Worst company I’ve ever booked with. Had issues on holiday with transfers We have been lied to treated badly and stated they can’t help as only booking agent . Such poor customer service. As this ongoing issue which I am taking further I won’t go into detail. Don’t put yourself through stress of dealing with such in experienced unhelpful customer service team

Booked a holiday back in october for late Jan departure to Turkey, in December the flights were cancelled, So we asked to rearrange a new trip to Lanzarote which we did although there would be an extra cost, (no problem). 5 days before we were due to depart I received an cancellation invoice (very strange), i checked the Loveholidays app and the final payment had been made but the trip was showing as cancelled. I then sat in a web chat queue for hour's to be told someone would bet back to me. next day no ctc so did the same, to be told the same. i sent emails, no reply, tried facebook again no reply, i eventually managed to get a number for credit control who told me there was an outstanding amount to pay but couldn't explain why the payment wasn't taken, (they had all my details and funds were available. They also said if i ctc customer service they could reinstate the trip If i pay the remainder. Again hours in webchat to be told they couldn't reinstate, i would have to rebook. I decided to rebook with another company and had a great holiday, but here I am again waiting in a webchat for answers i.e. where is my refund of just under 2000 pounds, threek weeks and no sign. BE VERY WARY OF USING THIS COMPANY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTANT

I wasn't aware that the love holiday agents used their email account and phone number details to book the flight for me on Wizzair. When the Wizz air cancellation notification was sent to him/her, He/she did not notify me at all. I only heard about the cancellation when my friend told me so. She managed to book an available flight because she has heard about it, but I could not as I did not even receive the cancellation confirmation and could not start the process until today. I called Wizzair and try to get an alternative flight asap. But they won't even talk to me because I don't have the right email address to log in (because you used your email and phone number with them). They won't take calls 28 days before travelling. I am basically stuck in the middle and can't do anything. When they finally replied through email ask me to choose 1. find an alternative flight. 2 Cancel the holiday and receive a full refund. They did not SPECIFY if I choose option 1, I will automatically give up cancellation with a full refund. Without knowing what flight I am going to get for three days when I want to cancel, they will not refund anything because I've already chosen the first option, but they still haven't told me what flight I will get. They did NOT SAY this would be the case in their message when I was given the choice!!!! It was such an agonising experience and we do not need this, especially when travelling with young children. Never again!

Soulless money grabbers. Through a last minute emergency my parents couldn’t travel. Tried to amend the names to gift us the holiday. The airline were fine with it and hotel were fine when spoken to direct but as it was through a third party (love holiday) it had to go through them. Love holiday claimed it’s not possible as it’s less than 5 days until the holiday. No amendment, no refund. How hard is it to delete two names and type two new ones in? We would have paid an admin fee but they were claiming it would only be possible if we pay the full price again. Faith in humanity shot and certainly will never trust third party agents ever again.

Had my hotel cancelled by this company, was offered 1 alternative which we didn't want as the whole purpose of the luxury resort booked was the room with a sea view. Next to the alternative hotel was a cancellation option, we took this as we though a refund would be available then we could re-book a more suitable hotel. We have now lost our money as the there is no refund for flights or transfers. We feel absolutely cheated. They will not re-instate our holiday with the alternative hotel or offer credit. Avoid this company at all costs.

the worst agency ever ! I booked holidays with a partner on that time for 3 people. When I was trying to change people to 2 4 weeks before the date they said they will not do any refund and better if he will no show. When I asked to cancel all they said they will charge me over £600. Shocking . Avoid!

if your looking for a holiday with lots of stress and 3 hours contact time and when you do get through you wish you had not .no help at all .absolute waste of time avoid this company

This company doesn't care about their customers. When something goes wrong they seem to ignore the problem and think that the customers will give up on trying to get their money back.

Hotel closed when we arrived had p sleep on the beach in a fiat panda no food bottle of wine one strawberry . Hotel next day building site hD to travel all over sardinia to find a place to stay 5 pm on the night! Good job we were fit pensioners shocking company

Dreadful customer services no option to speak to a person after days and I mean days talking through the online chat to multiple people finally found someone to help Sarah and Craig sorted our issue out we still haven't got what we booked but at least we haven't lost all our money

Would never use again. Cancelled flights which ok was not their fault but airline but horrendous customer service to try to get money back. Hang up on you ,cut you off that's if your even lucky enough to get through to s robot. You have no chance of s human. Extremely poor communication and customer care once they have taken your money. Had to write to head office in London in the end and contact was made via insurance company as unavailable on the phone constantly. I did get my refund after so much stress

amazing from start to finish my hotel I originally booked was unavailable and love holidays contacted me offering another hotel.. was paranoid after reading reviews! But soo glad I trusted my instincts and went ahead! had a fabulous week in Benidorm thanks to love holidays!!!

