I bought an outdoor corner sofa with a fire pit table and an out door rug over a month ago. It arrived in due course but the fire pit was damaged and the glass surrounding the fire was the wrong size as was the rug, Both fire pit bits were collected and I received a replacement a couple of weeks later only, one of the parts was missing. I have called The Range 5 times and been on the phone for over 4 hours, only to be told that they can’t replace the part until they find the missing part. There are no supervisors to complain to, the help button is useless and doesn’t work, you can’t email a complaint and they have you over a barrel. The furniture is really nice and if I got all the parts I would have given 5* but customer services is diabolical and a total let down. I am still unable to use the fire pit a month after getting it. The rug came from a third party company so nothing can be done until the other company reply to The Range. I have again chased this up asking for it to be collected and a refund given. I’m still waiting. If you purchase any items on line, be prepared to have this hassle if the item is incorrect or damaged and hopefully the replacement won’t get lost or you’ve no hope!! 🤯

Still waiting on a refund. Ledbury recliner chair was collected and returned on the 9th of July. Contacted customer service via email about 10 times, also phoned customer services about 4 times. Very poor call answer time as usually on hold for around 25 minutes each time. No supervision in the department as they have no supervisor or managers that you can speak to. I find this an absolute joke!!! The only response is that it will take another 5 to 10 days. I might be lucky and get my refund by Xmas. Over 6 weeks and still waiting. Buyer beware.

I am greatly concerned by the lack of support from this company. They take money and refuse to rectify any issues that occur. I purchased a sideboard online in May 2022, the unit was broken and I contacted customer services to arrange a collection and refund. We are now coming to the end of Aug and I am still waiting for this refund. I wish I read all these reviews prior to purchase! The customer service team take over a week to reply to my emails. They first asked for photos of the damage. I sent these and told them that I would like a refund. They emailed back to say they have forwarded this to the Partner and requested a replacement. I emailed back telling them that I have already requested a refund. They then asked for pics of the unit disassembled and packaged which I provided. They then requested I confirm a suitable date of collection. I told them any day as I work from home. They then said I needed to be specific with the date, as the Partner requests this. I gave them Aug 1st but they didn't collect or respond until after. They then requested I choose another date and I said 19th Aug as they said I need to allow 10 working days. Again surprise surprise, unit wasn't collected. I phoned customer services, and after being on hold for over an hr, I was told that the managers do not take calls from customers! how ridiculous. Today, we took the unit to our local store only to be told they are not able to do anything as the system doesn't let them! I think I will have to take this loss and never shop there again. This is pure robbery. It should not be allowed; this company needs investigated!

Absolutely awful customer service waited on the phone for 45 mins asked to send photos which I did 15 times then they hung up on me and had to do it all over again then said they couldn’t do anything asked to speak to a manger they don’t have one 😂😂😂 they are a pound shop store go somewhere else

Paid for express delivery, and received half my order after 10 days. Phoned them 3 times to get the same answer each time....it's been held but we don't know why. I ask to speak to a manager but "managers don't talk to customers" Terrible customer service where they all seem to say a different line to get you off the phone. DO NOT USE

I ordered some clothing from the Range plus. When they arrived, they were appalling quality and so I contacted The Range to resolve. Since then I’ve spent more than 2 hours on the phone to The Range..mainly hold, on several calls. They act as though my contract is with their supplier Jaoyeh. Eventually, they sent me a label to return the items..but when I went to the post office, they explained the label was only for a large letter.. it a parcel, so the items remain in my possession. I cannot describe how awful dealing with The Range is..they’re customer service is zero and their staff are dismissive and downright rude. I won’t give up, but after almost 4 weeks, it’s outrageous this matter hasn’t been resolved. All I want to do is send the items back, and be refunded…something so simple with every other business…not so with The Range.

Awful! Customer services don’t answer phones or respond to any emails ar all. Stuff you but online can’t be returned back to the store which means a your faced with the idiots customer services team that either do not exist or are too lazy to answer any emails Or phone calls this is the second time this is happened now won’t be coming here again I can understand other people fraustration

Awful experience!!! Please change photos from your website. Do not photoshop to fool customers around. This is not right and my buying experience with you is bad. I will not buy anything from this website again. I ordered a mirror and product that I have received is not the same as photos online!! Now they asked me to pay for the return label ! This is ridiculous. You can not fool customers around with your fake photos and send me cheap quality product. £50 mirror is not cheap but the return label is £35. I brought a shelf for my daughter for her house on the 22nd July 22, they sent out the wrong one, after emails and no response after sending on the evidence they wanted that they had sent out the wrong one out. Their customer care is shocking to say the least, they don’t tell you they order from a third party so when you buy on line you can’t return back to store, so your beholden to them to get in touch. I wouldn’t recommend anyone order from the online store. I’m still waiting for a response and we are now the 14th August it’s disgusting how they treat people. The first and last time I order from them. The 1st pic is what I wanted the 2nd pic is what got delivered gloss white.

