Looking back, in my first year with GGS, I practiced living the body-mind-attitude-habit in tandem with a consistent 30-45 minutes of 3-days a week. I had never been more stronger in my 43 years of life! Then in 2024, life took some really tough turns and thanks to my coach, I persisted with each punch, and returned to treat my body with joy, disciple, and strength of a scientifically backed method. After many years of false starts, I finally have regained a great level of fitness and am physically stronger than ever. “I love the GGS coaching program. I've tried other programs on my own or with a coaching platform before and GGS is hands down the best fit for me. The focus on small, manageable steps that I can start taking from day 1 to make a meaningful difference in my life by the end of the program is super realistic and something I am actually able to stick to longer term as opposed to doing it for a month and then "falling off the wagon". The mindset lessons around food, exercise and rest really shift you to a more positive place where you're making decisions based on what is best for your life as it truly is right now not some imaginary life where I get up at 5am to workout 7 days a week and eat 90% of my calories from vegetables and chicken. That's not who I really am and GGS gets that.”

“Jen Comas was my GGS coach this year. This was my 2nd year as a coaching client. Jen is extremely knowledgeable and a skilled communicator which is crucial. She always listened thoughtfully and provided stellar advice. I frequently asked about exercise modifications, and she gave multiple options that suited my current abilities. She is very valuable when one has questions about nutrition. She can help sort out the confusing and often just incorrect advice that social media spews out and keep you focused on what matters, building good habits and doing them consistently. She encouraged me to explore and hone in on what will work best for me. What I appreciated about the GGS program itself, is that it can be tailored according to your specific goals such as building muscle, fat loss, gaining strength etc. The coaches are able to adjust your workout program according to your needs or preferred schedule or change to a different program if you want to try something new. I am 55. This year there were a few moments during my fitness journey when I felt like hitting the pause or quit button. Jen is not only very good at her job, she is a very compassionate and caring person, and felt extremely lucky to have her guidance. “Girls Gone Strong is an excellent program for people looking to establish (or reestablish) steady exercise and mental and nutrition coaching. The workouts are challenging but doable, and working with a coach on the online platform is extremely helpful for staying on track and exploring some of the 'why' of what you eat and do every day unconsciously. I would highly recommend this program for someone looking to get back on track without going to crazy extremes.”
