Parcel scanned on collection and then nothing for 5 days. On day 6 I got a message to say the parcel had been scanned in at the depot and was being forwarded to the Dublin hub and should be delivered to me on 31/03. Next I get a message apologising for the delay. 24 hours later I get a message to say that the item has been returned to the sender, without any explanation why. The sender hasn't had it back. Basically the parcel is missing. I've had no reply from Parcel2go on email or social media.. AVOID!!!

How is this company allowed to carry on trading, they just do not do anything while taking peoples money. I call that theft and thieves are normally arrested and prosecuted. You cant even get hold of them for an explanation, our parcel not picked up and when i tried to see when they would be picking it up a message said i had cancelled the pickup, So booked it in for a second time with a message saying sorry from them for not picking it up and then nothing at all. Now my ref number dosnt exist. PLEASE DONT USE THESE THIEVES!

I've used them for a few things and haven't had an issue. However, as soon as I ship a high value item, the courier loses it and my claim with Parcel2Go gets denied. Apparently, they can't protect that type of item! Pathetic excuse. They were quick enough to charge me for protection! The worst part about it all, I can't actually speak to someone in their company. No phone number anywhere to be found. I urge you to use a courier directly and avoid these scam artists.

Spent 6 hours trying to locate a very important parcel booked through parcel2go who litterally have zero information about the whereabouts or how to contact the courier they have employed to deliver it. Eventually told it would be delivered by 6 but didn't show up. Parcel2go couldn't even provide a depot address or contact number for the courier and has cost thousands in lost work.

Parcel number P2G82284295 This parcel was collected on the 8th Dec 2020 and was a Christmas present for the daughter of an ex colleague, with a vintage toy from my family already in my family for years and years. The toy is antique and collectable and has value, although never officially valued, I have seen similar for well over £150. I ordered with Parcel2go and as it their payment scheme, the insurance was included, and I kept the insurance value on the standard £50. The parcel was picked up by Hermes as should and was easy to follow with the track and trace option on their website. From the moment it was collected the data went a bit weird, as it showed on the 14th December delivery to household, which seems the next courier service called Landmark to handle the international shipping. The data on the parcel2go track and trace shows: "13th December 20 10:19 Delivery will be attempted between 17:00 and 21:00 today" "14th December 20 04:26 Processed" "14th December 20 08:09 Secure delivery - To household" "14th December 20 09:19 Grouped at Landmark facility" So 6 days send from my front door to the next courier, ok. Then the international shipping, the data showed the parcel was delivered on 23th Dec. 2020 at the distribution centre destination and was an attempt for delivery, which didn't happen due to wrong address details?? "23rd December 20 12:19 Arrival from abroad" "23rd December 20 12:19 Departure to distribution network" "29th December 20 12:21 Item sorted at sorting center" "29th December 20 23:58 Arrival distribution office" From there is seems to be send to a different country where there was a delivery attempt on the 30th Dec. 2020. "30th December 20 00:58 Your shipment has arrived at the postal operator of the country of destination and will be delivered in the coming days." "30th December 20 02:49 Was out for delivery attempt - Incorrect address" Next more confusing data: "30th December 20 06:18 Not Delivered - Addressee not present- Message left" On the 19th of Jan. 2021 with contact od the support from Parcel2go an investigation was started and the parcel was found and arrangements was made to return the parcel, the data shows the following: "19th January 21 00:38 Returned to sender - Item refused by addressee" During the first or second week of February 2021 I contacted parcel2go to ask when I eventually could expect the parcel back, and was answered that this could take up to 8 weeks, so I was patient and waited the 8 weeks with no parcel delivered. I contacted Parcel2go again and they did a new investigation and immediately I had to upload documents like "proof of no delivery" (??). The customer service only had continuous 1 and only 1 question and not willing to help out in any way and continued with the same question, we want a document with "proof of no delivery". The company has a track and trace system which shows all data, the data I also copied and pasted in this review. The company has closed the claim and I have lost the parcel and the funds for shipping. The customer support has absolutely frustrated this claim and shows not absolutely and very determined not to be helpful at all. I take it that if the company don't want to help out with a claim, they have "better" results with the insurance and therefor with less loss af parcels, more profit. The insurance don't have to make payment, so the insurance the company has to pay will also be less. Never again will I use this company again for parcel delivery.

Sadly I also only read the reviews now. I posted a parcel, they lost it. They would not allow me to open an investigation for four weeks and tracking was never available during this time. They asked me to provide details and photos and brand names of the items. I had sent biscuits and socks and chocolates (honestly? ) I told them that I had not taken photos of biscuits (really?) in the shoe box I used, that I could not remember whether I sent ginger or choc biccies and whether I had been to tesco or Sainsburys to get them and ....really, what would that help with the investigation? Were they hoping to find my chocs in the back of a delivery van (unopened?? Not eaten??) and hence could track my parcel? Or would a helpful sticker (three each for delivery address AND sender address) on said parcel be more helpful in finding it? Needless to say they closed my case because I did not provide photos. Who takes photos of good sent??They should be paying damages to each and every one of us.... Disgusting. No way to contact them either. Never again

I sent a parcel to Greece and provided all the documents for Brexit. The parcel was never delivered and it never came back to me. They use UPS which is the worse service ever. I spent hours chatting with them and it looked impossible to get a refund... After 3 moths and several claims opened I finally got a mere £50 quid compensation out of a £250 parcel!! NEVER AGAIN

NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY! Unfortunately I read the reviews after the event. I sent a large parcel to my son (in the UK) for Christmas and it never arrived. It has taken 14 weeks but they finally told me a couple of weeks ago that they were going to allow me to submit a claim. That in itself is a joke as I had taken out insurance so why wouldn’t I make a claim?? I provided all the relevant paperwork in the time frame allotted and this morning I have had my claim declined saying that I hadn’t done this! The biggest joke is they tell me “very few parcels go missing”, They obviously haven’t been on this website!! I have now contacted Watchdog. It’s no longer about the money (approx £350) but the fact that all these parcels are going missing and what has happened to them. They have to be somewhere and there are clearly 1000’s of them. We can only presume that they are stolen and sold on. It really is a disgrace and they should be made accountable. I give them zero stars!

