Am sorry but am finding this very hard to understand We paid for the Legend Upholstered TV Media Bed Frame with 40" LED Smart TV Not even 2 weeks up and the surround sound has never worked and now the remote control stopped working Which means can't put tv up or down So with charger wire provided we plugged into the side charger ports to charge up which is stated to do in Manuel An now there not working We have spent all week leaving voice messages on customer service as no one will answer It took us to contact the store we bought it in to get in contact with manufacturers So they finally contracted us to tell us sounds like the remote was faulty which blue the bed mechanism We will send u out a new battery for remote control and sorry but will take a few weeks for replacement part to come in to fix the electric mechanism and we will get engineer to fit for you !!!!! Am sorry but save up for a bit of luxury for these faults to happen is not on I really am uncomfortable with this and don't know what to do next Any advice would be so greatful

NEVER SHOP AT BENSONS!!!! We ordered bedroom furniture in January and were told a delivery date of March 8th. My wife booked time off for this date and we were told we'd be contact 2 days before with a delivery time. The 7th arrived and still no contact so I phoned them to be told we had changed the date to 14th. I said we hadn't and was offered March 12th earliest as the furniture was now in and available. This did not suit so agreed March 22nd with them. Again my wife booked that date off work. We then get a message on 20th to say they cannot deliver due to ferry strikes, I obviously phoned to question as I was told our furniture was available in stock, to be told they shouldn't have said that. the lady said it is now 28th I asked to speak to someone more senior and was put on hold. after 35 minutes I gave up. Anyway, I booked 28th March off and we got the messages to confirm delivery and a time slot, 12-6pm. Anyway this morning (28th) at around 10.30 we get a message to say they cannot deliver, so I phone customer services yet again, to be told they don't even have the furniture available. Extremely annoyed I question why to be told they have no availability information and they'll contact me Monday. What an extremely unprofessional, unorganized bunch Bensons are. The service is abysmal and will NEVER use again

We placed a large order with Bensons in November. They promised delivery before Christmas. They stuck to their word but our bed arrived without a headboard. We had to wait until the first week of January for the headboard to get delivered. We then decided we needed another chest of drawers. Went in store and placed the order mid January. Was told it would take 12 weeks for delivery so we patiently waited until the 12 March. We were then called to say supplier issues so will deliver the week after. The week came and were called to say delivery issue so promised the item would be delivered the week after. The third week has come and just received another call to say supplier issues again. Not impressed with the service from Bensons. Quality of goods isnt great either. I think I will stick to Ikea next time. This will be the last time I ever purchase anything from Benson again and will not recommend it too others. Such a pity as their store staff work tirelessy and are so helpful and friendly but are then let down but the delivery seevice.

Absolutely shocking and awful service. I will never use them again and will be advising my friends and family not to use them. We purchased 3 items of bedroom furniture and a bed and matress was told her would take 3 months to be delivered but rest can be delivered 2 weeks later so we went ahead. When it arrived in was damaged big thick black lines on the drawers and a crack in the corner of the unit. Took ages to get through to customer service no joke a 53 min wait on phone ! To be told don’t email us as that’s taking at least 7 days to reply! Eventually they took it away so this meant another morning off work. When we paid deposit for bed was booked in for the delivery. My husband had to book this day off work. We get a call 3 dats before delivery due ask g for balance and as we hadn’t paid balance 10 days before we wouldn’t be delivered the bed on the day arranged! We were told we should have been told this. We had not been told that and had not received any email. We phoned and spoke to manager who didn’t give a damn and said “you can have your deposit back then”. Surely this company must be losing so much money. Anyway we purchased the same items elsewhere which are lovely and great service.

Ordered a bed in October. Took delivery in November. cost 1400. They guaranteed to change the bed if it proved to be wrong after 45 days. Well the mattress we tried in the shop was much softer than the level 3 we recieved, which is so hard I am now sleeping in the spare room. Communications with customer services is beyond dire, and I would give a zero if I could. When i eventually got through to someone, they said that the alternative bed I wanted was no longer being made, and they refused to change it unless we paid another £800. We are now stuck with a very expensive bed that I cannot sleep on. I feel like cancelling the direct debit. Do not buy from Bensons for Beds. Once they have your money, they couldn't care less about you.

Im very disappointed with the customer service and how my order was dealt with. I made order on 25/02/2019 and it supposed to be delivered on 19/03. After waiting 3 weeks for my delivery on 18/03 (day before planned delivery) I was informed that my order will be delayed for another 10 days until 29/03/19. I was really disappointed and annoyed about delay and being told last minute after I booked day off from work to make sure I’m at home when bed arrives. I was considering cancellation of order and I asked what I need to do to cancel my order. During phone call on 18/03/19 I was told I need to send email to the relevant department to make cancellation which in the end I haven’t done. On 25/03 I rung customer services to find out about progress on my order and I was told that order has been cancelled! No information was sent to myself, no email, no phone call, no txt. If I didn’t call to get update on my order I wouldn’t even know that it has been cancelled (which I didn’t even asked for in the end). I would sat at home on 29/03 just waiting for delivery. Its shocking and disappointing. I have never received such bad service for something I paid for. There shouldn’t be a place for situation like this in big company like yours. I will never buy anything form your company. It was just waste of time. I waited 4 weeks for bed and now I have to order somewhere else and wait again for delivery. Unacceptable.

