Purchased new Macbook air from Best Buy on a trade in. I needed to migrate my data from my old laptop to the new laptop and needed both computers side by side and to confirm all the data transferred correctly. They would not honor the sale price i purchased the computer when i brought my old laptop back on trade in. Complete waste of time. Never buying from them again. Ended up buying the same computer directly from apple.

Had a fridge quit working after 5 years. They finally agreed after months of back and forth to give me a store credit for the fridge. They set up a time they would come pick up the fridge. No one showed up. I called customer service and they told me to call back in 24-48 hours. Not sure what the disconnect is, but why shop at bestbuy anymore? I used to shop there for the customer service. Now that the customer service is terrible and is outsourced across the world, there’s son point in buying from them anymore. 2 stars instead of 1 because the local store manager agreed to give in store credit for the return.

My husband and I had a Best Buy credit card in the past that had expired. I tried to renew it to make a purchase. This process was an absolute nightmare. I tried both in store and online but was unable to get anyone who was helpful with this. From a employee in the store who didn't know how to make a call to the cc company from the store phone.. to a representative of cc company that couldn't send me a confirmation # to multiple phones I provided... to a manager who was condescending. I gave up and purchased directly from Samsung and had an amazing experience with their financing. I secured 24 mos of 0% financing and was approved for over twice the limit that Best Buy Citi card was going to give me and all in a matter of minutes! Save yourself some time and aggravation and order online direct from the companies!

I bought a TV in august 2023 with the extended warranty and November of 2023 the TV stops working. I go to best buy and they said there is mothing they can do,you have to take it up with the manufacturer. only after the manufactures warranty expires then the Extended warranty kicks in. So I am without a TV and money for the warranty.

Best Buy, Nashua,NH customer service by Geek Squad is worst. No courtesy. They are like if you want to buy otherwise go out that is the mentality they are in The wait time to go and get the product from back office to billing takes more than 2 Hr. If you ask question they saying you don't have to buy you may leave. The store have hardly very few customer inside store but they delay to deliver the product.

I was building a PC. The prices were okay buy I had issues with shipping. I ordered RAM and it was supposed to be there on on Saturday and it arrived on Sunday. That is disappointing but not a huge deal. The part came in and I returned it on Monday. No problem, the return went off without a hitch. I ordered the RAM I wanted and the app said it would be there on Wednesday. It was delayed again. It didn't get sent out till Wednesday. What's worse, they didn't send it by two day shipping like they said they would, so it won't be here till Saturday

I purchased an LG television OLED. I contacted Geek Squad they sent a representative out. My Television was hung and we watched it the first night for an hour great picture. the second night we turned the TV off and it made a popping sound, I asked for Geek Squad to come look at this it had a bubble top right of the TV and then a second bubble occurred, and a crack between them. They came out and stated that the crack was not customer-created. I was told the repair part would be ready in 2 weeks. I was then contacted the day before that LG would not cover the repair as it was cracked. I was offered no answer other than I purchased a $400 protection plan that was useless. I went to Best Buy to have my protection plan replaced and the customer representative stated that their policy says Cracks are never covered and that I was at fault. LG customer service told me that Best Buy stated the crack was there that they would not cover a manufacturer issue, and that I was now responsible. I don't get the purpose of a manufacturing defect that becomes the owner's issue. Today I was not refunded my warranty either, I guess when you buy anything from them and you purchase a warranty it becomes money given freely to Best Buy for providing poor service. I think that spending $4000 in one day means nothing as they already have your money and they don't agree to true service. I will never purchase another product from them and will tell everyone I know what poor customer service they provide.

Don't buy anything from Best Buy Business. They just want your credit card number to make a sale regardless if it's the right product or not.

After having a technician come to my home 6 times to assess, order and replace parts, my washing machine still would not work. It was an ongoing issue for 4 months. When I called again, I had full intentions to sue Best Buy, but fortunately I had called this representative and she was able to finally get approval from Best Buy to replace my Maytag washing machine. Thank you Joana Aluarez for going above and beyond to help me resolve this issue. You are a valuable asset to your team and Best Buy is lucky to have you!

I purchased headphones for my smart TV could not get them to work customer service sucked so bad I bought all my appliances from Best Buy refrigerator washer dryer I will never shop Best Buy again the customer service was so bad I am so disappointed in Best Buy

The installers didn't connect the stove properly almost burned down the house, geek squad guy broke my stereo(didn't realize it till after he left), didn't hold up to their end of the bargain for cellphone purchase - They have enough customers, they don't need more people.

Horrible customer service! Employees are Liars and cheats! Employees think that we should be "lucky" to get any kind of service, but only if we customers bow on our knees for the false promises they make. AVOID this Best Buy business! Best Buy is not the company they used to be! You have a warning in this post from this completely unsatisfied and shocked customer! They no longer care about you. Be warned!

Never go to this store. Terrible customer service, uneducated employees, aloof management, and overpriced products. Tried to have a head unit and a camera installed here. Took four visits for a total of 20 hours. Damage done to the runners on both sides of the vehicle. Work looks terrible. Loose wires, crossovers unsecure hanging, and he didnt even bother to secure the fuse in the engine compartment. Left with half of the features not working on my head unit and will have to pay someone to balance the amplifier. Installers name is Brandon Shumate. DO NOT LET HIM TOUCH YOUR CAR!!!!!

DO NOT BUY AN APPLIANCE HERE !!!! I purchased a refrigerator at Best Buy and it will be the last item I buy through them. They missed my delivery date and expected me to wait two more days after the original day without any regard to how they had inconvenienced me. I tried to escalate the issue and all I got was an email with my new delivery day. Total disregard for the customer and total lack of accountability for their actions and those of the delivery company they use to deliver their product. Do yourself a favour, buy at Home Depot, you’ll get better service. Don’t be fooled by their pricing strategy (a few dollars less than the rest). It’s a ploy to get you to buy from them. Trust me, it wasn’t worth the $ 20 I saved. Cost me way more in lost time and the stress they caused when they insinuated that I was lying. Customer service is also useless. They have to follow policies and cannot deal with customer service issues. I don’t understand, isn’t that their job? They basically answer phones to listen to irate customers. Escalating your problem also won’t help as managers do not call you back. This is a sinking ship that won’t be around much longer since they don’t get the meaning of customer service.

Best Buy in Folsom, Ca. reps Hanna, Tre, and Sabrina were the best team for our recent purchase of 2 new iPhone 15 pro. They put in all their energy to put our transfer of our phones to the new ones. They hung in there til the end. Great employees!!

I bought an IMAC 1 year ago and over the past few days, we heard a clicking/static sound which usually means a bad hard drive or fan. I then had to pay them $100 just to diagnose the problem, which I already knew what it was. Now, they want to send it to kentucky for 6 weeks for hardware solution, which is also something I have to pay for. I feel I was totally ripped off and I have no recourse. SHAME on you BEST BUY!

Best Buy uses a 3rd party for delivery. XPO delivery. They showed up at the wrong time and then left without delivery. Then they rescheduled the delivery for 5 days later. XPO delivery driver never answers their phone. And Best Buy Customer service is a call center that didn't help at all Basically I waited for 4 hours and never got a delivery. Went to the store and they basically gave me the run around and said there is nothing they could do. Only offered a 100 gift card. Don't trust Best Buy/XPO ror delivery. Very unprofessional and not reliable. XPO basically said too bad...stop calling them. Went to store and cancelled the order...took another hour to get it all done. What a waste of a day.
