Bad company employing unprofessional person which do not treat customers well. The store manager named Tania for the store in centrale isn't enough specialised and professional in having any case regarding customer in an equality way. When there for a purchased and payment was done but their till freeze and no invoice was printed. I checked my payment and it went through but I was asked to pay again so that I can take the products I have already paid,which is ridiculous. Furthermore she simply say nothing can be done even after a spoke with my bank and showing my proof of payment which is unacceptable. The level of stupidity and lack of professionalism when someone just walk away without trying to solve a problem which is from the store. I try to voice out that I need to get the product I paid for I was ignored and she just disappeared. What is the kind of people House of Fraser is employing without proper manner how to handle customer who add value to the company.

I ordered 2 Barbour Coats using House of Fraser size guides. Coats which arrived were both a good 8 inches wider than size guide and drowned me. So I contacted House of Fraser and asked for coats of actual size to be sent in replacement. Customer Service was terrible. I was okay with having to send size details and photos of labels, but having to send repeated emails, to people who were clearly not reading what I had written in last email, was beyond frustrating. I said all along that I just wanted replacements, but they ignored that. I asked for a free returns label, that alone took 3 emails to achieve. I repeatedly said that if they were refunding that I should get the original postage fee back, they ignored that. I’ve had to chase and chase and chase. Their customer service is clearly not in the UK. It is horrendous. First time I’ve ordered from House of Fraser and will be the last. This review doesn’t do justice to how terrible their customer service is and how hard it is to return something. I ordered on 28th May and taken till 18th August to sort out a return. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Complete utter shambles. No phone numbers and email complaints take forever. No option to discuss problem on website.. eventually used chat but got absolutely nowhere. Indian call centre. Ordered robes with initials to get added. Never got option to add and now saying processed for delivery. Not what I ordered. No help whatsoever. Advised to return and charging delivery for there mistake. Since sports direct took over frasers has hone downhill rapidly. Losing loyal customers. I for one will not use again. Avoid at all costs.

Never again will I shop at House of Fraser after the most appalling service. Ordered an item of clothing for a birthday gift and unfortunately it didn’t fit. Over 28 days had passed so I contacted customer services who kindly agreed I could return the item late for a voucher only which was fine with me as I just wanted to order the next size up. I paid my own return postage and returned the item unworn/unused, neatly folded, tags still attached and in the original packaging with my invoice. I then received an email to say my item had been rejected because it was worn/used and was stained. This is impossible since the item didn’t even fit! I received the item back and I was absolutely disgusted when I opened the parcel. The £90 item of clothing had been crumpled up, marked, tags removed and thrown back into a parcel bag, outside of the original packaging without my invoice. I am a working professional with high standards and morals and I wouldn’t dream of returning a used/worn item. I am so angry they have accused me of returning the item in this state when it was a member of their warehouse staff who purposely did this to get out of issuing a voucher. My complaint is ongoing as they have stopped replying to my emails, and if management don’t deal with this appropriately I will be sharing my experience on every social media platform possible and with the press to warn people about this, and I will be taking House of Fraser to a small claims court. Reading other reviews it seems lots of others have had similar experiences. What on earth has happened to what used to be a reputable company!? Disgusting, greedy, fraudulent scammers who need investigating and shutting down! Avoid like the plague!!!!

I ordered a 3 piece bedroom furniture set via house of Fraser, 4 minutes after placing the order, I received an email saying they don't have stock of one of the items within the set, so they cancelled one of the items out of the set (but I ordered it as a set, so they should cancel the whole set!?). So I emailed them immediately asking them to cancel the whole order, as they were unable to fulfil my whole order. 5 days later, they are ignoring my request and trying to arrange for me to take delivery. Cannot get through to speak to anyone, emails are ignored, Facebook messages are only responded to but aren't actually getting anywhere as they are ignoring what I am asking them to do.

