“Absolutely ATROCIOUS customer support. There's no phone number or email address to contact them on, just a chat which is always busy but even worse they never discuss any options or try to fix the issue!
The first time you go to the chat to ask for help you're not far from the top of the queue and get responded within 5 minutes. You then tell them the issue about the booking and they ask for 3-5 minutes to look into it. When you check back in the chat they provide an answer that doesn't resolve the issue and close the chat without providing any opportunity to discuss further. Then when you try to chat again you don't get a queue number at all, you get a message "You're in the queue, but it's a long queue. Please wait while we connect you."
We've wasted a few hundred dollars on a booking for Korea that has problems with it caused by Klook's issues with Lotte World. Klook doesn't want to resolve the issue at all! Beware of this company because if there's any issues they will not provide any way to resolve it!”
“I bought a double pass card - with emphasis on double(!) - which includes several attractions in Tokyo. When we asked to reserve entry dates to our selected sites, the company's website did schedule a double entry for us, except for one site where the site booked us only one entry, without advance notice that it was not possible to book a double entry at this attraction. So it turned out that each of us signed up for a different time. We immediately went to customer service and explained what happened, and asked to enter as a couple at that time - after all, what's the point of me buying a double ticket if we can't enter as a couple at the same time on the same ticket?? The company claimed that as part of a strict policy, it is not possible to cancel or change and our pleas and explanations that the mistake was entirely the company's and that we were not given any advance notice of what was going to happen in a moment did not help... the money was gone. Think twice before purchasing a pass through them.”
“Located in Hong Kong. Searched Disneyland and came up “Tokyo Disneyland” bought it wrongly. Not able to change Hong Kong one and no refund. Bad response from customer service that waited 90 min.”
“Klook is a SCAM. DO NOT USE. They take your money and don’t pay for the hotel room. Unreliable and untrustworthy. They did not pay the hotel despite charging me the full amount long before the trip. It was our honeymoon. Took off the day after from LAX to Tokyo - wanted to stay at the Disneyland Hotel in Tokyo. Got there - said a deposit was paid, 30,000 yen, ($200 USD deposit), and we were responsible for the rest - 362,000 yen despite giving them $5,800 when we booked and already paid for it. I am now sitting in the hotel lobby in another country without a hotel room because Klook took our money and never paid for the room. Then they tried to blame the credit card company when it was a direct transfer from our bank via PayPal. Then they offered to refund 1/3 of the price to us. Spend 45 minutes emailing the “liaison” and then another 30 on the phone with customer service who told me they couldn’t issue a refund because the reservation was “confirmed.” Then they asked me to pay for the room and they would have a manager review the case for a refund. Do not trust them with your money. What a joke. They are a SCAM - stay far far away.”
“Booked car hire in the UK - London Gatwick. The company wanted a deposit of $3,000 as security, providing a credit card was insufficient. Also, it would take approx 28 days after the hire for it to be reimbursed. To side step this they offered full insurance etc for around $600 Aus - that was just under what we paid for the car. Luckily we had the cash for the deposit but there were many other very unhappy customers. Additionally, don't be fooled by a VW Polo or equivalent, the equivalent is sub standard. Never again. Customer service was good as they use other hire companies.”

I made a booking for Universal Studios Japan fast pass for two people. After I entered payment details and clicked pay, the website gave me an error and redirected me to the home page. I received no confirmation email. Then I made the booking again and this time the page crashed like last time and I was redirected to the home page, but this time I received my tickets. I checked my credit card statement, lo and behold, I have been charged twice.
I raised the issue with their customer support - which btw is chat only! you cannot speak to a human on the phone they took 3 days to review my case and rejected it! Why would anyone in their right mind book the same pass for the same date for the same two people twice? They took 460 dollars extra from me. NEVER USE KLOOK, just book directly.”
“In brief, they charge you, give you an illusion then drain your energy with their customer support, and finally they don’t give u what u booked and refuse to refund.
I booked an excursion package with them that included hotel pick up and drop off. Received no notifications of the timings of my pick up or when to be ready. I contacted their useless customer support many times and they keep telling me that I will receive it. Upon the time of the actual attraction starting time I contacted to inform them that no driver showed and no notification received yet. So I needed to cancel and refund as they didn’t deliver their promise. Instead of taking the responsibility they told me to offer proofs that I wasn’t notified ( which I offered ) , an hour later the hotel reception calls to inform me there is a driver waiting for me ( two hours after that attraction started, I refused to go as I already requested a cancellation and a refund, and such was updated to their customer support which was extremely unprofessional. Then , two days after I receive their feedback of rejecting to refund and compensate me stating I was notified of the time and refused to go, which is just a complete lie.
Never trust that company as your money will be gone literally.”