Zero stars would be more fitting. Currently involved in a lengthy court battle to recover funds from a holiday which failed on all counts. Customer service does not exist. This firm will lie to authority at every stage in order to avoid paying what’s owed. Do not book with this company. It is unbelievable that they are still allowed to be trading.

This company will take your booking and deposit, then rip you off by increasing your price!! Then the don't deal with the issue. They take your call then hang up on you when you want to speak with a manager or raise a complaint. Do not use!! This is for a current booking and more and more excuses, with no resolution! Have spent over 7 hours this week trying to get this resolved and you keep hanging up on me, so i have tried on the phone and chat! Stop making excuses and deal with all your unhappy customers!

DISGUSTING customer service. I amended my hotel due to terrible reviews that had recently been left and I was advised to do this via Livechat. This was all processed through the app but 10 days later I still hadn’t received confirmation of my new hotel. I have chased this up today on Livechat and spoke to ‘Amanda’ (my second interaction with Amanda - she needs serious re-training on her customer service skills). I was told there was no availability at our new hotel and they had cancelled the booking at my original hotel. They were going to let a family fly to Turkey and arrive without anywhere to stay!!!!! She then proceeded to have an attitude and give me the wrong information about hotel availability and processes. I have now asked TWICE to raise a complaint. And both times I have been told I don’t have reason to complain and the chat closed on me. To top it all off, my outstanding balance was confirmed as £49.88 on Livechat but they have sent me an email advising I have £913.59 still to pay. WHAT IS GOING ON???? I am one VERY disappointed and disgusted customer. My advice to anyone thinking of booking with loveholidays is to think twice and run!

ABSOLOUTELY DISGRASEFUL COMPANY! Booked a holiday to Sharm El Sheikh last Tuesday only to receive an email a day later saying part of the booking couldn't be confirmed & that I would be contacted within 72 hours to resolve the issue (obviously them falsely advertising and wanting more money). It is now Monday the following week & I am yet to be contacted by any representative of the LoveHolidays team & when trying to call customer services, forget about it!!! You get put through to an automated service machine which asks you to put in your LOV reference number .. which off course I haven't been provided with ... and without that you cant speak to customer services! Live Chat? Nope forget about that too as again without the reference number you cant access that or the Manage my booking section either. Quick enough to take the £1000 out of my bank account though! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!

Appalling, rude and completely unhelpful "Customer Service" (via online chat only). Obviously pay peanuts for people to respond to the chat who know absolutely nothing. Tried to check in the day before our flights to be told by the airline that they had my 10 year old down as an adult and there was a chance she wouldn't be able to fly. After being told by Love Holidays to contact the airline and vice versa, the final Love Holiday employee we 'spoke' to basically told me I should have noticed earlier! There was nothing they could do, and she ended the chat. We ended up driving to the airport the day before to speak to the check in desks there to see whether we'd be able to travel. They reassured us. If Love Holidays could have told us that 6 hours earlier it would have saved a 2 hour round trip and a lot of distress. What's the point of paying them for a service they don't provide? Do not use - book direct with the airlines and hotels.

Me and my partner went on a trip to Egypt Via LoveHolidays. I cant say the trip and the Hotel was bad however due to how unorganised the Company as they forgot to book our Hotel, on arrival in result this caused me and my partner extreme stress not knowing if we'd get a room. In the end we got a room which I had to put down a deposit, the next morning I had to call direct from Egypt to England (the customer service wasn't great and took too long to handle everything) which cost me almost £100 in fees which I tried to get back however due to the Insurance Company they provide the insures you is completely terrible and they rather make money than help their customers. Strictly wouldn't recommend this Company for any Holidays, go and find a different provider but make sure to read reviews before.

Sham company! Held the price while we booked it, took payment and then didnt send the confirmation. Only contacted us after 1 week after us chasing them only through sales phone line and they then increased price by 50% as air fares changed. Kept sending emails after 72hours saying they are working on it, still no solution untill we called new sales bookings, Absolutely unacceptable, never again!!! 2301GBLCTT8A Wasted our time and such a disappointment