My mam purchased a mattress from Benson's 13 months ago with a 5 year guarantee at the cost of £813.oo. the mattress has sunk in the middle on both sides as we turn it regularly. We complained, sent photos an inspecter called did loads of daft stuff and said they couldn't honour the guarantee. What a load of rubbish he laid on the bed and said he could feel the lumps he even asked if mam missused the bed mam is 75, so did not quite know what he meant. He stood the mattress on its side and asked mam if she could hold it while he did more daft stuff. Mam was alone at the time so we feel she was intimated. Benson's certainly have not heard the last of this!

Purchased single divan bed 11th Jan, and delivery was 5th Feb. To cut a long story short, staff in shop were very helpful but customer services is worse than APPALLING. Bed Damaged so sent email with images of damage and was advised replacement bed will be ordered but 3-week wait. After no sign of replacement, decided to cancel order but had to wait 10 days for them to collect it and 6 days for them to process refund. Delivery men even said this is all they seem to deal with these days. Asked numerous time to speak with customer services manager but they declined and one ad visor named MUSH even hung up on me. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Disgusting customer service. Told bensons about our competion date of our new house and they would only delivery it end of February which was fine. Get to the delivery date, we waiting all day till 10pm at night waiting for our delivery still no show. We even nipped to the store to ask what was happening. The gentleman John at your Leeds Birstall store was very helpful, he made it clear that was nothing he could do. He even suggested to cancel our order and buy else where. Working as a manager myself for a different retail store, Their colleagues are obviously not bothered to lose customers and made myself feel very stupid about even purchasing from them. Definitely would not recommend. Maybe some training for the staff to delight their customers.

Bought a bed and mattress 2nd Feb 2019. Night before delivery which was March 15th was told mattress was not in stock. Bed was delivered on the Friday I rang on Tuesday 19th March to be told mattress was in stock but could not be delivered until March 25th. I got up at 6.30 am van arrived just after 7am. Guess what no mattress !!! Rang customer service who said they would inform distribution and someone would ring me. No phone call so contacted customer services who said there had been a problem with obtaining mattress. I informed them that I had already been told mattress was there !! I was then told they could not deliver until March 29th. Apparently computers decide when and where deliveries take place. My advice give them a wide berth unless you’re happy to sleep in the floor !!!!

Shocking dont use ive bn waiting for 6 months for items to be delieverd . Customers service complete waste of time always being fobbed off. We have now been banned from the shop how discusting. When some items was delivered the drivers attitude stunk damaged house left bedroom item down stairs and wouldnt take upstairs.cant get answers no one returns call

The Worst experience ever!! We paid GBP2200 for ‘Full set’ bed, we’ve been told it comes with the headboard, which was never the case. Called customs service for refund as we felt it was mis-selling. Without any further investigation, They denied everything & refused to proceed refund. They were rude on the phone and not willing to listen! Avoid this company! Their price is high, their delivery service is horrible and their customer services is a nightmare!

Wish I had read these reviews before buying from Bensons. Bed good, but it is the after sales service that is appalling. Despite dozens of emails with no response, not able to speak to anyone over the telephone, and the local store doing nothing, looks as if we are stuck with a base that consists of two ‘left’ halves which do dot fit together.

If there was a zero star option I'd take it! Warning.... DO NOT USE BENSOND Ordered a headboard on 12.01.2019 and I am still waiting on delivery. Multiple calls made to the store and customer service and still no answers. I've received delivery of the headboard twice now and on both occasions only half a headboard has arrived. The only thing bensons say is that it's a supplier issue. Now my emails are being ignored. Very poor customer service. I have paid for the item and no offer of my money back until I receive the goods. Very disappointed

I spent over £2200 on a new bed with Bensons, and I wish that I had purchased it from as professional and caring vendor. Their delivery team damaged the Bed during delivery. We then had to wait almost 2 months for a replacement. During this time seeping on a mattress on the floor. Customer services mess you about, could care less, and provide broken promises. Do not waste you money and time with Bensons for Beds.

My order number is cha46322771 I have bought beds and wardrobe after weeks delivery comes as ring colour they have rearranged new delivery for an other 6 weeks But had come as missing part and broken wardrobe door, An other delivery has been rearranged again missing item hasn’t been accepted Unbelievable November 2018 I have made order still I haven’t received my order I have passed my xmass without that set I have paid already for them, Now in March I have ask for money back

Wouldn't even give it 1 star, 3rd October 2018 we got our bed and it was broken, after terrible communication, practically non existent to be fair, and multiple cancelled appointments on their side we have only just got the new bed frame on the 20th March 2019. Tried to call them and it's a 2 hour wait, not possible for me to wait 2 hours on the phone when I have a 2 year old and I'm still waiting on a reply from an e-mail I sent in January!!! Awful experience, will never use again. Tried getting a refund and for them to pick the bed up but no answer. We were having to sleep on a mattress on the floor since the 3rd October when the bed arrived. Not acceptable at all. When I called the third time to ask where our bed frame was the woman said there wasn't anything on their system, she implied I was a lier and that I never asked for a new bed frame. Not happy and will take legal action if I have to.
