On 13 september 2022, i purchased a ticket from Ho Chi Minh city to Phnom Penh, the airline is called Lanmei airline. A few days after, that the airlines cancelled my flight by themselves, they said it is due to operational issue. Until now, i do not get refund yet and i already ask both Traveloka and Lanmei airline about this but it does not really helpful, Traveloka said the refund process can be up to 90 days, shorter or longer and they are not sure when i can get refund. Be careful guys, doing business with Traveloka and Lanmei airlines will only waste your time and money, i do not know what they do with our money in that 90 days, they are not bank and they should not keep our money for that long....ironically, it only needed 1 hour to fly and 10 minutes to purchase the ticket but 90 days to refund money that is not theirs. I only wished i can get second chance to buy ticket from another airline and from another website. so many thing are wrong. I have issues with login, and payment. Everytime I login, I have to select "Forget Password" , then I have to create a new password. Also, the website doesn't accept 2 of my credit cards. I talked to the customer service, but their replies are so strange and tread me like I'm a criminal. Because of that issues, I search other places and find cheaper prices. Thank you.

If I could give them zero I would, We downloaded Traveloka over 3 years ago,we supplied everything for the app, all our personal details all verified, 2 credit and debit cards, 1 from New Zealand and 1 from Australia, both verified by our banks from both countries, we own a Villa in Bali and need to top up electricity PLN token, very small payments about 30 USD, Everytime we go to use our loaded credit cards they are blocked by Traveloka our banks say payment verified with a sms message to our phone we comfirm it. We then spend the next 4 to 5 hours on Traveloka message app to sort out , everytime they say will contact fraud card services, then they come back a few hours later for my passport again holding up a statement in front of mirror stating this true and correct, then they ask me to take another photo of credit and debit cards showing the last 4 digits, after about another hour they will unblock the cards for few hours and then block again, we go over this same process every time, stay away from Traveloka if you have a overseas debit or credit card, I have fully removed the Traveloka app and will never deal with them again due to wasting so much of my life.

super dissappointed with Traveloka. I have been using Traveloka for years!! I have made booking and successfully made payment for my flight. I have also received email stating that my payment is successful and my eticket will be issued within 30 minutes. And suddenly i received cancellations of booking just because there is a change in prices. How unprofessional!! You cancel my booking without consulting me! Not even a courtesy call or an email! And when I call your your company, I was dismay that your customer service is operating from home!! And she just said as a matter of fact that nothing can be done. My booking that was confirmed has to be cancelled because of price change . I am not at fault but I was penalised. Is this how Traveloka runs the business?? I do not wish ro share my unfortunate incidents but will do so if I have no choice!! The family of the 2 passengers that are supposed to fly tomorrow have travelled all the way from jawa timur to jakarta to pick them up. They are poor peasant from Indonesia privince. 1 of them have to be home urgently as her mother is very sick. Hope she makeit in time to see her dying mum! I have made a booking and lock in at the price given and suddenly i received cancellations of booking just because there is a change in prices. How unprofessional!! I have receved an email saying that my payment is successful and ericket will be issued within 30 minutes 4. Suddenly Traveloka cancel my booking and wanted to make a refund because there was a sudden change in price. 5. No one from Traveloka bother to get in touch with me or to consult me before making the cancellation 6. It is very dissappointing that such a well known travel agency is running a business in this manner I believe if this is being brought up to the media or the the authority, it will not bring a good name to your brand. We booked a flight through them and had to change it due to unforeseen circumstances. When we called we picked a new flight, agreed to pay a fee, they said it was complete and we were good to go. 8 hours later we receive a call saying there’s only 1 seat on the flight and that we would have to pay quadruple what we agreed to earlier. This obviously was unacceptable because it we had already closed the deal earlier only for them to come back and try to leverage us into completely different terms. Also there is 2 of us so 1 seat isn’t an option. Basically what happened was they had said everything was complete but they are incompetent and waited 8 hours to contact the airline and when they finally did, other people had already booked the seats. To add insult to injury they refused to refund our money. They are the ones that made the mistakes but their customer service thought it was fair for us to bear the consequences of their failures. Buyer beware, this is a predatory company

Can't add the baggage before the payment even though the customer service already checked, they said they can add the baggage when they try. I keep refreshing my browser & refill the travelers details still can't add the baggage.

Terrible terrible service! They do not care for their customers at all! Just book directly with airline and avoid the hassle. I had to rebook a flight because my son had a change of school schedule. I tried to rebook with the airline itself and they were only charging me $60 but I keep getting an error and the airline told me that I need to rebook with Traveloka because I made the booking with them. So I contacted them and they were charging me the price of a whole new ticket, just to rebook for one flight they were charging me more that $600. What a scam! 😡😡😡

Hello. Traveloka is not trustworthy. We booked our flight on Nov 19, 202, cebu to manila, and suddenly they sent us an email that it would be changed to Nov. 6, 2021. We sent them a message that we did not agree with it hence we were still in manila at that time (our flight fro manila to cebu was Nov 13, 2021). Actually it was our return ticket. They informed us that we would seek refund for it. We waited for 7 months. At one time, they let us choose if we want to convert the refund to a rescheduled flight. We supplied the needed requirements.But, at the end they said it couldn’t be refunded because of airline policy, – it says it was not fully cancelled flight. And our reservation is not refundable. We do agree, it is our fault, if we were not the ones who did not fly on schedule. But it is very clear under the sun that it was their fault. Where is the justice?

