Congratulations HD. U just lost 5k for my bathroom remodel. Look around 4 20mins 2 find sum1 2 help me and nothing so went across the street to Lowe's.. 2 hrs and 5k later I have everything 2 remodel it

HOME DEPOT IS GOING DOWN THE WORST THINK TO DO IS ORDER FROM HOME DEPOT NO SERVICE NO COSTUMER SERVICE SUCKS WE HEVE OTHER CHOICES LIKE LOWES PC RICHARD AND OTHER BUT HOME DEPOT I WILL BE SENDING EMAILS PHONE CALLS NO TO GET ANY APPLIANCES FROM HOME DEPOT POST ON ALL SOCIAL MEDIA WHEN YOU BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM MAKE SURE ITS TRUE WHAT THEY ARE SAYING ALL LIES AND I MADE MISTAKE TO ORDER AGAIN NEVER EVER ORDER FROM HOME DEPOT PLEASE MAKE SURE WHAT THEY ARE SAYING IS TRUE FROM EMPLOYERS TO SUPERVISOR TO MANAGER NOTHING HELP THEY ARE SO RUDE IM MAD AS HELL ON THIS STUPID HOME DEPOT BUT WILL NOT STAND HERE GOING TO PLAN B AND ORDER WILL BE CANCELED SISTER ORDER WILL BE CANCELED TOO BIG DISLIKE HOME DEPOT GARBAGE STORE

Bought refrigerator on 9-21 Still doesn't get cold enough freezer isn't pushing cold air to frig side. Just a nightmare to deal with online. Service from HD came today 10-7 said needs to be replaced so called and rep said they eont replace. SO now I have to deal with Frigidaire and now have to wait until 10-19 because they want to use the warranty. It's been a month and feel like I'm getting the runaround with Home Depot. I want to the contact BBB. I wont buy from HD again.

Well the fence panels I purchased are so poorly made!! The 2 1/2 x1 1/2 wood that is used to keep the dog eared pieces together is telling apart! It’s not even flush against the boards cause they used wood that still has bark on it for Gods sake! It’s not smooth wood at all, it has a curve to it therefore there is a huge space between the dog eared piece and the board that is nailed to it! I can see the nail completely! I then called and complained and they said they can’t pick up the 4 panels for one week and after they are returned then I can order 4 more! Crazy! They got delivered in one day from purchase but it takes 7 to get them picked up for a return? Who the hell uses cheap ass wood with bark on it still and the curve of the natural wood, for fence panels to keep them together? I should have ordered from Lowe’s!!!! Never, ever, ever again will I purchase so much as a plant from Home Depot in the future!

Home Depot NO COMPASSION FOR CUSTOMERS. I purchased some flooring and before finishing the installation, my Sons CANCER turned for the worse, so did not have time to finish floor, as I was helping to take care of him, and wanted to spend time with him, he passed away and then I completed the floor and had purchased more flooring than I needed and they will not refund me for the flooring as it is past the return time frame on the receipt. I was happy to take a store credit for it, Very very disappointing. All of you who either have had Cancer or someone you loved or knew , had Cancer which is almost everyone in the World may want to think twice about shopping at Home Depot.

On-line order did not arrive when it was supposed to for some bamboo fencing. After2 weeks of not hearing anything, I contacted customer service and they wrote up a case #. Still nothing, so I called customer service again, will write up another case #. Still nothing. I call my local store and plead with them to help get me out of customer service hell. They said it's like 2 different companies would try to help. Never heard back from her. Finally, I call customer service one last time and I'm asking them to just cancel the damn thing and give me mt money back. This was a long drawn out call and the gal couldn't promise anything but would submit the cancellation. I received the bamboo fencing 2 days later, a total of 6 weeks late. What a customer service nightmare. How do you guys stay in business with this kind of customer service in this age of online buying. It was a train wreck. But I'm sure no one is reading this, and no one really cares, and that's why you're where your at from a customer service standpoint.

I placed an order for a wood delivery Home depot told me the delivery date I set up the contractor to come that day The day of the delivery Home depot rescheduled my delivery Now the contractor can not come for another week All of this had timing to it for other deliveries It screws up everything Home depot could care less No help at all I will never order from them again

This is getting annoying. I made an online order for 72 bags of pea gravel. They scheduled a delivery and when they started to offload it, I discovered it was the wrong stone. The drivers agreed with me if it was different than what I had ordered. I went to the store where an associate told me it was the correct stone. We walked to the back of the store to look at the stone that was delivered and then walked to the garden center to show him what I had ordered. I had the receipt on my phone and he agreed they sent the wrong stone. Fast forward to today. After ordering the correct stone they scheduled a delivery for today. I received a text indicating they are unable to deliver today. I'm pretty sure I will be cancelling my order and going to Lowes. Since I'll be gone for 5 days, I'll have plenty of time to shop around when I get back. This is store #1507 Have not heard from the store as of this date and time.

Placed online order for my crew to pick-up. When they got to store they were told the order had to be brought in on truck. Crew picked items up off shelf and had to pay with personal charge to get back to job. Now I have to do even more paperwork to process the cancellation, reimburse my crew and pay double taxes on the item. Always seems to be some problem with getting items from Home Depot.

Veteran went to Home Depot,handed employee my drivers license clearly marked veteran,was told could not get veterans discount product wasn’t exempt from discount,very disrespectful to me do everything i can to avoid shopping there in the future!

After purchasing a washer and dryer with free delivery and installation, the installers broke a plumbing pipe, left the washer running through its cycle and left, and flooded my basement. Upon an immediate call to Home Depot, I was directed to the installers’ insurance company which has an “F” rating from the BBB. So disappointed in Home Depot’s failure to back their customers.

