RETURNS AND REFUNDS...I bought a pair of Samsung Galaxy Buds+ Plus, and they began to affect my ears, causing them to itch, smell, and extreme discomfort. I started a claim and sent my earbuds back to Samsung for a refund(or an alternative product). From start to finally getting a refund to almost 10 MONTHS!! I called nearly a dozen times and customer service couldn't do anything until someone from corporate got in contact with me. Just an overall frustrating ordeal... Glad to get a refund but it should not have taken this long.

Do bothered buying and avoid Samsung at all costs! You might as well just chuck your money in the bin! Nice phone, but be prepared for Samsung to find the smallest of cosmetic flaws, that has nothing to do with the fault and void the warranty. Will then look to charge you a good few hundred pounds to fix a cosmic flaw that has nothing to do with a known manufacturers fault. Or they can helpfully send back the broken phone free of charge! Have been a samsung customer for years, across a variety of devices. Will not buy again. After sales and customer services some of the worst i have ever experienced ! Anyone buying ANY new samsung product, you have been warned

Hello Guys ,Pathetic is the only word coming for experience with Samsung Products and its customer care team makes it the worst . I had purchased a Double door 265L Refrigerator write from the first day it had issues and Compressor was under warranty for up to 10 years,i had an issue in my compressor which was under warranty within 6 years of its purchase but they refused to make any replacement of the compressor and started making lot of other excuses to not replace it ,the whole activity took almost 3 weeks , i was daily making 10-12 calls to thier customer care team but every time the response was i will get a call back from senior but it never happned and finally they were asking for heavy charges of approx Rs. 10-12K for replacement of Compressor after wasting my 25 days . i had also sent emails to thier CEO level but that was not not of any use just wasted my 4-5 days more as one standardised email would come but nobody calls back and resolves the issue , Local service center people in Noida- Qled - they are complete frauds . finally i had to take the decision of scrapping the Samsung Refrigerator and purchasing a new LG refrigerator because i did not find worth spending 12K on samsung Refrigerator seeing thier such a money making mentality from the customers . i would never recommend anyone for Samsung Product and nor will anytime buy in my lifetime #samsungPatheticproductandcustomercare . Thanks and Regards Vikas Balodi

Horrible experience with an order and Customer Service made it worse. Placed a Pre-Order for two Watches. After 53 days and several email delays, I called Customer Service. I was on the phone for over 3 hours. They hung up on me at least 5 times when placing me on hold. They kept saying the same thing. "Sorry for your experience, I will surely be able to help you". Well, that was a lie. In the end they told me I had to wait longer, and they didn't know if my order would ever ship. Only positive was a couple of the people I talked with did admit they had no idea why Samsung wasn't shipping my order. Do not buy anything direct from Samsung. If you want their product wait for it to show up in the stores. If it's a smart watch, I recommend looking at other brands.

Great Phone: Poor Service While Samsung makes great phone I feel there are parts of customer service, I need to share should you find yourself with a return, that was lost by carrier and after several attempts to get a refund from Samsung you find yourself having to dispute the charge with your bank. This is how Samsung handles any rewards points lost and their limitations in issuing a refund once they log your return within a certain category. ( They logged but cannot reverse) This allows them to state hands "tied." Samsung have also filed a claim with carrier to get refund for the phone, while I have had to resort to disputing the charge, just make sure I don't have a cost to me. "Greetings from Samsung! This email is in response to the refund for Order #US Thank you for writing back to us, upon checking the details we see that we have requested a refund which got failed as the dispute is filed and we have no more option to request a refund for you as we hope that your bank has already refunded you the amount. However, the initial issue was related to the reward points. As this order is marked as returned but not refunded. We tried to mark this order as refunded so that we can revert back the reward points but as you already know the refund is being failed so we do not have an option to revert back your reward points. We highly appreciate your understanding of our limitations. Please feel free to reach out to us for any further queries as we'll be here to assist you 24/7. Have a nice day ahead! Warm regards," Love the phone hate the service. Would recommend that you purchase somewhere other than Samsung!

This is some of the worst customer service experience ever. NEVER buy Samsung. We bought a 2.5k fridge/freezer a couple of years ago. It broke, it was out of the 12 month warranty but Samsung fixed as it was a known fault with the icemaker. Within 3 months it broke again, this happened 4 more times. They could not fix it. Eventually we got hold of somebody, after about 15 phone calls, that actually admitted it was a known fault with that model and year and we probably would get a refund. They sent out a service person, he confirmed the fault, again. Then they send an email to arrange pickup and told us we get a refund 2 weeks after that. We stated we need to buy a new fridge/freezer before they pick up as we still have food in the functional freezer. They say no as this is their process. We called and they agreed to pay $200 for the food we would lose in the freezer. We said ok. Then we hear nothing. After a while my wife calls and ask when they are going to pick up the fridge. They say; what pick up? The case is closed. After 15 minutes arguing on the phone they admit that the case was closed in error. The service person barely speaks English, cannot understand half of what she says so it takes time to get anything across. We are still waiting for a date for pickup the fridge broke the first time over a year ago. In summary. Samsung had a known fault on a $2500 fridge. They sent out service people at least 5 times, could not fix it. Eventually they admitted it was a know fault and we would get a refund. Here is the what the issue is. At every step of the way they have delayed, refused to acknowledge the issue, even closed the case when it was still unresolved, in short being as difficulty as possible to interact with. The pinnacle of bad service. NEVER BUY SAMSUNG!