I booked some tickets in Traveloka last 2 years and because of Covid everything been cancelled even my flights. It's been two years and until now the issue hasn't been resolved. I have a quite amount of money that they been holding. I am trying to get in touch with customer service but none of them really helped me and resolved the issue.

They have terrible customer service. We made a mistake in filling out one of the names when we were booking. But we requested it to be corrected immediately. Almost a week later we had to email them to follow-up. It turns out the 24h period to change details had lapsed. But we did send all the necessary details within 24h. But that was all we got. They sat on our request for too long and then they didn't even bother fixing it by contacting the airline directly. And they didn't bother replying to our unrelated clarifications either. We were the ones that had to contact the airline directly, who have customer service that's just as bad. This whole ordeal took us 5hr to fix. It should've ended really quickly, in less than an hour.

Just avoid them at all cost. Only respond on any changes to flight ticket is to deal with the airline directly before even consulting the airline and only give excuses on why they cannot do anything about it. Where else airline keep telling me that only they can change.

MAJOR SCAM! I was unable to go on the flight and now will miss my flight due to the negligence of Traveloka booking me at two different airports for a connecting flight. My son and I were denied entry leaving Jakarta. Noone has helped for two hours and now I will miss my flight! Will NEVER USE TRAVELOKA AGAIN. So sad and upset. No urgency w/ customer support. Update; they want to charge me 107,000,000 to reschedule my flight. Three times more than the original cost. I have a return flight that they have now canceleled. This return flight isn't till July 17th vut they have canceled it . Have not responded to help find a solution but instead are trying to take MORE MONEY from me.

Worst service ever. They take your money before confirming that the product they advertise is available. I am still waiting for confirmation of a refund and they shut the phone in my face when following up on the process. The customer service employees are like they are programmed to keep saying the same thing no matter what you are asking them.

Don’t ever book your ticket through the third party, specially is Traveloka, I had booked my ticket with scoot airline and canceled because Covid restrictions, I would like to get a refund voucher ( not money) for next trip but until now we can’t redeem the voucher because Traveloka registered my voucher with their gmail so that I can’t get the OTP to verify my voucher. So many many time I’m trying to contact Traveloka but nothing at all, even scoot helped us to changed the voucher but the OTP was sending to Traveloka gmail. MONEY WASTED BECAUSE OF YOUR CARLESS WORK TRAVELOKA.

THIS TRAVEL AGENCY IS HORRIBLE, I MADE A BOOKING FOR MY BROTHER IN 2019, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTED ME TO MAKE THE BOOKING BUT HE INPUTED THE WRONG RETURN FLIGHT DATE ON THE BOOKING DESPITE OF SHOWING IN THE ITINERARY THE CORRECT ONE. AT THE TIME OF CHECK IN, CEBU PACIFIC AGENT DID NOT RECOGNISE THE BOOKING AND FORCED MY BROTHER TO REBOOK THE TICKET AND INCURRED ADDITIONAL FEE. TRAVELOKA THAT TIME JUST PROVIDED US 1,500 PESOS FOR REIMBURSEMENT. NEVER TO THIS AGENCY AGAIN!

Traveloka screwed up our scheduled transportation today from Nha Trang to the airport. No car or driver showed up as expected at 1:00 PM so we had to make last minute panic change to GRAB which worked out good. As a result I have also cancelled our future Booking for May 26. Can’t afford another mistake on their part.

I advise everyone don't use Traveluka, their customer service is not even helpful. Our family of three bought tickets from Singapore Airlines no through Traveluka last week. I wanted to buy another ticket for my child because the flight time is too long as I discovered there is another route comes with shorter travel time. Singapore airline said that my ticket was sold at Traveluka, they need me to call Traveluka so that the reps can assist me on this. First call, Traveluka's customer service officer told me to wait for their email. Second call which is 3 days later, I called them again and they said they have not received the email from Singapore Airline. Third call, 2days later, I still didn't receive it and Traveluka told me the same thing again. I suggested them not to wait for the email from SQ and instead they could just call SQ directly to liaise with SQ customer service. Traveluka said they will contact the SQ specialist team and asked me to wait again. Today, I still did not receive any updates from Traveluka and I called SQ directly and got them to resolve this issue on the behalf of me asap. Less than half a day, issue resolved. Traveluka was not being helpful and they didn't even bother to update me at all. They have no sense of urgency and never put themselves in customers' shoes. This is so bad.