This company is disaster ,never deal with this company , cheap for a reason. I tried to use their drop of service by booking a parcel. They delivered it to my house instead . when asked they apologised and rebooked a collection and delivery this time which they think have done a big favour. But still no body turns up . Then again wasted 2 hours chatting with a very rude agent , who just tells that they cannot guaranty anything as that is in the terms and conditions. I also have taken an insurance with them against lost or non delivery of the package . When asked about that they said that is not covered as it is delivered back to me . When asked if they will compensate me with wast of time and effort where i have to go 2 miles to drop off, they said they cannot do it as it is not their policy to take blame for anything. Finally i asked them to cancel as i had only one option left they said yes cancelled but has to be approved by manager . I couldn't understand what would manger approve as its clearly their fault . This is a bogus company never send any parcel through it . Use Royal mail instead .

The package arrived in a timely manner (UK to Ohio USA) and in a great rate, so I should give it 5 stars. The problem for me was I read many negative reviews about the company, and it brought back memories of another courier service that claimed my package was in transit (and it turned out the serial numbered item showed up on ebay while they were claiming it was in their possession), anyway I might use parcel2go again. My complaint is that they do not update their tracking info --so it was never updated from pickup scheduled. to picked up, much less that it had been delivered. As it was going to my other house -(Fedex overrode the general delivery) it sat out for 4 days --my complaints are about the lack of tracking info.

LOST PACKAGE = NO COMPENSATION The PACKAGE IS LOST, OK!! S...HAPPENS, but it was insured for the astonishing amount of £18, the items were paid in instalments with Klarna, after 2 months of "investigating" they requested proof of postage and proof that the package was lost ( YES THEY KNOW ITS LOST ....BUT YOU HAVE TO PROVE IT ? RIDICULOUS!! for GODSACK JUST CHECK THE TRACKING ) I sent a screenshot of the store where I purchased my items = REJECTED, I sent a screenshot of Klarna (method used to pay) = REJECTED this is a joke I am not asking for 18 milion pounds the items were purchased online the only proof I have are screenshots.....NEVER AGAIN !!

I wish I could give no stars. My parcel to our daughter in Southern Spain posted on 11thJanuary, correctly labelled and photographed etc. P2Go lost the parcel 7 times in total. Over 2 months later now it is still lost apparantly being returned. At one point blamed Spanish Customs then a few days later said it was because Hermes looking to ship out of U.K. Then said it was delivered twice and made her search around neighbours, but decided it was undeliverable as no POD provided by local courier in Spain. (So why did they ask her to check with neighbours) Offered money back then renaded saying they had tried to deliver (A lie) then stating my claim lay outside the 30 days allowed according to their terms and conditions. Now with Resolver and I will take to small claims court Head Office Ignored my formal letter of complaint which I have proof of signed for on delivery. P2Go say that they are returning package to me as undeliverable, so why did they make our daughter search around her neighbours for the delivered package? The gift is no longer fit for purpose (clothes too small for our grandson after 3 months if and only if returned which is doubtful) I doubt that I will ever see that package again. The customer service is an online chat if your lucky might only take 15 to 20 minutes to get through, and every time your parcel is lost and you make a claim, miraculously two days later they tell you 'good news' your parcel is tracking again, repeatedly to manipulate you out of the 30 day claim period. I think the business model algorithm having read so many P2Go complaints on P2Go Victims on FB pages, means that this could be tantamount to fraudulant activity and should be investigated as such. I will never use this company again. Delivery not applicable as never happened.

I arrange for a small gift parcel to go to Germany from the uk. My relative in Germany was asked to pay 17 euro to receive the parcel by customs. If not the parcel would be destroyed or returned and i would be liable for any costs involved in that. If Parcel to go had advised me that a custom charge was possible i would not have bothered sending the gift. This is very poor service and i would not recommend anyone using this company as i definitely wont in the future

I sent a package with TV set-top boxes that were rented from a company providing a satellite signal. The courier did not deliver the package and the process of returning the package to the sender has started. I would like to remind you that the package was sent at the end of November. The last message that the package has been found and is coming back to me on 5th December. In February, information from the package is lost and I have to start the claim process. The company charged me over £ 300 for set-top boxes and I had to pay. However, the claim is still pending because the company wants more documents. I fight for the amount insured for parcels £ 25. Lack of professionalism, poor communication, they are intermediaries. I do not recommend this company, it looks better when using courier companies directly. Avoid them away.

What happens when you mix P2G and Hermes together, two of the least favourite delivery companies, I recently paid a premium fee for what I believed would be a guaranteed parcel delivery. Unfortunately that was the case and managed to completely break off a door to a brand new fridge, dispite three layers of materials including the original box. Forget the claims unless you have photographic evidence that Mi5 would be proud of.