Worst experience ever. The delivery guy refused to ring bell of the apartment. I asked my tenant to come downstairs to meet the delivery guy. The delivery guy cursed out the tenant for no reason and refused to deliver the fridge upstairs. I paid for the delivery and set up. He then took the fridge and left. The customer service person said he will come back later, which he never did. I had to call Home Depot to follow up, no delivery date scheduled still. They should not hire people that have anger issue and also hate their jobs.

Had to tell the delivery guy to leave because he insisted in pulling the refrigerator out on my wooden floor. Sent two days waiting for them to call me back to say to set the delivery they told me that the next day spent five hours waiting for them and then they tell me that the truck broke down. I have been trying to get the phone number or email for the district manager Marisela Vega. This is the only company within the United States that you cannot speak to a district manager or corporate offices they have 800s with operators that tell you how sorry they are . Then you have like a service representative that tells you that it has to be on this date or you can cancel the order. What a wonderful experience I cannot believe this they pay district managers and regional managers money for them not to be bothered.

I would love to give a -5 star review but not allowed. On August 15th 2022 the Home Depot at 24073 delivered a gas range as promised. It was damaged so I refused to accept it. After speaking with the Home Depot at 24073 I agreed to accept the oven damaged for $100 discount. Then I was told it would be a week to have it delivered again. I asked to go pick it up myself (it was paid for) but I was told that was not allowed. I then cancelled the whole order thru the store at 24073. The refund was to be made within 72 to 48 hours. As of today, 9/7/22 no refund and the store manager said there would be no refund for at least another 48 to 72 hours as the warehouse cannot find the oven. Mind you I have never had the oven in my possession but they cannot refund my purchase as PROMISED. The store manage even confirmed that I had no responsibility in this but he could not authorize the refund either. Home Depot has had 22 days to take care of this but refuse to make the refund because Home Depot shippers cannot find the oven even though the store manager says that he knows that they have it and none of this is my fault. I am building a new house at this time. Hey, Home Depot, how much do you think I will allow my contractor to spend on my job from your store after this? I am in real estate rental. Do you think I will allow any of my repair people to use anything from your store going forward? Your efforts do reflect the same efforts as the Atlanta Falcons. No surprise there.

Home Depot.com is HORRIBLE! I have just had a vanity ordered thru home Depot.com delivered with BROKEN double sinks, damaged interior of vanity cabinet. I have SPENT WAY TOO MUCH of my valuable time ON THE PHONE with nice customer service people WHO TELL me what I want to hear BUT STILL I HAVE NOT received my refund. Ok wait 2-5 days, after 7 days, it's pending refund !!!! Really. Funny they didn't have ANY PROBLEM TAKING MY PURCHASE MONEY!!!! I will NEVER, EVER, EVER MAKE a home Depot. Com purchase again!!!!! Nope fool me once, fool me twice, NO MORE!

Unfortunately home depot has now become just like Walmart. I wanted to buy a $450 framing nailer with its $125 Box of Nails, But stood there for over 30 minutes waiting for someone with a key. Finally a guy came down the aisle and said he had a key to open it but he'd be right back.....another 20 minutes and nothing happened. So I left and I will buy my tool elsewhere and everything else, I'm done with home depot unfortunately. I Bought $1500 worth of lumber yesterday and and none of the prices were on the lumber bundles. I hope the new place I'm gonna start shopping will have accurate pricing on their lumber.

You are going to run yourself out of business the way you treat repeat customers, bought light bulbs and they lasted almost a month went to exchange them for new ones and they tell me not without a receipt who the hell saves a receipt for light bulbs come on man its 10 bucks off to lowes to buy them I'm done with Home Depot. And I just spent $5000 dollars on appliances with them, y'all will not get another penny from me period !!!!!

I ordered a washer and dryer that was in stock but still took 2 weeks to be delivered. The delivery guy showed up and said he would not stack them. The lady, Jane, that sold me the washer and dryer told me they would bring them upstairs and set everything up. I am alone and can't stack a dryer. He said, no it wasn't on the order and he wouldn't do it. I called HomeDepot and the rude girl that answered the phone told me sorry, the return will go through whenever and didn't seem to care that I will never shop at HomeDepot again. I have spent over $100,000 in the last few years in this awful place. I have built a business using HomeDepot, landscaped, and bought building materials for my house, bought thousands in tools for my sons and their businesses. I was even looking into a job at this place. The girl on the phone told me to not shop at HomeDepot anymore, that was my choice, and have a nice day. Really?

Ordered through Macedonia, OH Home Depot, a Samsung washer and dryer on July 26, 2022 with a planned home delivery date of 8/25. On 8/24, received call from Home Depot Hot Line stating the washer was missing and they were contacting Samsung. Multiple follow up calls, placed on hold and never a concrete answer. Received an impersonal email stating a new delivery date of 9/9. Please note they conveniently email using a no reply email address. Then 8/30, received another impersonal email, delivery date changed to 9/28. Still no explanation of what happened to the washing machine. Spoke to a rep. on the Hotline 8/31, very nice, gave me a phone number to call and inquiry directly with Samsung...HA...the number was just another Home Depot hotline number. Husband then went personally to the Home Depot store to customer service.and unfortunately they were unable to help. Home Depot sure did not delay collecting over $1,600 from our credit card. But cannot seem to explain the delay or the loss of our washer. Very disappointed in every aspect of this order. If there is going to difficulty obtaining a product from a vendor, place a sign on the display item, stating this. Also, stop being so impersonal with the customer, call to explain the order problem. All I can say is if our order delivery date is delayed again, we are cancelling the entire order, will expect an entire refund and will never order or purchase an appliance from Home Depot.