I did not realize Super Nintendo came with the variety 7 and purchase the day pass with Nintendo. I called and asked if I can downgrade my day pass to not include Super Nintendo and that had to be the worst client experience ever. my first and last to go with Klook.”
“I booked a car under my wife's name, a 2 week rental, at a cost of €700. We expected her International Driver's Licence to arrive just before the trip. When we realised it may not arrive on time, I took a day off work to go and wait at the licencing office to get my own IDL, however the date had arrived so that we couldn't change the driver online NOR cancel the booking even though Klook's advice was to cancel the booking and re-book. The ALAMO office would NOT give me the car nor let me change the driver's name. No one was available at Klook to help, no phone #, no live chat at that time. I was forced to rent the very last car available from Pricecarz for a cost of €1480. All interactions with Klook live chat thereafter kept stonewalling me and refusing to cancel & refund my booking. Apparently I'm supposed to suck up a €700 fee because the license didn't arrive in time, and the ALAMO office told me even if I could cancel, there was a queue for cars and our car would go to someone else, meaning they would get paid for the car rental TWICE. Did Klook care? No. Did Klook get back to me after several chats with 4 different representatives who promised to get back to me? No. Did Klook respond to my email on their support address? No. No response, just STEALING €700 from me in collusion with the ALAMO office in Sibiu, Romania.”
“We are going to Tokyo in two months. I read up on Klook website that they offer a multi day pass in Japan for multiple attractions. They warn to check the individual websites for each attraction and make sure that tickets are available. I do so: all good.
I order 6 attraction Tokyo pass on Klook. Book my first attraction: no problem. Go to book the second one and they are only offering me dates until Aug.31st. Yet I iwll only be in Japan in early September. You would assume: simply wait, right? Two issues with that: the attraction's website is already taking reservations for September. With Klook I have no access to September bookings. Plus, and here is the dishonest part: Klook gives you 30 days once you activate the card (make your first booking). If I do not book all 6 attractions by then, I lose the ones I did not book!
I tried chatting with them: they tell to keep trying. I emailed customer service: no response (they admit they are very backed up. I wonder why?!). Save your money. Avoid, avoid, avoid. These guys only increase anxiety, not savings.”
“SCAM AND XENOPHOBIA TOWARDS TRAVELERS
I booked a whaleshark tour in the Philippines but finally it included only car rental. The voucher was misleading and it's like they sell a coffee without coffee inside the cup.
So I lost my money for a taxi I didn't need (as I had a motorbike) which cost 3 times more expensive than a common taxi service you can find onsite in Bohol.
Furthermore, the driver didn't take me to the whaleshark point of the voucher but dropped us off 13 km earlier, then became agressive and racist when my friend and I refused to give him the fees not mentionned in the voucher, he insulted my friend and threatened him. When I contacted Mil N Mich the provider of Klook in the Philippines, they have shown themselves xenophobe and aporophobic telling we were too poor to able to pay, that's not the point.
I booked another whaleshark tour later, all fees included, it cost 2 times less than what Klook took from me for only transfer.
When I contacted Klook customer service, they didn't refund but suggested me accepting some credits (1/4 of what I had spent) that I can only use on Klook. In one word, they fooled me to buy something I didn't need, then pushed me to spend even more money with them. No thanks, first and also last experience.
I left an one star review on Klook for the whaleshark tour for being a scam, my review has disappeared.
I reported to the Police service for being victim of scam and xenophobia towards travelers.”
“Booked a hire car through Klook
Paid a premium rate for a ford bronco or similar 4x4. When picked up we were given a tiny Chevy trailblazer. That car was worth just over half of what we paid for the hire. Staff were rude and completely unhelpful
On top the car has cockroaches in it ( have flicked 3 out of the window while waiting for the online chat ) generally dirty inside and what looks like mould growing on a seat belt
Avoid Klook, take your business elsewhere”
“We rented a car via Klook at Hertz. While we complied with the policies our credit card was not accepted at Hertz. They therefore did not give us the car, but told us to get a refund from Klook, as they would not charge Klook anything. Klook refuses to reimburse anything, as the our request for a cancellation was 2 hours after the deadline.
We did not ask for this to be cancelled because we didn’t want the car, but because it did not work out to get the car. Now Klook pocketed 845 USd from us, does not have to pay anything to Hertz and tells us that they are sorry to adhere to their policies!!! At least don’t lie when you decide to get rich with our money!!!”

“I paid for a trip in December, on the 3rd of January klook cancelled. Since the 3rd of January klook have made every excuse possible to not payback the refund. 2 lots of bank details have been given to klook to pay the refund back but according to klook both lots of bank details are wrong when infact these details have come from branch managers where both accounts are held. I just keep getting told if the payment has not been credited to the bank account in 30 days contact them again just to be told the same rubbish from them again and again. Looks like I'm going to give in and let them keep the money, after all I think that is what they are hoping for.”
“Booked a hire car with Klook over a month in advance to reveal from Penang to Kuala Lumpur.
Morning of the car pickup I called the local hire company they had arranged it with and was told they had no such booking.
A lot of backwards and forwards with Klook and hire company and it turned out Klook had never made contact with them.
I had to be in Kuala Lumpur for a flight the next day plus needed the hire car to move out the rest of my stuff from my flat.
Couldn't get a replacement hire in such short notice so had to do multiple trips to storage in small car and hire a driver at RM800 to get to KL next day.
Klook to 2 weeks to even find a resolution which was to refund me the RM800 for the driver hire however almost 4 months later I am still chasing that refund.
Every time I chase them via chat they say they will look into it andd get back to me with 48hours but never do.

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO PURCHASE ANY KIND OF TICKETS WHILE TRAVELING IN JAPAN. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT DELIVER ON THEIR END.
I bought Shinkansen tickets from their App from Hiroshima to Shin Osaka for 2 people ($206). I never received the tickets. There was no QR code on the booking through the App. They, for some reason sent them to my hotel. I never received them, or any notification as to why. I contacted their customer service via the app and they promised to help, but just proceeded to pawn me off. I had to repurchase the tickets at the station, and I sent all of the proof to Klook. They refused to refund me the tickets, and tried to blame their travel agent partner. Now, they are blaming my hotel, saying they sent the tickets a week earlier but the hotel rejected them. I never received any correspondence from Klook about any of this or any resolution. Their customer service has lied to me continually over the past two weeks, and after admitting that the tickets were never delivered, they REFUSE TO REFUND ME.
They have been RUDE, CONTINUE TO CUT ME OFF, and REFUSE TO ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY. DO NOT USE”