My flip phone which is still in warranty was sent off to TMT on instruction of Samsung. Like others on here my phone was on charge over night and when I woke up I saw the screen covered in the green strobe lines. The phone was picked up by Dpd. Between the pickup date & delivery back to me on 6th October, 24 days have passed. The only message I got from TMT/Samsung was the fact they had received it. Weeks had passed & not a dickie, nothing, nada from TMT. The phone is as it was when I sent it, in a box. There was no explanation, no note, no report accompanying the phone except for the word ‘Skip’ highlighted in yellow. Clearly they didn’t repair it under warranty nor give me the option to get a paid repair. Absolutely abysmal service by a company clearly under pressure. I should imagine they have targets put on them by Samsung. It is Samsung that I blame for this situation, only they will know how many of their flip/fold phones have been returned in warranty for repair. Costing around £1000, the flip phone is a total disappointment. I would hope the new flip 4 is improved on its predecessors but I have lost confidence in Samsung so will not be spending any more money with them. However there is no excuse for lack of communication by TMT, very unprofessional. I have always been a big fan of Samsung but that faith has now been demolished. My children are Apple iPhone & tablet users and I have witnessed how every time they have had problems with their Apple electronics, sometimes just out of warranty, Apple repair or replace free of charge without quibble. Samsung have much to learn in that regard. TMT could also look to improve their Customer communication skills.

If possible I could have given 0 star, because of the poor support they provide. I turns out to be 20 days since I made my order, and still it is in transit. And the last tracking update shown was 10 days back.

As a previous long term samsung customer I can tell you that the customer service is the worst I've ever witnessed. I've had issues with thier products in the past (with poor service back then). But they refuse to remove fake and misleading information from their own product page and don't reply to the points I've given to them. All of the "support " staff have no clue what they're doing or about any product they talk to you about and after this last experience I'm done for life now.. the last time was bad enough but they have beyond proven to be a nasty company.. I would rather burn my money than give it to them in the future.

A TU8500 tv started turning off and on. It was out of warranty so a replacement was purchased. Just after the warranty period same problem. I have a great experience with Samsung up to these last two. I won’t ever purchase any Samsung product I highly recommend customers look to other brands. Never buy any Samsung products as they are shabbily designed and constructed constructed artkjos@kjosglobal.COM

Samsung TVs the worst company you can buy ,my 75 inch only lasted 19 months they had Samsung care technician come to the house I had to pay $150 to tell me the panel was bad.. they would cover the panel I would cover labor cost, we agreed 3 weeks later after many cancellations. the display was discontinued they did not honor the repair policy and it did not want to refund my $150....I will never buy any Samsung product again as we speak changing everything in my house from Samsung here's the middle finger to you...

Had problems with Samsung when our washing machine packed up although still under warranty. Every time we phoned they said it was out of warranty even though we had an extended 5 year with confirmation email. They wasted so much of our time and delayed the repair. Even when they finally told us we did have warranty, I rang the repair company Elite who were told there was none and we would be charged. We finally got through to them but when I made a complaint they were just not interested. Customer service is absolutely appalling!

The worse customer experience I’ve ever had. I wish I could tell the entire story, but I don’t want to hurt my already pounding head and spend any more time on this. I will log on later to give the whole story, that spans a matter of weeks! Thank god Sam’s Club is going to allow me to return the Samsung washing machine since Samsung wasted 3 weeks giving me the impression that if I followed all their steps (they couldn’t even get anything right on their end) that I could get a replacement for my machine, which I was informed by a local technician that takes their technical orders and looks at the machines for them, that they would have never done that! I definitely wasn’t going to keep the machine after the spin drum caused so much grey dust to come out of my machine and erode and stress the inside and it’s working parts . They could have just told me that, but you are talking to people halfway around the world who are getting paid peanuts who don’t really know or care about what’s going on. Multiple mistakes, misinformation and a total run around. Meanwhile this pushed me outside of Sam’s clubs window to do the returns. They wasted so much of my time and anything they could mess up, they did. Luckily Sam’s club is going to do the return for my anyway. Shame on you Samsung for leaving your customers high and dry in order to cut corners.

I've always liked Samsung Android phones. But after experiencing my phone getting stuck in safe mode I have changed my mind. I'm so tired of all these stupid safeguards that automatically take over your phone and render it useless. I don't care about all that B.S. if I want an outside force to intervene to try to protect my phone let me choose it. My phone is stuck in safe mode and I've tried EVERYTHING (AND I MEAN EVERYTHING) to get it off . Yes I factory reset the f¥€k¡ng phone. Now I'm going to have to buy another phone all because Samsung forces a stupid safe mode on my phone. Will Samsung pay for it???? HELL NO THEY WON'T!!! It's my phone if it blows up in my hand il deal with it! If UT gets hacked I'll deal with it. If it gets a virus I'll deal with it!! GET IT!!! I don't need a safe mode (that might as well be a freaking virus anyway) to "protect MY phone!! I'm very passed off because I just bought this phone and now I'm having to replace it. Uch Stupid Stupid Stupid idioticthing to put in the software o any phone

Would have given 0 stars if allowed. Paid over $2000 for Washer/Dryer. Charged immediately. Over a month and still sitting at the suckiest shipper in existence (XPO Logistics). It is only 1.5 hours away and has been sitting at the hub for over 1 month. Samsung support says I have to call the shipper, because they have already done their part by shipping it? WTF? Also the SLA to respond is 24-48 "BUSINESS" hours...So 6 days! Samsuck... I mean Samsung sucks and so does the shipper XPO Logistics. I can only imagine it will be damaged if it ever gets here...
