What a shambles. Do not buy anything that has to come from Trusted Partners. I have bought garden furniture that is to big. After a week and half of being on hold for nearly 2 hours then my phone cuts off to be told by the Range customer service “Their is nothing we can do you need to speak to trusted partners” ( which am begining to think they don’t exists and really it’s toy town run by Mickey Mouse) so every day I ring and yes I get through to the range customer service but they can not help because the items come from “Trusted partners”. Who never pick up your call after being on hold for 2 hours , so you ring back because your frustrated and want your items returned, but nope you end up talking to people who all say the same thing “ we can’t help you”. And to top it off try and speak to a manager and your told “ am sorry managers and supervisors don’t speak to customers there just here to over see the running of the office” yip what a crock of **** . So my advice DO NOT BUY ANY BIG GOODS FROM THE RANGE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE NO ONE HAS ANSWERS ON HOW TO RESOLVE A SITUATION LIKE THIS ITS A JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!

Delivered by Tuffnells. Box damaged and some two pieces of garden furniture were damaged. Tried calling the Range but it just rang out for nearly half an hour. Emailed my complaint along with pictures, one week later and still nothing. Do not buy from anything from this company. An absolute disgrace. If I could have given zero or minus stars I would have.

Recently bought garden furniture which when it arrived I was pleased with however after 2 months it now looks like it’s about to collapse . I will say it’s hardly been used and I’m not exactly a massive over weight person but one of the sofas has sagged so badly I’m actually afraid to sit on it !! There is absolutely no support on the seat at all which is why it’s sagging .,. It seems a very difficult process to contact the range with a complaint so sadly this review was the only way I could think of to contact them !!

As usual there was a massive queue in the shop and when asked if anyone could come on the till we were told no you will have to wait .. Customer service is not the best at the Benton store .. Went elsewhere and bought the same thing .. Same the Range lost £70 .. Do they care .. NO

Ordered a large heavy mirror online which although packed well arrived completely smashed to bits. I have spent hours on the phone to customer services but no answer, phoned the store several times over the last two days to try to arrange a collection but still no answer. I've emailed 3 times with no reply so I'm quiet fed up as you can imagine. What do you have to do to get any kind of response other than go to the store? Now I am really p+++ed off. I went to the store and explained all the problems ie my many unanswered phone calls & emails ect but was told the store cannot do anything about arranging collection and told I have to contact customer services, I wont tell you what my reply was...they said the only other option is to take it to the store. When I said I could do that as it's to big and very heavy wouldn't fit in my car I was told to hire a van...I don't usually swear but FFS

Do not order anything from their trusted partners. It was a bulky delivery and it came days earli8er than advertised so we werent expected it. Wrong size item sent (with a defect, too) delivered and it's been blocking my hallway for a month as it doesnt fit. No contact number or escalation process - the people on the standard phone returns line say they literally can't do anything until the trusted partner team pick up their emails. Have contacted head office also with a complaint but no reply. Also left feedback on the 'post call feedback mechanism' and no reply to that either. Avoid at all costs.

I cancelled an order after reading appalling reviews of one of their ‘trusted partners’ MH Star Ltd. One week later no confirmation of cancellation, no money back and an item I refused to accept delivery on at their request. Rubbish customer service, rubbish suppliers. Just avoid.

Ordered rattan garden furniture only for half of it to arrive the delivery company the range use do not answer the phone. Furniture is of shoddy workmanship in my opinion as fittings on them were all loose or broken, will definitely avoid buying from this shop in future.

Shocking customer service at edgel lane retail liverpool . Ordered a rattan dining set for garden £700 came damaged , cant get hold of anyone ..went the store was told put it in black bin bags if not happy and wont wait till october for replacement and give you a refund to go to B&Q AS THERE STUFF IS BETTER !! if i wanted to wait then id have to reorder and pay again ! Keeping in mind i waited 9 weeks to receive it when they told me 4 weeks when i purchased it ....NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN

Customer Service is appalling once you manage to get to speak to anyone. Ordered a dining table that arrived damaged and had an ongoing dispute trying to get this resolved for the last 2 weeks. Who knows when we will ever get an answer

Cannot get a reply from customer care about my damaged order of garden furniture, have also tried head office and had no reply off them too. Will not buy from them again and will never recommend.

ORDERED A WATER FEATURE ON 31.5.21, IT IS NOW 16.7.21 AND STILL NOT ARRIVED. CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT ANSWERING, HEAD OFFICE PUT'S YOU THROUGH TO CUSTOMER CARE, SO NO ANSWERS. THEY'RE NOT BOTHERED. THEY HAVE MY MONEY BUT CAN'T GET THROUGH TO THEM TO REFUND IT BACK TO ME AS THE WATER FEATURE WAS A WEDDING PRESENT AND THE WEDDING HAS NOW COME AND GONE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY NEED INVESTIGATING.

The item had a price on the shelf when we went to the check out the price had gone up and apparently they can do this rip people off thank goodness this doesn't happen when doing our wkly food shop! 😱This was the York store complained and response was a total waste of time!

What ever you do, Do not buy anything from this company!. We purchased Garden furniture from them, and it arrived with huge scratches in the glass. Not an issue we thought, I am sure they will either replace or uplift the glass top. Well, thats where it started and finished. After a number of e-mails, on a shocking web site, asking for replacements and photos sent of the top, we heard nothing!. So a phone call it had to be. After a number of calls where we were on hold for 40 minutes and more. We decided to call and just let the phone ring, or play music while we wait. After nearly an hour, some young lady answered, and after looking at the e-mails agreed the scratches were not acceptable, however it was not her department, she would pass it on and someone would contact us within three days. After 7 days still no response. We followed this up with more e-mails, still no response, we are now back on the phone, and after 32 minutes we still have not had a reply. This is a company, who care nothing for customer service, and have no rights to be selling anything to the general public. The saga continues.

Ordered a bedside lamp that arrived in a massive box with no consideration for packing and the lamp was completely smashed to bits, have been trying to contact customer service but they don't respond

Dont buy a paddle board bought 2nd may tried to return 3rd may see the bend in the middle that happens in water but the staff blew up in store told me cant find a fault its is not as decribed on box as you cant paddle on it flimsey round pad where you kneel

Terrible customer service item 8 weeks late no compassion or compensation overseas cusmstomer service say that is how it is if don't like don't shop here avoid