I bought this bbq from the range, hardly used it, then one day this happened (see photos) obviously sub-standard materials r used, a bbq should b able to take heat, it’s what it’s for!! The range refused to do anything because my warrantee had run out, surly this is a threat to life!!! I will never buy from the range again after spending £1000’s there in the past. The customer service is non existent, they don’t seem to want to know once they have your money. It takes at least a week for an answer to your e mail, my advice to everyone is steer clear!!

Disgusting. I received a damaged item which had been returned by multiple customers before I got it (other address and return labels all over the box). I have all the evidence and photos. THIS IS FRAUD because I played for a brand new item. My property was damaged where the delivery men forced the large box through doorway instead of removing the armchair outside. Wasted money on fuel to return the chair to the store myself after not being able to get hold of anybody on the phone line, more money wasted on 40 minute unanswered call. Still waiting for my compensation over a month later. I was told by Dave of the head office help team that an investigation is being carried out which is a complete lie. I haven't heard anything for weeks despite repeated attempts to nudge them in to action I will be warning everybody I know to never use the range because they are committing fraud on who knows what kind of scale and have zero customer care.

AVOID AT ALL COST. I bought an office chair for £119. It was faulty, I couldn’t pull it up or down. We decided to put it back in the box ready for it to be returned. I called customer service (35min wait time on the phone) I was told I would have to record my self-sitting on the chair to prove it was faulty!!! The customer service advisor Maria was extremely rude and said they can’t help me unless i record myself sitting on the chair and prove its faulty. I explained to her that I as heavily pregnant and my husband is away. But she refused and said I would have to sort it out myself!!! Just evil and don’t care about the customers at all. I was promised an email after the call however nothing arrived after 2 hours. I must call them back and wait 30 mins just to speak to someone. Very disappointing. Not worth it especially after spending all this money.

Customer service? Appalling. I now have no alternative but to go to trading standards. The phone lines are constantly busy morning noon and night. For the past 11 days I have been responding to the online service. That also is like talking to a robot 7 online messages And I still have a faulty water fountain? If anyone has any other advice, I'd be extremely grateful. This will be the 1st and last time I order online with the Range .

I will never ever order from the range again. I ordered a paddle board that had a leak. It looked like a return that had been patched up and resold. Two days trying to get through on the phone to customer services. Finally got through to be told they were now closed for the day.

Bought a rattan furniture set that is defective in so many ways it cannot be sat on. Screw holes filled with metal and staples, actual rattan peeling away, cushion covers also with threads unravelling. This was from a 'trusted' partner so the range refused to help with return and refund. I was offered a £35 refund on an unusable and defective item that cost £220. I contacted the range in the hope they would help. The response I received was that this was an acceptable resolution from the third party and that they would be closing the ticket. I'll be avoiding both the range and any the trusted partner from now on. Customer service at its worst.

Awful experience for online shopping with the RAnge, never go for it again, cos the CS took you 45mins to get through but then would hung u up rudely by saying sorry , u just sent email for this case, I cannot help Never touch those "Supplier Plus" deal , cos both companies would push to each other and never able to arrange the collection of broken pc, today the CS from the Range even told me that the dont have Vivense's phone number, Vivense wont accept calling, they wont pick up, But I already called Vivense by myself few times in person by their official web shown phone contact. If they never come to pick up, you never able to be refund, I have spent 1 whole week to struggle between The Range, The Vivense and DHL, sine 4th Aug still 0 progress

If I could give no stars I would two parcels were apparently left in my garden after I specifically asked for them to be left at a neighbours who was home and they weren’t there won’t refund me the money and couldn’t care less

Purchased a sofa bed online via my debit card to put in a spare room in my house for when nieces and nephews come to stay over during assembling I noticed the quality was extremely poor but I thought as It wont be used much it will last but as children have been sitting on it and sleeping on it the product is so tacky the sofa bed frame snapped (made from cheap wooden beams) as children where sleeping on it! The feel into the base and could have seriously hurt themselves as product was under warranty, I tried calling customer service for 3 days no answer got fed up and emailed customer services on FB and email, FB responded after 3 days, and my email was responded to after 2 days. Unfortunately, sofa bed is not replaceable as it’s no longer available so they would refund me in full within 3 – 5 days. Now 11 days have passed, and I don’t have a refund they have told me its my banks fault! I checked with the bank they have nothing pending. I asked them for 3 days straight to tell me what’s going on again they blamed my bank eventually they told me to call customer services I had been trying for 4 days no answer again. So I decided that I have enough I reached out for help via linkedin premium messages to the CFO, COO and CEO. COO and CEO have not responded the CFO reached out and told me he would have some one contact me immediately no one has! I then got an email from customer services telling me there refund system is not working hence the refund was not processed? Yet they have been telling me no I am in the wrong and it’s a bank issue? She now told me They will do a bank transfer that will take 14 days to process. This is ridiculous that 1 month to wait for a refund BACS transfer are processed within 1 hour. Now the CFO has stopped responding also. It’s a joke company should never buy from such cowboys management and leadership is a joke. I am now filing a claim with MCOL and will collect interest and legal fees. AVOID at all costs.
