. Tracking changes to "we tried to deliver but you wasn't home"... no you didn't you liar or there would be a card in my letterbox wouldn't there?. I'd rather they was honest and said look we're under staffed or couldn't be bothered etc than bare face lie and try and make it look like my fault!... I hate being forced to use this company.

Delivery attempted-not true-waiting in. No card left. Told rubbish on phone. Told them to deliver to local PO.Not done. Returned to depot. £15 for this garbage. Use someone else.

Rubbish+++ give delivery time, don't deliver at that time. Don't tell you parcel is coming. Don't deliver at all!!! Wasted 4 days waiting, still no parcel.

Had to return hospital home monitoring equipment. Received a message they’ll come between 1-3pm they didn’t turned up. Then they told the hospital I wasn’t available. Which is clearly a lie. Hospital booked again for them to pick up the parcel 2 days later. Again I received a text saying they’ll come between 3-4pm. I phoned the hospital to prove I was in at 3:45pm they had already left a message saying customer wasn’t available. I’m so angry and disappointed because I stayed at home for 2 day’s waiting for these unreliable people. I’m sure soon you’ll see them in a panarama documentary with their lies.

Had a delivery on 24 hour express overnight. 2 days later it’s still not arrived. It’s needed for a business and so far clocked up £50 in staff wages overtime waiting for it. Unable to access address. They deliver to us regularly in a town centre and drove past yesterday and today. He just went home early! Customer service lady has assured it will come tomorrow but no apology. It’s not good enough for the price they charge and the breakages they cause. As it’s the carrier our supplier uses we have no choice but given the choice we would avoid at all costs.

Picked up, flagged as on way to depot then nothing. A ‘search’ was undertaken, nothing found. After chasing I was told to put a claim in. Then 3 weeks after entering the parcelforce system my item appeared for sale on eBay. Hours spent trying to get something done as I have loads of pics with conclusive marks to prove it’s the same item. Parcelforce quickly agreed to pay out but all I want is the item I bought. Now as PF have agreed to pay the claim the Police say PF would need to contact them not me, somehow I don’t think this is going to happen. Messaged them about this yesterday, no reply today. I won’t be using them again. BTW the item sold quickly on eBay before I knew about the claim payout otherwise I’d have bought it again, ironically the seller listed Parcelforce for delivery, you can only hope for karma.

Like many other parcels being shipped by this farce of a service, has yet again been lost in transit. Sat in the depot now for a week and not moved, tried calling but it looks like the phone has been thrown away and it’s an empty point. Total and utter shambles of a company.