I have been a devoted customer of House of Fraser for many years, always appreciating their top-notch products and exceptional customer service. Throughout the years, I have made countless purchases with confidence in the quality and service this reputable retailer offered. Unfortunately, my recent experience has changed my view considerably. I bought a wardrobe set for £249.99, only to see the price drop to £199.99 within 24 hours. Despite the short time frame and the fact that the wardrobes hadn't been delivered yet, my request for a price adjustment was refused. This rigidity and disregard for loyal customers are disheartening and indicate a significant decline in the company's customer service standards. To make matters worse, the wardrobe set, which was supposed to be delivered by July 6th, still hasn't arrived. When I reached out to customer service for an update, I received no response. This lack of communication and failure to deliver the product only added to my frustration and disappointment. Although the previous customer service response was polite, it was inflexible and did not address the fairness of my request. This experience has left me feeling undervalued and frustrated, leading me to reconsider future purchases from House of Fraser. It is disappointing to witness such a well-established company struggle to uphold the core values that once distinguished it. I hope House of Fraser listens to customer feedback and takes the necessary steps to restore its reputation and regain customer trust.

I ordered a pair off replay jeans £90 only wore around 4 times then a hole appeared on top off left leg so I return them to house off frazer appalling treatment in response from them said I have no manufacturer warranty and sent me an email saying I shouldn't have returned them after 28 days and had no warranty and they also said do not return them to their warehouse again bloody disgrace off after communication dreadful company to work I had a similar problem with a tommy hillfigger hoodie returned it to them after 2 months exchange or refund right way house off frazer yous are a disgrace off customer service Michael Toland

I have bought a pair of shoes online and followed their size charts , but when I received the order , the size was too big , so their charts is wrong , I went back online to return them and they are charging £5 return , I have paid all ready £5 delivery for a pair at 18£ most of the company are free return , I have contacted the customer service and told them the story, they didn't care and said that was the policy , if the shoes was damaged they could offer the return , but on this case no , that is very unprofessional as they have made the mistake so I got the wrong size , if I return them I loose 10£ in total and they still make mo ey from the shipping , that's stealing money !!! Such a bad customer service, now I have a pair of shoes that's too big because their size charts is all wrong , don't trust them , they are smart and will rip you off ,

Since Covid I have converted to online shopping and never had an issue until I decided to order from House of Fraser. 1st problem I had was returning a couple of shirts £60 each. Firstly they charge £5.99 for a return! I later received an email to say my return had been rejected because the item returned was from Shein! I’m assuming the label must of got switched with someone else’s parcel but it’s my word against the courier they recommend using and paying for. 2nd problem, I ordered a couple of suits for sizing and one of the jackets was missing, I reported it immediately and they took a month to investigate. They refused to show me any proof of investigation and have rejected my claim. The jacket was £185!!! It’s all my word against them so I am at a loss! The customer service was no help at all and dismissed me completely. I will never use this company again and I would strongly advise others to do so too. Never had to write a complaint before but these issues absolutely warrant it! So so disappointed and upset!

I well received my order but unfortunately the size was not the good one. I returned the item and I'm still waiting the refund and I cannot reaching somebody the explaining why I cant get the refund ? Could you please reach me to let me some explanation?

Hello, I have lost all hope of getting a response from you, despite trying to contact you via your Facebook page, House of Fraser support, and email. My order and the associated issue have been completely ignored. For a month, I have been hearing the same words over and over without any real solution. There is total confusion. I am receiving messages from multiple courier companies, including from Israel and DPD, claiming that my order has arrived. I tried to explain to support that DPD cannot deliver to Moldova; they only deliver within the UK, where the order should be picked up by another courier company (UPS, DHL, Nova Poshta, etc.) for delivery to Moldova. This message has not been understood. Adding to the confusion, I receive notifications from DPD that the package has reached its destination, but in Moldova, UPS informs me that my order has been returned. For several days, there is no update on the status of my order until I personally reach out to them. The first time, my order was returned after three weeks because the invoice was lost. Ironically, the English company did not know the cause of the problem, but I was informed from Moldova about this issue. I requested the item to be returned to the store and re-delivered. I accepted the promise that the order would arrive within 21 working days, but once again, I received a message from DPD that my order is in Moldova, which is impossible. DPD cannot provide such information about my parcel; only the company that picks up the order from DPD and collaborates with the UK can track the parcel. I have given one star for the review, one star for support, and one star for responsiveness. Nearly a month of confusion, misleading information, and zero help. My messages are being ignored, and even the second time, you did not strive to deliver the order correctly, even though I paid for delivery. I am sending you all the evidence through screenshots. You have completely exhausted me and took money for a service that was not provided correctly and properly. The quality of sales vs. support is absolutely unacceptable. Regards, Şevciuc Adelina

I ordered a size 48 jacket which, when it arrived was about 10 inches smaller than advertised. Despite this, House of Fraser have refused to refund the cost of postage to both deliver something I did not order and return it to them. They claim I did not provide evidence although, they only asked for photos after the item had been returned. Of course, they were in possession of the jacket and could easily see if was far smaller than advertised. They tried to claim I had stated the jacket was returned as “no longer required” which was completely untrue. There are lots of good companies out there who treat customers well so, there should be no need for anyone to do business with companies like this who treat customers with contempt.

The returns department is absolutely terrible I ordered a jacket size XL the pa laying said XL and the garment was size XS I contacted the department for a returns label months ago. The query has been acknowledged many times by different members of staff asking the same questions repeatedly. I have answered all these questions and still not received the returns label. I have decided not to spend anymore money with House of Fraser they have lost a customer for sure and I am still stuck with a jacket that cannot go past my elbow the service is disgraceful

Ordered a pack of mens underwear in Black. Sent wrong colour - Blue. Would think a simple exchange through customer services...send one back...send one out....No. Waited 45mins on chat line to get through...disconnected their end twice. When I got a response instucted to send back...given a link and a code. Fill in a returns form, print labels off, take to return point, obtain a postrage receipt, scan the receipt to send to Fraser by email for them to send out the correct colour. (Hopefully and if still in stock by then) No offer to refund postage (£4.99) if I just wanted to return. Customer service is shocking, no empathy, very little by way of an apology and treated as though I was an inconvinience. AVOID ONLINE PURCHASES WITH THIS COMPANY...IF IT GOES WRONG NO HELP AT ALL.

terrible service i ordered 2 hoodies which arrived ok - they were the wrong colour so i paid house of frazer £4.99 to return them , i received a email saying they would not refund for a white swim suite and black dress i contacted and said you have the wrong order ive never odered swim suite and dress and re sent original order number for the hoodies, they say cant find my order ive now sent 7 emails and phone calls they still cant resolve their mistake . i will never buy from them again

After evri did not delivery my parcel on next day delivery 3 days ago as I had paid for, house of Fraser told me they had sent me a replacement parcel. Since I didn’t receive this parcel for 3 days, I have had to keep reaching out to house of Fraser to see where it is. I have just been told on email today that the replacement was not sent to me because there is ‘a problem with the delivery address.’ There is absolutely no problem with my delivery address - I work from home and I have been in the flat the last three days. To prove this, two other packages from Royal Mail have arrived today. Extremely concerning that house of Fraser are allowing evri to steal packages and not deliver them. Also I have not been offered any kind of gesture to make up for this from house of Fraser, despite this massively inconveniencing me. If you check the emails, I have had to keep chasing YOU about where my replacement package is, when this was your problem to fix, only to be told today that the replacement isn’t coming - so that’s two packages you have been unable to deliver. I have been a loyal customer of yours for years now. I will now not be using house of Fraser again. Email reference 11949640. Order number HOF40000082754281

the company is fraudulent - first they took over a month to deliver goods and after refused a refund! will be filing a court claim - DO NOT BUY anything unless you want a court case in order to get a proper service

Returned a pair of shoes worth over £100 tried on to fit too small So boxed back up and sent straight back. I am a size 7 and ordered size 7. Received an email saying I had sent the wrong product back!! A size 5 pair of something?? What an absolute scam someone needs to look into this and see how many people are being scammed!!
